Episode One: A New Jutsu and the Power of Sharingan!

Kakashi Hatake was standing in the Leaf Village. He was having a conversation with Tsunade.

“After all that has happened lately, I think each of us, as in me, and the other squad leaders, should begin showing new jutsu to the ninja in our squad. It would help the ninja be more prepared if a situation arises where the Leaf Village is in danger. I’m not as worried about Naruto and Sasuke as I am about the other Ninja. With Naruto’s Rasengan and Sasuke’s Chidori, they should be able to defeat most Genin, and even some Chunin. The others, I am not so sure about.”
“You know what Kakashi, that is a good idea. When Orochimaru attacked the village, we were only able to win because the Third Hokage defeated Orochimaru. Although he didn’t actually defeat Orochimaru, he inflicted enough damage to have Orochimaru retreat. If that happens again, I don’t know if we can win. Therefore, I would like for you to get the leaders of all the ninja squads in the village, and have them report to me. I will explain to them that they are to begin training their squads to use new jutsus.”
“Yes, I will go do that know, Lady Tsunade.”

Naruto entered the Ramen Shop. He really wanted ramen, and he had actually brought his money this time.

“Hello, can I get a bowl of ramen please?”
“Sure, that will be one dollar.”

Naruto handed the dollar to the man in the Ramen Shop, and the man gave him a bowl of ramen. As Naruto ate the Ramen, he thought about a lot of the battles he had fought recently. There was his fight against Kabuto, then the fight when he defeated Aoi Rokusho, and the fight when he, Kiba, Neji, Choji, and Shikamaru tried to find Sasuke before he joined the Sound Village. Naruto knew that he was much stronger than when he first became a ninja. He was able to learn jutsus like Shadow Clone Jutsu, Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, and even the Rasengan. People actually respected him now, and he didn’t feel like an outcast. There was one problem. Naruto wanted to defeat Sasuke. When they had fought previously, he thought they were equal. He knew he could defeat Sasuke. As he was sitting in the Ramen Shop, the sensei of Ninja Academy, Iruka Umino, walked in.

“Hi Naruto, how are you doing?”
“Iruka-sensei, what are you doing here?”
“I’m here to talk to you.”
“Talk to me? About what?”
“This is something that I think you will like. Lady Tsunade has given orders for you to go on a mission.”
“A mission? Alright, is anyone going with me?”
“Yes. She has requested that I go with you.”
“Really? That’s awesome! Now you can see how much stronger I’ve gotten!”

“There is a problem. That is the seriousness of the mission.”
“What is it? Does this have to do with Orochimaru?”
“Not at all. We have to find a scroll. By reading this scroll, you can learn a new jutsu.”
“That’s great! Why would you say there is a problem with this?”
“You didn’t let me finish. There are many ninja who want this scroll, to learn the jutsu themselves.”
“We can defeat any ninja who attack us.”
“Easier said than done, Naruto. This jutsu is a strong one, and there are ninja from every village that will want to find the scroll. They won’t hesitate to destroy you and I if we have the scroll.”

“This isn’t that big of a problem.”

Sasuke Uchiha walked into the Ramen Shop, and sat down next to Naruto.

“I am going with the two of you on this mission. Kakashi told me that I have to go. Apparently the Genin ninja in the village are going to be learning new jutsus, to help them get stronger, that way they can help fight if the village gets attacked. Because you and I know jutsus stronger than any of the Genin could learn now, we won’t be taught new jutsu. Therefore, we are going on this mission.”

Naruto was upset that he wasn’t going to be learning a new jutsu like the other Genin, but Sasuke was right. The Rasengan wasn’t a jutsu that any ninja could learn.

“Ok, lets get going! We should get that scroll before any other ninja do. Then we won’t have to fight as many.”

Iruka smiled. He remembered when Naruto was a weak ninja who couldn’t even do a transformation jutsu correctly. Naruto had gotten much stronger.

“Naruto, Sasuke, this won’t be an easy mission. There are going to be ninja from every village after this. They all have different jutsus, and we don’t know a lot about the jutsus that some ninja use.”
“That’s where my Sharingan is useful. I will be able to use the jutsu of any ninjas that attack us. Don’t worry Iruka, Naruto and I will get that scroll without a problem!”

“Great. We have been looking for that scroll for about an hour and already we are getting attacked by ninja. I won’t fail this mission! Naruto, Iruka we can defeat these ninja and get that scroll. Let’s do this!”

