Ok so this is going to be my first Fanfic ever. I've never wrote one before so i need all of you opinions. I hope you all enjoy Chapter Four. Chapter Five will be up in a day or 2.

[spoiler=Plot]

The story takes place 3 years after Atem departs to the Afterlife. A small group of people secretly band to together to form the Light Assassins. Their leader, Johan, is hellbent on engulfing the world in darkness and using inferiors as slaves as revenge for being betrayed and neglected by the ones he loved. A young teen by the name of David hears about the Light Assassins and what they are trying to accomplish. In an attempt to try and save the world from eternal darkness and slavery he forms the Light Crusaders. His friends Ashley, Josh, Andrew, and Sarah pitch in to help. Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, Maximillion Pegasus, and Joey Wheeler hear of the war between the Light Crusaders and the Light Assassins and decide to help. They join the Light Crusaders in the battle against the Light Assassins in an attempt to save the world. Will the world be saved? Only time will tell.

 

[spoiler=Chapter One]“I tribute Double Coston to summon, Dark Horus,” David exclaimed.

“Hmph. Good move. But thanks to Swords of Revealing Light you still cannot attack so it’s my turn! Now I’ll remove from play the 9 Reptile monsters in my graveyard to summon Evil Dragon Ananta,” Andrew said with a firm and confident voice.

“Ha, I still have all my life points so even if you destroy Dark Horus I can destroy your Dragon on my next turn.”

“Haha, think again cause I activate the equip spell card Megamorph!”

“No. You can’t.”

“Oh but I can. And I’ll equip it to my Ananta. Now he has a grand total of 10,800 attack points. Evil Dragon Ananta attack and demolish Dark Horus!”

 

“Good game Andrew. Once again you pull off another win.”

“Thanks David.”

David and Andrew headed inside to see what the rest of the gang was up too.

“Hey Ashley, how’re you doing?” David walked up to her and kissed her on the cheek.“I’m doing great how’d the duel go, did you win?” She returned the kiss on the cheek and hugged him tightly.“Umm… haha, um, I lost again…”

“Again, what happened this time?”

“I summoned my Evil Dragon Ananta and equipped Megamorph. He had no chance.”

Ashley turned towards Andrew and said, “Oh, well yeah that would explain it. Um… oh yeah Josh was looking for you guys. He said something about the news but I can’t remember exactly. We should go find him.”

 

David, Andrew, and Ashley began searching for Josh and found him in the backyard in a duel against his and Andrew’s sister, Sarah. Josh had a Black Tyranno on the field and Sarah an Ancient Gear Gadgiltron Dragon.

 

“I activate the spell card Lightning Vortex. So by discarding my Ancient Gear your Black Tyranno is destroyed!” A lightning bolt exploded from the Ancient Gear and struck Black Tyranno in the face, destroying him.

“Oh no…” To bad she doesn’t know I’ve got Magic Cylinder face down.

“Next I activate Giant Trunade to send your face-down back to your hand!”

Oh that’s just super, thought Josh.

“Now Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon attack his life points directly for game”!

“Rawwwwwr!”

“Aggh…”

 

“Nice move Sarah. Josh you should have known that would’ve happened. You should have set your Magic Jammer.”

“Yeah I guess I should have….”

“Wasn’t there something you wanted to tell me and Andrew?”

“… Oh yeah! There’s going to be a tournament this Saturday. And guess who the judges are?”

“Who,”? Everyone asked the same question.

“Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba, Joey Wheeler, and Maximillion Pegasus”!!!

“No way”!! “We have to go!”

“Yeah, that’s why I already bought us admission tickets. Here you guys go.”

“Thanks Josh!” Everyone gathered around and hugged Josh.

[align=left][/align]4 hours later everyone had gone home except Ashley. She had wanted to spend some more time with David.

“So, are you excited about the tournament as much as I am?”

“Ashley you know I am. I can’t wait.”

They both went to kiss on the lips when a voice exploded, “Oh no you don’t! Rawwwr”!

 

A furry little creature with a construction helmet and whistle jumped between them to prevent the kiss.

“You know da rule. No lip touching while I be around or until your of the 16! If you do iz get nasty thoughts…”

“Rescue Cat…”

“Don’t you Rescue Cat me. You know da rule and you goings to listenz to it.”

“Ok… well, would you like me to walk you home Ashley?”

“No it’s ok. I’ll be fine. Love you.”

“Love you too. See you tomorrow.”

“Bye.”

“Bye.”

 

After Ashley had left Rescue Cat said, “Thank da Gods I preventz dat kiss. Who knowz how far it would have gotten.”

