Four years after Area 11 became Japan once again, a new problem arose in the world. More and more crime was occuring around the world, caused by organizations such as the Utopian Proposition, or U.P., that has devastated the state of Japan. However, back on mainland Brittania smaller organized gangs were already formed and in fruition. These gangs included Black Hawk and Sangrouge.

Knightmare History Made with the assistance of "The Earl of Pudding", Lloyd and his crew, The 00] Is the ultimate threat for ALL Knightmare Frame. The 00 has a Special Drive System that is like none other: The GN-Drive. Only The 00 uses the Only existing pair of GN-Drives in a system called The Twin Drive System. It also uses GN-based Weaponry for Combat. Despite it still being a Proto-type, while Solo it can easily overpower both the Lancelot and Guren-Type Knightmares. Lloyd Commented: "It's marabous really! His Combat-Skills surpass all I've seen! And the GN-Drives... They took 3 Years to finish both, and another year to get them working; Apparently Setsuna said something like this before he left "Thank you, Earl... With The 00 I can Finlay fulfil my Goal... To eradicate ALL Wars!" Indeed it's a Large goal, but it'll be easy with The 00 as his Mecha"

Bio Setsuna served in a War along side the Black Knights when he was 15, eventually he became sick of Zero's methods and strategies, thinking they just caused MORE conflict; thus his Goal was born. He -along with Lloyd and his Team- began work on The 00. He has decided to Eradicate all Wars, The Black Knights and any who cause more Conflict. His main target: Zero.

Personality Setsuna is taciturn, introverted, and righteous against war. He believes there are key disturbances that affect the world from coming together in peace and harmony. He labeled specific people and/or forces as a source of conflict towards the world's path to peace. He has little tolerance for diplomats and politicians, believing that their negotiations only prolong wars and cause more strife (due to personal experience). He's got a vendetta to settle and his past battle experiences stirs old bitter feelings, increasing his combat potential as a beneficial side effect.

Kristof sat in U.P. Headquarters in a Knightmare Pilot-only lounge. He looked at his underling, his student, Adrian. "Well, Adrian, you've come very far from being a Recon Warrant Officer. You've become a Major. I tip my hat to you. I myself am a Brigadier General. The only person above me is the leader himself, Gavriel, who is the person we're waiting so painstakingly long to talk with."

 

A Pilot came out of Gavriel's office, in his piloting suit, frowning. "Hmph, Gavriel..." He seemed to have a blueprint in his hand... "Knightmare Frame is just as good as ..."

 

A secretary sitting outside his office looked at Kristof. "Good day, Mr. Marx. You're welcoming our newest Pilot?"

 

"Ma'am," he said, waving.

 

Kristof led Adrian into Gavriel's office. "Hello, Adrian. You are our ninth Major. Congratulations..."

Tokin was sitting in a chair with the other Black Hawk members waiting for information on what to do next. Tokin was thinking "I wish we had a mission right about now... it has been a while since i have been in one".

In the Black Knight's Hanger, Setsuna stood in front of The 00, GN-Swords mounted on the sides of it's ankles, GN-Drives in the Standby position, the GN-Daggers positions below "... There is no God in this World" he said, referring to the once existing Sword of Akasha and it's pointless creation and destruction. He stood waiting for a mission, so he could test the Twin Drive System again.

Adrian took a seat beside Gavriel. He replied, "Thank you, sir. I shall live up to your expectations. Once you see me in battle, you shall know why I was promoted, and hopefully, I can become your most powerful Major."

Bio: Heikichi descended from a long line of sharpshooters and his family expected him to carry the family legacy. Unfortunately due to a car accident, his arms were damaged, no longer allowing him to hold a rifle steady. Instead of being discouraged by this, Heikichi took up a different path: The path of the Gunslinger. With many years of training, he managed to perfect the long lost art of gunslinging. At first, Heikichi wanted to join the Black Knights, but their Infantry standards did not allow him to use his pistols in favour of the assault rifle. Being unable to join the Black Knights, he decided that the U.P. might allow him to join. They did.

Personality: Heikichi speaks with a Kansai accent (but since this is in English, the Kansai accent will be interpreted as Southern drawl). He is rambunctious and bold in almost any situation, making him a liability in stealth missions. He has an obsessive fear of anyone touching his bare arms. If even the slightest amount blood is drawn from his arms, he will go unconsious immediately.

Appearence: Bright red hair that reaches his shoulders tied into a ponytail. Bright red eyes that are large and compassionate. Light frame. Wears a black leather vest and black army cargo pants. He carries three holsters: two hang from the side of his waist and one hangs across his back to hold the massive Zeliska. His arms are protected by a pair of long gloves that cover his arm from the tips of his fingers to the top of his shoulders. The gloves are made entirely made of carbon fibre as not to restrict his arm movement. Compacted carbon fibre plates in the gloves cover his forearms and biceps. He also wears a small locket that he keeps under his vest. Only he knows what is inside the locket.
