Tricky summoning/activation conditions, so more than usual tributes or greater costs.

I'm making a Kuriboh Archetype in Written Cards I just want to know what you guys think.

It's just the beginning of the Archetype so it won't take a whole page.

Kuriboh Blader/EARTH/Level 2/Fiend/Effect/800 ATK/400 DEF

Lore: When a Monster is declared as an attack you can remove this card from play to increase the ATK of the target monster equal to the ATK of the attacking monster. During your End Phase you can remove from play 1 other "Kuriboh" Monster in your Graveyard to return this card to your Graveyard.

 

Kuriboh Monk/LIGHT/Level 1/Spellcaster/Tuner/100 ATK/1000 DEF

Lore: You can discard 1 "Kuriboh" Monster from your hand to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Kuriboh" Monster from your Deck. This monster can only be used for the Synchro Summon of a "Kuriboh" Monster.

Kuriboh Helm/Spell/Equip

Lore: Equip this to a face-up "Kuriboh" Monster your opponent controls. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle. If this is equipped to a "Kuriboh Knight" increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 1000.

 

Kuriboh Land/Spell/Field

Lore: When a Monster is sent to the Graveyard place 1 Kuriboh Counter on this card. All "Kuriboh" Monsters you control gain 200 ATK for every Kuriboh Counter on this card. You can discard a "Kuriboh" Monster from your hand to Special Summon 1 "Kuriboh" Monster from your Deck.

Kuriboh Bomb/Trap/Normal

Lore: Tribute 2 face-up "Kuriboh" Monsters you control, destroy every card on the field.

Sorry, I've just realised half of what I told you was utterly wrong. I think I was answering a different question from a different thread.

 

It can be a Contact Fusion, but if so, all the Fusion Materials must be on the field. I have no idea why I posted what I did.

Correct OCG - (or at least I think): This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 EARTH monsters. During your Standby Phase, flip a coin: * Heads: This card gains 500 ATK and DEF. * Tails: Switch this monster to Defense Position. This card's Battle Position cannot be changed until your Next turn.

 

The name is, sadly, very stereotyipical. Not a very special effect either.

 

Does anyone here actually play MTG?

- Heads: This card gains 500 ATK and DEF, until your End Phase.

- Tails: This card is switched to Defense Position and its battle position cannot be changed until the end of the next turn.

So..all Fusion Material Monsters have to be on the field. Got it. :)

 

@Striker:Just small complaints...such as I think it's "toss a coin" (picky I know. ;)) and a monster with that high of an ATK should be a higher level, IMO.

 

Also, the correct OCG for the tails effect should be "This card's battle position is changed to Defense Position. This card's battle position cannot be changed until the end of your next turn."

 

Otherwise, excellent work Striker and Ursus. :)

 

BTW, Ursus or anyone, want to have a duel on Yugioh Network?

During the End phase, inflict 300 Life Points of Damage to each player for every Spell or Trap sent to the Graveyard this turn. If no Spells or Traps where sent to the Graveyard this turn, destroy this card.

I think that's most of the OCG errors. Nice effect! 7/10