“What! You thought we were going to… Rescue Cat!!!”

“What! You never knowz what could have happenzd.”

“Well certainly not that. I’m going to bed. Good night Rescue Cat.”

“Good nightz.”

David laid on the bed and Rescue Cat jumped onto his chest. In a matter of seconds they began to dream.

 

[spoiler=Chapter Two]

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! David jumped out of bed startled. He looked at the time. It was midnight meaning he’d only been asleep for about 30 minutes.

“Who would be at the door at this time of night? And banging that loudly?” He ran down the stairs and jumped the last three. He opened the door to find Sarah, panting and out of breath.

“David…you have to come quick…Ashley…she’s in trouble.”

“What! What’s going on, where is she?!”

“By the park, come on.”

 

David and Sarah both ran to the park as fast as they could. When they got their Sarah was dueling a mysterious man. Sarah had her Ocean Dragon Lord and the man had a Cyber Archfiend in Defense mode.

 

“Hmph, your over little girl. I play Graceful Charity.” The man drew three cards and discarded two. His mouth formed a wicked smile. “I summon the Terrorking Archfiend in attack mode!” An evil fiend with a giant sword emerged from the ground, prepared for battle.

 

“Huh, what’s the point of that my Dragon is stronger?”

“Not for long. I activate my discarded Imprisoned Queen Archfiends special ability! Since Pandemonium is on the field and she’s in the grave my Terrorking gains 1000 attack points until the end phase! And that’s not all! I equip him with Axe of Despair!”

“Oh no!”

“Oh yes. Now Terrorking destroy her pathetic dragon!” The monster jumped high in the air and came down hard on Ocean Dragon Lord, impaling it’s head.

“Daedalus!”

“Now for your life points, Cyber Archfiend attack for game!” The creature’s hands lit up with lightning then it lunged forward hitting Ashley hard in the chest.

 

“Oh…” Ashley fell to the ground unconscious. David ran to Ashley and tried to get her to wake up.

“What the hell did you do?!”

“Oh, I only took her pathetic little soul.”

“You bastard! I challenge you to a duel and if I win Ashley gets her soul back!”

“Fine, but if I win your soul is mine too.”

“Fine.”

 

“I’ll go first!” yelled the man. “Oh and by the way my name is Derek, just so you and your friends know who took yours and Ashley’s souls.”

“I don’t give a rat’s ass what your name is just make your move so I can crush you!”

“Fine! I activate the field spell Pandemonium! This means when I have an Archfiend on the field I don’t have to pay life points! Next I play Field Barrier so Pandemonium can’t be destroyed. I’ll finish with three face downs and Cyber Archfiend in defense mode. Your move.”

 

“About time. I’ll play two face downs and a monster in defense mode to end my turn.”

“Haha and what was that about crushing me? Hmph your more pathetic than that girl. Since I have no cards in my hand Cyber Archfiend let’s me draw two cards instead of one. Now I’ll summon Terrorking Archfiend!” The fiend from earlier emerged again, looking just as evil as it did before. “Now I’ll equip Cyber Archfiend with Axe of Despair and switch him to attack mode! Now Cyber Archfiend destroy his face down!”

 

The monster prepared the same lightning attack and attacked the face down monster.

“Ha you activate my Big Eye’s effect! When he’s flipped face up I can look at the top five cards of my deck and rearrange them in any order!”

“Hmph, it doesn’t make a difference, Terrorking attack his life points!”

“Not so fast. I activate Kuriboh!”

“Hmph, lucky move. I’ll finish by activating Royal Decree and Tremendous Fire. Your move.” (Derek 3500)

(David 3000)

 

“Hmph, your done Derek. I’ll play my Graceful Charity. Now I have three DARK monsters in my grave. So now I’ll special summon the Dark Armed Dragon!”

“What? No, it can’t be!”

“Oh but it is now I’ll activate his ability. By removing Big Eye from play I’ll destroy your Cyber Archfiend and since there’s no Archfiends on the field your Terrorking is destroyed!”

 

An inferno slowly began to build in the mouth of Dark Armed Dragon. After seconds of building it was released and exploded upon impact with the creature. After Cyber Archfiend exploded into oblivion Terrorking began to dissipate.

 

“No, my Archfiends! Oh well, your dragon only has 2800 attack points, I can destroy it next turn.”

“There won’t be a next turn cause I activate Megamorph making his attack 5600!”

“Noooooo!”

“Dark Armed Dragon, Dark Inferno Blast!!!”

