@ Everyone:

I'm asking you all a big favor.

Can you look at my card project and tell me if I should add any of these cards in a real YGO deck.

I was thinking of Nayel in a dark world deck & Zonixs in a zombie or dragon deck & Revriagon in a Hopeless/Dragon deck' date=' but that's it so far..also if anyone would like to duel me with that set to hepl me work out some effects that would be truly helpful...

@ Lex: Not much happened. I'm still testing both versions of my Counter Fairy Deck.

The first version ("Shinato"-based) can be incredibly powerful, probably more so than the second version, but is a lot more unreliable. The second ("Parshath" and RFP-based) can't produce so much power as quickly, but can almost always provide a counter-strategy to damage your opponent's field or gain hand advantage.

I've also been playing around with your Burn Deck.

@ Whamo: It's simple. In "YuGiOh!" you take on the role of a sorcerer who controls various monsters through the use of dark magic and chaos spells. It's all good fun.

In "Pokemon" however, you play the role of a 10-year who hasn't had a year of schooling in his life sent out into the world to amass a personal army of living weaponry which he then uses against other private militias. The way to win a Pokemon battle is simple, hit the other animal so hard that its body forces unconciousness upon it to avoid psychological damage. It's just plain evil...

@ Whamo: The two Decks I've built are both "Counter Fairy" Decks, but they have different trumps and techniques. The first is based on the Summoning of "Shinato, King of a Higher Plane". Other than that, the main purpose is Life Point restoration and stalling.

In the second, the trump card is "Neo-Parshath". As a result, it is more beatdown and hand advantage-focussed, usually using "Meltiel" and "Cestus of Dagla" to gain Life Points to increase "Neo-Parshath's" ATK. This second one also has hints of RFP to allow an unexpected edge.

@ Lex: Your Deck was quite good, but it needed more defense and more sources of burn damage. That's why I've added a couple of "Dark Bribes", a pair of "Ookazis" and several of the "Flamvell" and "Volcanic" Archetypes.

Its main weakness was if your opponent managed to get rid of your Spells, since the number of monsters in that Deck was relatively slight, and then use "Lava Golem" against you. What I added mainly was defense for the stalling cards.
