what do you think of it...

Ok, the lockdown requires you to get two weak tribute monsters out, one who can't be SS'd and self-bounces, so you need returning tribute fodder, and a field spell?

With all the set-up this needs, it's probably a 5/6 card inconsistent lockdown.(3 posted, +tribute fodder for each and way to keep them both around)

Sorry, don't see this working =/

How do you get Great Long Nose onto the field consistently IYO?

cards such as spear cretin and gelasaurus do the job pretty well

if properly built its pretty easy but big nose still can be a problem, so im currently trying to find someone with the same effect thats easier to use.

+Rep for a combo using Great Long Nose

And for the record' date=' Timeater can, in fact, skip a whole turn.

You just have to use it right.

thx

Eh... I'll give you Gilasaurus, but considering every other turn your opponent gets their MP2 (or perhaps even the MP1 if you don't summon), it might not be all that great.

Can somebody explain me what advantage skipping Main Phase 1 and the Battle Phase has over just skipping the Battle Phase?

Simple, skipping MP1 & the Battle Phase disallows MP2, going directly from Standby Phase to End Phase.

Basically, your opponent has no choice but to be all "I Draw, your move", unless they get a quick-play spell that can get them out of it, but what can do that?

Anyways, isn't there a card that stops Spirits from bouncing themselves?

Mystical space typhoon could stop the blck garden from making an opening, and scapegoat could protect your life points-, just to name a few

...wouldn't a combo like this carry Vortex? Scapegoat will only work if they don't have it at the time.

As for MST' date=' good point.

you wouldn't need vortex if black garden is on the field, because it would summon a token in atk position for you to make a hole to the life points.

Doesn't Thunder of Ruler or something skip the BP? It's only once' date=' but that's still skipping a whole turn, very powerful move.

[/quote']

Skipping the Battlephase still lets them summon.

If the opponent has an empty field, and loses thare Mainphase 1, then they cannot enter thare Battlephase nor can they enter Mainphase 2.

They can only enter the End Phase, which will result in a while turn skip.

Timeater's effect may be rediculously situational for it's effect to gain the full benefit of it, but its worth it(?)

If your Main Phase 1 is skipped because of "Timeater"' date=' you can enter your Battle Phase (even if you have no monsters on the field) and proceed from there to Main Phase 2. If you cannot enter your Battle Phase (due to another card effect such as "Great Long Nose" or "Frozen Soul"), then you must go immediately from Standby Phase to End Phase. [/quote']

@tealeaf

how exacly would the field being ative on the opposing side help?

@pikaperson01

i dont see alot of morphing jars around here so it isnt really a problem and there r plenty of other tribute folders to use such as macro, plaguespreader + wall, ect

@burnspy

thx for explaining it to exiro for me

also a build with this needs more s/t destruction then monster.

@tekkaman01

mystic typhoon doesnt work so well once field barrier is active and since it limited and garden isnt it still doesnt cause much of a problem