 

The inferno built again and after seconds of building it was shot at Derek. Upon impact it exploded and knocked Derek to the ground. After the smoke had cleared Derek had gotten up. He opened his hand and a small blue light escaped and made it’s way to Ashley’s body. “It’s not over David. The Light Assassin’s will hunt you down and destroy you. I’ll make sure of it.” He turned around and began to walk away. After a few feet a cloud of smoke appeared and he was gone.

 

“Huh, Light Assassins? Oh yeah, Ashley!” He turned around and ran to Ashley’s body. She had begun to stir and after a few seconds, opened her eyes.

“David? I-Is that you?”

“Yes, yes it’s me. Everything is okay now.” Tears began to fill his eyes and he leaned forward to kiss her on the cheek. Right before his lips were about to connect she turned her head and kissed him on the lips. David was surprised but kissed her back.

“Noooo! Now my headz fillz with nasty thingz! Ewww!” Rescue Cat jumped onto David’s shoulders and tried to pull him away. It was no use, he wouldn’t stop.

“Hmph…oh well, I guess I couldz let it goez this time. After the allz, you both could’ve lost your soulz forever.”

 

David and Ashley pulled away and David said, “From now on I’m walking you home, okay?”

“Haha, okay”

“Let’s go home then. You can stay at my place for the night.”

“Okay. I love you so much. I don’t know what I’d do without you.”

“Me neither now let’s go before another creepy man comes.”

Amenz to that.” Rescue Cat jumped onto David’s shoulder and they all headed home hoping that no one would attack them again.

[spoiler=Chapter Three]It was Saturday morning and everyone was awake and preparing their decks.

“Hey Sarah have you heard about those new cards called Synchros?” Ashley asked.

“Oh yeah I heard about those. I heard they were really powerful.”

“Yeah, it would so cool to have one.”

“Cool to have what?” David, Josh, and Andrew walked into the living room where Ashley and Sarah had been talking. Andrew had asked the question.

 

“Oh nothing, just these new cards called Synchros.” Ashley looked at her brother with a look of satisfaction as she new something he didn’t.

“Oh yeah, I heard about those and David already has two.”

“What?” Sarah’s smile disappeared and Ashley looked a bit angry.

“You have Synchros and you didn’t tell me?”

“Well I didn’t tell you cause I just got them when we went to the Card Shop and I got you one so don’t be so angry.”

 

“Oh, what’d you get?” Ashley and Sarah both walked up to David as he pulled two cards out of his pocket. One was a Dragon covered in ice and the other an evil looking Dragon.

“Here this one is yours. It’s called Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. By discarding a number of cards from your hand you can return a number of cards on the field back to the owner’s hand. And it’s a WATER attribute Sea Serpent monster so it fits your deck perfectly.”

“Wow…I don’t know what to say. Thank you. What’s your card called?”

“Mine’s called Exploder Dragonwing. When it battles a monster with less attack than it it automatically destroys the monster and inflicts damage equal to the destroyed monsters attack.”

 

“That’s really cool. I’d hate to go up against that.”

“And I your Brionac.”

“Uh, guys shouldn’t we go the tournament?” Everyone jumped cause they had forgotten Josh was there.

“Oh yeah, come on let’s go.” They all walked outside and hailed a cab. They got to the Arena in about 30 minutes and walked inside. There was a little over a hundred people their.

 

“I wonder where Kaiba, Yugi, Joey, and Pegasus are?”

“I was wondering the same thing Josh.”

“Guys over there!” Ashley pointed to a corner of the room where no other than Seto Kaiba, Yugi Muto, Joey Wheeler, and Maximillion Pegasus were standing.

“Um, why do they have duel disks? Josh?”

“Oh, um, haha, yeah they’re not judges.”

“WHAT?!” Everyone was looking at Josh with fury in their eyes.

“Yeah, um, they’re in the tournament. We might have to duel them…”

 

“Oh that’s just super. I don’t think any of us prepared for any of them.”

“Sorry guys… I guess we should go see who our opponents are then?”

“Yeah I suppose.”

They all walked to the table where the matches were listed. Josh was matched with Andrew, Ashley with Joey Wheeler, and David with a guy named John.

“Oh no I’m paired with Joey!”

“What’s wrong with me? Do I got a zit or somethin’?”

“Huh, Joey Wheeler?! No, no It’s just, your such a powerful duelist and I don’t want to be kicked out of the first round.”

“It’s double elimination, you have to lose twice. Don’t worry about it as long as you believe you can overcome anything. Now, we’re listed as the first duel so let’s duel!”

“Okay.”

 

Ashley, Joey, and the rest of the gang walked to the dueling field.