Episode Two: Chidorasengan!

Sasuke, Naruto, and Iruka walked out of the Hidden Leaf Village.

Iruka: There's a forest up there. There might be ninja in there ready to attack. We should be careful.

Naruto: I'm not worried! I can defeat any ninja that attack us, and I'm not going to walk into a trap.

Sasuke: Naruto. Iruka is right. We don't know what kind of ninja they are. They might have jutsu we haven't fought against.

Naruto: Don't worry Sasu...

Naruto stepped forward, and Shuriken flew down at him from the trees. Sasuke ran up to Naruto, picked him up, and moved out of the way, dodging the Shuriken.

Sasuke: You have to be more careful Naruto! You could have been destroyed!

Iruka: This is serious Naruto. We are on an A-Ranked Mission!

Naruto stared at Iruka.

Naruto: Did you say A-Ranked Mission? Tsunade allowed a Jonin and two Genin to go on an A-Ranked Mission? Isn't that dangerous?

Sasuke: What's the problem Naruto? Are you not strong enough to do this?

Naruto: We are going to find that scroll, that's a promise. Now, lets continue.

Shikamaru was sitting down, looking up at the clouds. Tsunade had told him about the mission that Naruto, Sasuke, and Iruka were going on. He was worried that they might be defeated. There were a lot of strong ninja that wanted the scroll. That wasn't the only problem though. Shikamaru knew about the scroll, and he knew the strength of the jutsu the scroll had. That is why so many ninja look for the scroll. They won't stop looking until every last ninja fighting for the scroll is destroyed. There could only be one ninja to learn the scroll's jutsu. The seriousness of this mission was more complex than that of an A-Ranked Mission.

Iruka, Sasuke, and Naruto began walking through the forest.

Iruka: No ninja have attacked us yet, we are lucky.

Five ninja from the Village Hidden In The Wind jumped down from a tree.

Sasuke: What were you saying Iruka?

Naruto: This isn't good! We're outnumbered!

Rain Ninja Leader: You will all be destroyed right now. We will be taking that scroll, and no other Village or ninja will convince me otherwise.

Iruka: Naruto, Sasuke, be careful.

Iruka knew that he should protect them. Even though they were all on the mission, he was a Jonin, and he wasn't going to let two Genin be destroyed by these ninja. Iruka jumped over the Rain Ninja Leader, and landed behind him.

Rain Ninja Leader: That one is the strongest.

He was talking about Iruka.

Rain Ninja Leader: Lets destroy him first.

Naruto: Iruka-sensei!

Sasuke and Naruto jumped over the Rain Ninja. They weren't surrounded anymore.

Sasuke: That solves one problem. The other problem is were outnumbered.

Iruka: Naruto, Sasuke, go to the Leaf Village!

Naruto: I'm not going to leave you here.

Rain Ninja Leader: You should listen to him. I am going to destroy your sensei, then you, if you don't go now.

Sasuke: Naruto, don't listen to him. We can take these ninja.

Rain Ninja Leader: Oh yeah? Ninja Art: Rain Shuriken!

A big, Shuriken, made of Rain and Chakra, flew towards Naruto and Sasuke.

Naruto: Oh no!

The Shuriken flew right at Naruto and Sasuke, and Iruka pushed them out of the way, taking the full attack of the jutsu. He fell to the ground.

Naruto: Iruka-sensei!

Sasuke: Iruka!

Iruka: Don't..worry about..me. You go..to the..Leaf Village..

Iruka closed his eyes. The Shuriken was made of Chakra and Rain, so it was destroyed after attacking Iruka.

Rain Ninja Leader: I told you! I destroyed him, and you two are about to be destroyed also!

Naruto: This ninja is strong. He destroyed Iruka by himself, without the assistance of the other ninja.

Rain Ninja Leader: My team is strong, why should they have to fight when you three are easy enough for me to defeat on my own?

Naruto: Iruka saved me again.

Naruto thought about the time he fought Mizuki, and Iruka prevented the Shuriken from hitting him. Naruto's Red Chakra was flowing around him.

Rain Ninja Leader: That Chakra is visible! What kind of Chakra is that?

Sasuke: Naruto?

Naruto: I'm not going to stand here, while you attempt to defeat Sasuke and myself. You hurt my sensei! He's always cared about me. He taught me how to become a great ninja.

Rain Ninja Leader: Your all talk kid!

