There was a South Korean who played Starcraft for 53 hours straight, before dying of heart failure. There was a couple in China that got married through Maple Story, then divorced. The woman hacked and killed the man's character. The man sued. The woman was arrested.

There was two friends in China, who played a popular MMORPG. Friend A sold Friend B's sword online, for real money. Friend B broke into Friend A's house, demanding the money. Friend A was going to give it to Friend B, but Friend B ran out of patience and stabbed Friend A in the chest. Friend A died.

Asian people playing video games is full of lol.

Actually, video games improve several aspects of the brain, albeit losing eyesight through strain.

In no means am I saying video games are healthy, but playing them doesn't detract from your health.

No, they are not.

However that can be mended with what game it is, and the content.

I was playing "COD: Modern Warfare"( awesome game ) the other day, and there was this quote that said something like "How can one who dies for a cause be called a terrorist?".

It got me thinking. And last time I checked, thinking is good.

I think this is the only response people who think video games are bad have:

The game told me bad stuff.

You would have to be a complete moron to take any of that s*** at face value. It is part of the plot of the story of the game.

Well, there is some truth to playing violent video games/watching violent tv shows tends to increase the aggression levels in children. But not on a permanent or significant level.