“Duel!” Ashley and Joey drew 5 cards and Joey said, “I’ll go first! I’ll start with the spell card Pot of Greed to draw two cards. Next I’ll summon Red Eyes B. Chick in attack mode and activate his effect. By tributing him on the field I can summon Red Eyes B. Dragon from my hand.”

“Oh no.” The baby dragon exploded and the infamous Red Eyes B. Dragon appeared from the smoke.

“I’ll play two face downs and end my turn.”

 

“Okay, I can do this. Um, I’ll activate the field spell A Legendary Ocean.” The field began to flood with water and a giant temple arose from the ground.

“Next I’ll activate Double Summon to summon two monsters face down. Next I’ll play one card face down and end my turn.”

“Alrighty I’ll draw and play the spell card Inferno Fire Blast. If I have a Red Eyes B. Dragon on my side of the field I can inflict 2400 points of damage to your Life Points! Red Eyes B. Dragon Inferno Fire Blast!” A giant Inferno began to build in Red Eyes mouth and was released after seconds of building, imploding on contact with Ashley.

“Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!” Ashley was blew back several feet but got back up as quick as she could.

 

“You okay?”

“I’m fine, go on.”

“Alright then. Since I activated Inferno Fire Blast Red Eyes can’t attack this turn so I activate Polymerization to Fusion Summon Thousand Dragon!” A rather old looking dragon appeared with smoke coming out of both nostrils. Despite being old it looked extremely powerful. “Thousand Dragon attack her face down on the left.” Thousand Dragon released a cloud of smoke of smoke towards the card which turned out to be a Yomi Ship.

“You activate Yomi Ship’s effect! When it’s destroyed in battle it takes the opposing monster with it!”

“Oh no.” The small ship hovered towards Thousand Dragon and then exploded.

“Ugh, I end my turn.”

 

“Okay here we go. Yes just what I needed. I summon Deep Sea Diva! And I’ll activate her effect to summon Mermaid Archer. Now I’ll flip my Transport Unit of the Ice Barrier. Now, I’ll tune Deep Sea Diva with Mermaid Archer and Transport Unit of the Ice Barrier to Synchro Summon, Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier!”

“What, a Synchro Summon?”

“That’s right and now I’ll activate Brionac’s effect. By discarding 3 cards from my hand I can send your Red Eyes and two face downs back to your hand!”

“Oh no!” A huge snowstorm blew from Brionac’s mouth returning Red Eyes and the two face downs back to Joey’s hand.

“ Now Brionac, attack his Life Points directly!” The giant beast inhaled and then released another snowstorm this time hitting Joey and knocking him off his feet. “I’ll finish with a face down. Your turn.”

 

“Eh, that was really cold. I’ll draw. Hmph your done. I remove Red Eyes B. Chick from play to Special Summon Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon!” A giant dragon appeared and it was even more frightening than the first Red Eyes. “Now I activate his effect to Special Summon Red Eyes B. Dragon back to the field. Now Red Eyes B. Dragon attack and destroy Brionac!” The Dragon built a giant inferno in its mouth and released it towards Brionac. Upon impact with the Serpent it exploded and destroyed it.

“sheet…”

“Now Darkness Metal Dragon attack directly!” The dragon also prepared an inferno except this one was much bigger than the inferior Red Eyes B. Dragon’s inferno. After seconds of building it was shot towards Ashley and exploded upon impact.

 

“Aaaaaaahhhhhh!” The holograms disappeared and David ran to help Ashley up.

“That was a good duel. I hope we can duel again sometime.”

“Thanks, me too.”

“Alright I’ll go report the duel to the judges.”

“You did great Ashley. I was really excited when you summoned Brionac.”

“Thanks. I was excited too but he destroyed it so fast… Oh well. Maybe he’ll stay on the field longer next time.”

“I’m sure he will. Come on my duel is next.”

 

Ashley and David met with the rest of the gang and walked to field five where a strange man in a dark green coat was waiting.

“I’ve been waiting for you David. Derek has told me about your victory over him. I can assure you I will not be as easy to beat.”

“Huh, you must be one of those Light Assassin people Derek was talking about!”

“Yes. My name is John and I am a member of the Light Assassins. However, I am not as evil as Derek. I do not steal people’s souls.”

“Then why are you here?”

“Because of a certain card you have in your possession. The Dark Armed Dragon. My master wants it and so I have volunteered my services to retrieve it for him.”

“What? No way am I giving you my Dragon.”

“If you do not put it on the line I will have no choice but to steal your soul after the duel! Do not make me have to do that!”

“Fine. Let’s Duel!”