Sasuke: Naruto's right. Iruka did protect us from that Shuriken. We would have been destroyed, not him! Your not going to get away with this! Sasuke's hand became surrounded with Chakra, then became the Chidori.

Naruto: Are you ready. Sorry to say this, but your not getting any scroll. I will defeat you here and now.

Naruto's Chakra formed the Rasengan in his hand. Sasuke ran towards the Rain Ninja Leader, and Naruto did also.

Sasuke: Chido..

Naruto: Rasengan...

Rain Ninja Leader: I need some assistance over here team! You can't defeat all five of us!

The other Rain Ninja began running towards Naruto and Sasuke.

Episode Three: Shadow Barrier Jutsu! Battle with the Rain Ninja!

Ninja: Shadow Barrier Jutsu!

The four Rain Ninja leaped towards Naruto and Sasuke, then they were suddenly stopped by a barrier of Shadow Energy. Naruto and Sasuke were suprised, until they noticed how the barrier was created. Standing in a tree above Naruto and Sasuke, was Shikamaru.

Naruto: Shikamaru! You arrived at a great time.

Sasuke: Thanks for the assistance and all Shikamaru. How did you know to show up here?

Shikmaru: That's a good question Sasuke. I knew you three were going on this mission, and I also know how dangerous the scroll is. I knew you would get into some battles that you couldn't win, I just didn't expect your first battle to be one of those. Why are you just standing there? I can't hold this barrier all day. Go defeat those ninja.

Kakashi: Listen up! All of you are Genin Ninja, and you are here because Lady Tsunade, the Hokage of this village, wants us Jonin Ninja to teach you new Jutsu. This is so that you can defend the village if it gets attacked.

Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy stood in the village, looking at the Genin Ninja standing near them. The Genin Ninja consisted of Neji, Shino, Kiba, Hinata, Sakura, Ino, Choji, and Tenten. Guy noticed that Lee wasn't standing there.

Guy: Where is Lee? He was supposed to be here.

Neji: I told Lee to be here by 2:00, and it's now 2:03. It's not like Lee to be late for anything.

Guy: I realize tha...

Kakashi: I think I know where Lee is, and I don't think your going to like it.

Kakashi began running towards the exit of the Village. He ran out of the gate, and into the forest. Although he was running, he still didn't see Lee anywhere. If Lee had gone to help Sasuke, Naruto, and Iruka on their mission, he could get hurt. This wasn't a mission Lee could take.

The Rain Ninja Leader looked at Shikamaru.

Rain Ninja Leader: You...You will pay for this!

Shikamaru: Sorry, I don't have any money right now.

Rain Ninja Leader: I wouldn't be insulting people if I were you.

Shikamaru: That's good, because your not. Anyway, Naruto, Sasuke, finish this up. We have to get that scroll.

Sasuke: Right.

Naruto: Lets go!

The Rain Ninja Leader couldn't do much, and he was outnumbered two to one, because Shikamaru's barrier was blocking the other Rain Ninja.

Rain Ninja Leader: The two of you can't defeat me. I won't lose. I will destroy you just like I destroyed your sensei. He was a weak leader. Is that what the Leaf Village considers strong? No wonder they are the weakest village. You should appreciate what I did.

Naruto looked at the Rain Ninja Leader with hatred.

Sasuke: Nar..Naruto?

Naruto: You should shut up! Iruka is a better ninja then you could ever hope to be! I'm not going to stand here while you insult him!

Shikamaru, Sasuke, and even the Rain Ninja were amazed at how Naruto was talking. He looked incredibly determined to destroy the Leader.

Rain Ninja Leader: What are you going to do? Your a weak ninja too. Ninja Art: Rain Shuriken!

A shuriken made of Chakra and Rain flew towards Naruto.

Naruto didn't move. He thought about his fight against Mizuki. He wasn't a great ninja then, and Mizuki convinced him to get a scroll for him. After doing this, Mizuki tried to destroy Naruto. He thought of how Iruka protected him from the Shuriken by letting the shuriken hit him. That had happened with the Rain Shuriken also. Iruka was the first person to appreciate him. People said he was worthless, and Iruka helped Naruto anyway. He couldn't allow the Rain Ninja to win. The shuriken smashed into Naruto, and he fell to the ground.

Sasuke: Naruto!

Rain Ninja Leader: You are weak! You didn't try to move out of the way at all.

Shikamaru: Why did you just stand there?

Naruto turned into smoke.

