I'm kinda new here, but I'd like to leave some opinions.

 

At a glance, I think the effect is too powerful. I mean, its effect basically lets you draw a card, and one can simply stuff level 3 or 1 Tuner monsters to pick up should they not pick up an Exodia piece among the 5 cards. Here are some suggestions that could make it more balanced:

 

-Make its Synchro material monsters as 1 Tuner + 2 non-tuners or something. That way, it is harder to summon.

-Lower its stats. Maybe to something like 2300/2000 or something?

-Its effect lets you look at only the top 3 cards of your deck.

It's a good idea, but a little over powered. At least put a cost like "discard a cad" or something. But other than that, I think it's a cool card.

The OCG is way off.

No Synchro Material list.

And the way you write the card also sucks.

 

The effect is OP'd, but unneeded. There are a lot of Exodia FTK'ers that will not need this card, as calling up a level 8 synchro will take time.

I wouldn't say that this card is completely unneccessary. This card could definitely get tuners or any other low leveled monster you would get to your hand. I just wouldn't call it Exodia support.

 

So maybe instead of specifically looking for level 1 and 3 monsters, make it level 3 or lower monsters. And probably decrease the pickup number to 3. Also, I would think about decreasing the level and stats of it. If it's a lower level, you can easily summon a tuner that you would get off its effect and synchro for a different monster. Lowering it's stats would make it a little less oped.

 

Just get away from exodia support. This card has a good effect, just needs to be cleaned up a bit.