 

“I’ll go first!” John drew a card from his deck and began to smile. “I activate the field spell Forest!” Trees and bushes arose from the ground until the entire field was covered. There was only a small clearing where David and John stood. “Next I’ll activate Verdant Sanctuary.”

“What does that do?”

“Whenever an Insect-Type monster is destroyed in battle I can add a monster from my deck with the same level as the destroyed monster to my hand! I’ll finish with a monster in defense mode. Your turn.”

 

“Alright here we go. Humph, I’ll summon Summoner Monk in attack mode. Because of his effect he’s automatically switched to defense mode. Now I’ll activate his second effect. By discarding a Spell Card from my hand I can summon a level four or below monster from my deck. Come forth Black Salvo! “Urg, oh well Verdant Sanctuary activates and I’ll add Aztekipede, the Worm Warrior to my hand. Now, Pinch Hoppers effect activates so I’ll Summon Ultimate Insect Lv1 from my hand!”

“Your move.”

“Well of course. I activate Ultimate Insects effect to summon Ultimate Insect Lv3 to the field. Next I’ll summon Prickle Fairy in defense mode. I’ll finish with Swords of Revealing Light.” Three bright swords fell from the sky and landed in front of Exploder Dragonwing.

 

“My move. I’ll activate Pot of Greed and draw two cards. I’ll play a monster in defense mode and a face down to end my turn.”

“Ha, that’s it? I activate Ultimate Insects effect to summon Ultimate Insect Lv5 and this insect comes with a nifty effect. If he was summoned by his level 3 counterpart all your monsters lose 500 attack points. Say goodbye to 500 of your dragon’s attack points.”

“Not so fast I activate Dark Illusion. When a Spell, Trap, or monster effect targets a dragon-type monster on my side of the field I can negate that card’s effect and destroy the card.”

“No! Oh well, Aztekipede attack his face down!” The giant worm crawled forward and impaled the face down Big Eye.

“You activate Big Eye’s effect. Now I can look at the top five cards of my deck and rearrange them in any order.”

“Whatever it’s your turn.”

 

“This duel is over. Now I have exactly 3 Dark monster in my graveyard so I Special Summon the DARK ARMED DRAGON!”

“No! It can’t be!”

“Now I activate his effect. By removing Big Eye and Black Salvo from play I’ll destroy your Prickle Fairy and Swords of Revealing Light!”

“Nooooo!”

“Yes. Now, Exploder Dragonwing destroy his Aztekipede with your special effect!”

“What?”

“Oh yes, when my Exploder Dragonwing attacks a face up monster with less attack than it, it automatically destroys the monster and inflicts damage equal to the monsters attack!”

“Oh no!”

 

The dragon unleashed a stream of fire destroying the giant worm and knocking John off of his feet.

“Now, Dark Armed Dragon attack his Life Points directly!” The giant dragon spun around and hit John in the stomach, sending him flying. “That’s game.”

“Humph, Derek was right. You are powerful. We’ll have to keep an eye on you. I hope we meet again.”

“Wait…” It was too late. A cloud of smoke appeared and John was gone.

“Damn. I need to know who these people are.”

“It’s okay David. Hopefully they won’t be back for a while.” Ashley walked up from behind and hugged him. “I’m just glad you didn’t lose.”

“Me too.”

 

“Hey, did you guys just duel a Light Assassin?”

“Huh, Yugi Muto!” Everyone turned around to find Yugi standing behind them.

“Yes. I watched about half of the duel. When you played Pot of Greed to be exact. Anyway, was that man a Light Assassin?”

“Yes, why?”

“Humph, they’re getting more dangerous.”

“What do you mean?”

“The Light Assassin’s formed about two month’s ago. They either steal souls or take their opponent’s strongest card so their leader may gain strength to engulf the world in darkness. We can’t let that happen.”

“No, we can’t. We have to do something about it. You know what? I’m going to form my own group…yeah. And we’re going to stop the Light Assassin’s and prevent them from destroying this world.”

“A fine idea. And what will this group be called?”

“Um…”

“The Light Crusader’s!” Sarah butted in. Everyone looked at her and she turned red. “It’s only a suggestion.”

“I think it’s good. What do you think David?”

“Well if Yugi thinks it’s good then it’s good. We’ll call it…The Light Crusaders!”

“Perfect, I think I shall tell Seto, Pegasus, and Joey. I’ll have them join to join in the effort to destroy the Light Assassin’s.”

About 3 hours after David and Yugi formed the Light Crusaders everyone was at Yugi’s house drinking some Iced Tea.

“So, David, you’ve defeated Derek and John. Now there is supposedly two more members and then there’s the leader.”