Rain Ninja Leader: It was just a Shadow Clone!

Sasuke: Naruto.

Naruto was standing in a tree above The Rain Ninja Leader. There was a Shadow Clone on the tree also, getting Naruto's Chakra ready so he could perform the Rasengan.

Naruto: You said I'm weak! I thought you would attack, so I made a Shadow Clone. While your Shuriken destroyed my clone, I was getting the Rasengan ready, so I could destroy you.

Rain Ninja Leader: A genin like you thought of that?!

Naruto leaped out of the tree towards the Rain Ninja Leader.

Naruto: Rasengan!

There was nothing the Rain Ninja Leader could do. Naruto hit him with the Rasengan, and they both landed on the ground. Shikamaru stopped the barrier, and jumped out of the tree. Then, he walked over to Naruto.

Shikamaru: Your a tough ninja, Naruto.

Episode Four: Shuriken Battle! The Quest to Find Lee!

 

Background

 

Kakashi leaped into the air. The three ninja jumped up also, and Kakashi moved out of their way just in time. He landed in a tree, trying to evade the other ninja's attacks. They were ninja from the Village Hidden in the Rain. One of them was about Kakashi's height, and the two others were about Neji's height. The problem was, he didn't know if he could defeat all three ninja by himself. He wasn't weak, yet he didn't know the strength of the other ninja. He had an idea as to where Lee was, and he wanted to get there before Lee got into any battles. The Ninja landed on the ground, and one took out a Shuriken.

 

Rain Ninja w|Shuriken: Take This!

 

Kakashi took a Shuriken also, and threw it directly at the Rain Ninja's Shuriken. The two Shuriken hit each other, and fell to the ground.

 

Rain Ninja: He's accurate. You think you can defeat him?

 

Rain Ninja (that threw the Shuriken): He's Kakashi Hatake, a Jonin from the Village Hidden in the Leaves. I didn't expect him to stand there and not put up a fight. I was ready for this.

 

They knew who he was, or at least, the Ninja that threw the Shuriken knew who he was. Kakashi knew that this wasn't a battle for any scroll, these Rain Ninja wanted to attack Kakashi.

 

Kakashi: Is that the best you've got? I'm not surprised you know who I am. What is your name?

 

Kakashi was talking to the Rain Ninja that threw the Shuriken.

 

Rain Ninja: My name is Ayora. I am one of the strongest Ninja from the Village Hidden in the Rain. I know that you are a strong ninja too, Kakashi. I won't underestimate you.

 

Kakashi: Ayo! Ayora Siyoro?

 

Ayora: You've heard of me. That's interesting. I fight with Shurikens. My jutsu's create Shuriken's made of Rain and Chakra. No one can defeat me if they get hit by one.

 

Kakashi: I don't plan on being hit by one, so don't worry about me. Now, I have something important to attend to, so can we get to the part where I defeat you and move on?

 

Ayora: Your not funny.

 

Kakashi knew that Ayora wouldn't be an easy opponent. He couldn't fight Ayora now, because he had to find Lee. Kakashi tried to think of a way to evade the ninja, and he couldn't figure it out.

 

Background 2

 

Kakashi: I wasn't trying to be! How's this?!

 

Kakashi took three Shuriken out of his pocket and threw them at Ayora.

 

Ayora: That's your best move? Three Shuriken?

 

Ayora didn't notice that one of the Shuriken had an exploding tag on it.

 

Kakashi: Three Shuriken and an Exploding Tag.

 

Ayora couldn't move out of the area. There was an explosion, and a flash of light.

 

Ayaro: Aahhhh!

 

When the smoke cleared, Ayaro and the other two Ninja were on the ground, and Kakashi wasn't standing there. He had gotten away by running out of the area before the tag exploded. Kakashi knew he would have been destroyed if he had stayed there for another second. Now he had to find Lee. The fight had taken up more time than he expected, and that wasn't good.

Lee was standing in a field. Another Ninja was standing some distance away from him.

 

Ninja: Lee, you decided to arrive.

 

Next Episode Preview

 

"You. Why did you choose Lee for this? He's only a Genin Ninja. You know that he can't do this mission. Your not going to get away with this!"

Well it's the best Naruto fanfic I've ever read. Though why is Sasuke back in the village? I thought he ran off with Orochimaru? Anyway' date=' I'll be following this series as it developes.

Yea .. You are right.. he run away to Orochimaru .. And yes is he back at the village or is it before he runned ?