“Right, so what do you suppose we do Kaiba?”

“We find them, and then we destroy them.”

The following morning Josh and Andrew were sitting at the table looking over their decks. Today was the day they had to duel each other.

“So, Andrew, are you going to use your Reptile Deck?” Josh looked at his brother with a slight look of fear.

“Yes I am. It is my strongest deck and I will do whatever it takes to win this tournament, even if it means defeating you.” Andrew put his deck in his pocket and walked into the living room. “Did you get the Duel List for today?” The question was to David, who was sitting on the couch watching T.V.

“Yeah it’s there on the coffee table.” Andrew walked to the coffee table and picked up the sheet of paper.

“Hmm, so you’re facing Sarah? Good luck. Me and Josh, Ashley versus a girl named Alexis, Pegasus versus Joey and Kaiba versus a girl named Christina. Interesting match ups.”

“You’re telling me. Anyway, you should try and give Josh a bit of a morale boost. He could really use it. Especially from you since you’re the one he’s scared about.”

“Why is he scared? There should be no reason for him to be scared. If he plays his cards right he should win. I’ve seen his Deck David, it’s one of the strongest I’ve seen.”

“You should still talk to him.”

“Fine.”

 

Andrew walked back into the kitchen where Josh was still preparing his deck. Josh looked up and asked, “Andrew, do you think I have a chance of beating you?”

“Possibly, all you have to do is play your cards right and you have a good chance of winning.”

“Really, okay, well I’m done preparing my deck so we should head out to the tournament.”

“Alright, I’ll get Ashley, Sarah, and David.” Andrew walked up the stairs to get Ashley and Sarah. He found them in David’s room where they were looking over their decks. “Hey we’re all ready to go come on.”

“Okay, me and Sarah just finished.” Ashley got up and put her deck in her pocket while Sarah put one more card in her deck.

“What was that card Sarah? Ancient Gears don’t have Fusions.”

“It’s a secret. I got it to beat David. If I can summon it there’s no chance of David winning.” Sarah got up and walked out the door.

 

“Andrew, don’t ask me what it is because I don’t know either. She won’t tell me.” Ashley began to follow Sarah as she was saying this leaving Andrew confused. He shrugged to himself and followed them down the stairs.

 

About 30 minutes later they arrived at the stadium. Josh and Andrew checked the duel list to see what field they were at. They were on Field 8. After they checked they walked over to the designated field and pulled out there decks.

“Alright Josh, this is it. Your one opportunity to defeat me and stay in the tournament. You lost your last duel so don’t lose this one!”

“I won’t lose Andrew. Not to you. I’ll be the first person to ever beat you!”

“Then do it!”

“Duel!”

 

They both drew five cards and Josh said, “I’ll start first. I’ll draw and summon Black Stego in attack mode!” A big black Stegosaurus appeared and roared loudly. “I’ll set two face downs and end my turn.”

“Good move. I’ll activate Double Summon and summon two Alien Shocktroopers in attack mode.” Two big green aliens covered in armor and wielding swords appeared on Andrew’s field ready to fight. “Alien Shocktrooper attack his Black Stego.” The alien lunged it’s sword at the beast but the Stego kneeled down and the alien was unable to penetrate its defenses. “What? What happened? Your Stego should be destroyed.

“When you attacked Black Stego’s effect activated. You see, when Black Stego is attacked while in attack position he’s automatically switched to defense mode.”

“Hmph, I’ll play one face down and end my turn.”

“Alright, my move. I activate the spell card Soul Exchange. So I’ll just borrow your Shocktrooper and use him and my Black Stego to summon Super Conductor Tyranno in attack mode!” A huge T-Rex covered in armor appeared on the field. “Now my Tyranno attack and destroy his Alien Shocktrooper.” Lightning built around the beast and after a few seconds was launched at the alien, blowing it to pieces.

“I activate Snake Whistle to special summon Venom Snake from my deck.”

“Okay. I end my turn.”

 

“I draw and what a draw it is. I activate the field spell Venom Swamp!” The ground around Josh and Andrew began to collapse. 12 small pieces of land were left for Josh, Andrew, and their monsters to stand on while the rest of the field was drowned in a dark red goo. “Next I’ll summon Venom Serpent in attack mode.” A big green two headed serpent was conjured and launched itself at the Tyranno. It bit into the beast and left a small purple spot where it had bit.

“What did it do?”

“It’s ability activated. Once per turn it can place one Venom Counter on one of your monsters. Now my Venom Snake add a Venom Counter to his Tyranno.” The snake also lunged itself into the Dino also leaving a small purple spot. “And now Venom Swamp activates. Your Tyranno loses 500 attack points for each Venom Counter on it forcing it to lose 1000 attack points. It’s your turn.”

 

“About time so I’ll draw. Now I’ll summon Miracle Jurassic Egg in defense mode. Next I think I’ll destroy your Venom Snake. Super Conductor Tyranno attack!” The Dino built up lightning again and shot it at the snake. It exploded into tiny bits. “I end my turn.”

Andrew drew a card from his deck and smiled. “Alright, first off I activate my Serpent’s effect to place another counter on your Tyranno giving it 1800 attack points.” The serpent lunged itself again and made a third purple spot appear on the beast. “Next I’ll tribute my Venom Serpent to summon the Venom Boa!” The two headed serpent disappeared and in its place was a big, purple boa with three eyes. “Now I’ll activate his effect to add two Venom Counters on your Tyranno.” The giant boa lunged and bit the Tyranno this time leaving two counters. “Since I placed two counters on your monster I can’t attack this turn so I’ll just finish with a face down.”

 

“Alright, it’s my turn. Hmm, I’ll switch my Tyranno to defense mo…”

“I activate Final Attack Orders! For as long as this card is on the field all face up monsters are switched to attack position and can’t change their battle positions1”

“Damn it. I’ll play a face down and end my turn.”

 

“My move and I’ll summon Gagagigo in attack mode. Now Gagagigo attack his Conductor!” The human-shaped reptile lunged forward and tore the Tyranno in half. “Now Venom Boa attack his Egg!” The giant serpent lunged forward and swallowed the egg hole. “I’ll finish with a face down and end my turn.”

“Okay, here we go. I’ll activate my Double Summon and summon Oxygeddon and Hydrogeddon in attack mode. Next I’ll activate Riryoku to take half of your Boa’s attack and add it to my Hydrogeddon’s attack. Now Hydrogeddon attack Gagagigo!” The brown dinosaur unleashed a stream of gas at the reptile destroying it. “Now I’ll activate Hydrogeddon’s effect to summon another Hydrogeddon from my deck.” Another brown dino appeared and was ready to destroy. “Now Hydrogeddon destroy his Boa!” The new dino unleashed the same attack destroying the serpent. “Now his effect activates so I’ll summon yet another Hydrogeddon from my deck.” The third and final Hydrogeddon was summoned and Andrew was now without defense.

“Now Hydro and Oxygeddon attack his Life Points dire…”

“Activate trap card Negate Attack. Now your attack is negated and the Battle Phase ends.”

“Urgh, I activate Bonding-H2O! So now I’ll tribute 2 Hydrogeddon’s and my Oxygeddon to summon Water Dragon!” The two Hydrogeddon’s and Oxygeddon twisted together to form a giant dragon made of water. “I’ll end my turn here.”

“This was a good duel Josh but unfortunately it ends here. First I’ll activate Snake Rain. So by discarding my Venom Snake from my hand I can send 4 Reptile monsters from my deck to the graveyard. Next I’ll summon Razor Lizard in attack mode.” A small frilled lizard with razors on it’s frill appeared on the field and was minuscule compared to the Water Dragon.

“What’s he going to do?”

“Nothing, besides being a tribute.”

“But you already summoned unless…”

“That’s right Josh. I remove my Razor Lizard and the 11 Reptile monsters in my graveyard to summon the Evil Dragon Ananta!” The swamp began to bubble and a 7-Headed Hydra slowly appeared from the goo. “He now has 7200 attack points as there are 12 Reptile monsters removed from play. Now Ananta attack and destroy his Water Dragon. End this Duel!” The seven heads all began building up one giant purple beam and shot it at the Water Dragon. Upon contact the dragon exploded and knocked Josh off of his feet.

Josh stood up and Andrew walked up to him. “It was a good duel Josh. You did excellent.”

“Really? But now I’m out of the tournament.”

“It’s okay. Maybe in the next tournament you’ll go even further possibly even defeating me. Now come on, let’s go report the duel.” Josh and Andrew went to the judge’s table to report the duel.

 

“That was a good duel. That Andrew kid has some good monsters. It’d be fun to duel him. Of course, I’d win.”

“I’m sure you would Kaiba. But right now it’s time for your duel against that Christina girl. So let’s go.” David looked at Kaiba and nudged his head to Field 2.

“Right, let’s go.”

 

They all walked to Field 2 where a young girl around the age of 18 was standing. She had long black hair and was dressed in black jeans, a white t-shirt, and a long black and white coat.

“Ahh, Seto Kaiba. It’s about time. My master wants your Blue Eyes cards and so he shall have them. Prepare to duel.”

[spoiler=Chapter Six]“Huh, my Blue Eyes White Dragons? Now why would I put those on the line?”

“Because if you don’t, I’ll just take your soul.”

“Urgh, fine. But I wouldn’t get too cocky. You do know I invented this Duel System?”

“Yes, I do. Now shut up and duel!”

 

Christina and Kaiba drew 5 cards when Kaiba said, “Since I invented this system I think I’ll go first. I’ll start off by discarding my Thunder Dragon to add the other 2 from my deck to my hand. Next I’ll activate the spell card Polymerization!” The two dark green dragons appeared on the field and immediately began to swirl together. When they stopped a giant, pink dragon stood in their place. “Please welcome my Twin Headed Thunder Dragon.”{2800/2100}

 

“Humph, he doesn’t look like much. I’ll eradicate him quickly.”

“Good luck with that. I’ll set a monster in defense mode and a face-down to end my turn.”

“Took you long enough. I’ll draw. First I activate the spell card Lightning Vortex! So now by merely discarding a card from my hand your Thunder Dragon is destroyed!” A bolt of lightning shot from the card and exploded upon contact with the dragon. “Next I’ll summon Hunter Dragon {1700/100} in attack mode. Hunter Dragon destroy his face down card.” The small black dragon struck the face down card and destroyed it.

“You activate my Giant Germ’s special ability! When he’s destroyed I can summon two Giant Germs in face-up attack position from my deck.” Two giant, purple blobs appeared on the field motionless. “Next his other ability activates. You lose 500 Life Points.”

“Whatever I end my tu…”

“Activate trap card Crush Card Virus!”

“What?!”

“I tribute one of my Giant Germs to destroy every monster on your side of the field, in your hand, and the next three cards you draw with over 1500 attack points. Say goodbye to your Hunter Dragon.” Purple smoke bubbled out of the small dragon destroying it from the inside.

“Humph, I end my turn.”

 

“My turn then.”

“No sheet Sherlock.”

“Shut up. I summon Kaiser Sea Horse {1750/1500} in attack mode. I also switch Giant Germ {1000/100} to defense mode. Now, Kaiser Sea Horse attack her Life Points directly!” The armored, purple warrior lunged forward and struck Christina in the chest. “I end my turn.”

“My turn.”

“No sheet Sherlock,” Kaiba said in a mocking voice.

“Urgh, I activate Foolish Burial! I send Darkblaze Dragon from my deck to the graveyard. Next I’ll activate Premature Burial to revive my dragon.” A black and dark red dragon appeared and roared loudly. “Say hi to Darkblaze Dragon. Since he was special summoned from the graveyard his attack and defense are doubled giving him 2400 attack points. Now attack my ferocious beast!” The dragon shot towards the armored warrior exploding on contact. “Now his effect activates. When he destroys a monster by battle its attack points are dealt to you as damage! I set a face-down and I end my turn.”

Kaiba {1000}

Christina {1750}

 

“Humph, nice move but not nice enough. I activate Future Fusion! So I send three Blue Eyes to the graveyard and in two turns I can summon my Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! In the meantime however I think I’ll activate Monster Reborn! So say hello to my Blue Eyes White Dragon {3000/2500}!” As soon as the legendary beast appeared everyone in the arena turned their attention to the duel. “Next I think I’ll switch my Giant Germ to attack mode and summon my D.D. Dragon {1200/1500} in attack mode. Blue Eyes White Dragon, destroy her Darkblaze Dragon with Burst Stream of Destruction!” The legendary dragon shot a huge blast of white energy at the inferior dragon, blowing it to pieces.

Christina {1150}

“Now, D.D. Dragon attack her Life Points directly for game!”

“Haha, haha, hahahahahahahahaha!”

“What’s so funny?”

“I activate the trap card Magic Cylinder! Reversing your direct attack to your life points! Hahahahahahahahahaha!” The small green dragon turned around and struck Kaiba in the chest, knocking him to the ground.”

Christina {1150}

 

A huge, black cloud engulfed the field and after a few seconds it dissipated. Christina had disappeared along with the Blue Eyes White Dragons.

“My dragons, she took them!” Kaiba began to tear up but stopped almost immediately. His eyes began to fill with hate. “We will find her…and I will destroy her.”

Ok i'll edit it later today. How would I write the description for the cards?

 

You write things like:

 

"I activate Lightning Vortex." A lightning storm suddenly appeared and a lightning bolt hit the Black Tyranno, causing it to be destroyed.

 

Or something like that.
