It makes you think the work experience boy thought them up. As if the Konami execs thought;

"What shall we do with the new plot point?"

"How about giving it to the work-boy? It'll give him something to do..."

Gah!

In less-ranty news; have reached new level for stupid amounts of Life Points. Just finished a duel with 26800. I love you Counter Fairies.

Max im happy you found a new deck that you love

@gh: I can't accept you but I'm pretty sure you will be.

@ Everyone:

I'm asking you all a big favor.

Can you look at my card project and tell me if I should add any of these cards in a real YGO deck.

I was thinking of Nayel in a dark world deck & Zonixs in a zombie or dragon deck & Revriagon in a Hopeless/Dragon deck, but that's it so far..also if anyone would like to duel me with that set to hepl me work out some effects that would be truly helpful...

EDIT: Reached Chain Link 5 in "S.A.", "Bountiful Artemis" made my hand quite large after that...

"Cestus of Dagla" -> "Dark Bribe" (Opponent's) -> "Dark Bribe" (Mine (1)) -> "Solemn Judgement" -> "Dark Bribe" (2)

@ Chrid: Why did you go?

Effect: Activate only during your opponent's turn. Remove from play 2 Spell Cards: 1 from your Deck, and 1 from your Graveyard. Select 1 Equip Spell in your Graveyard and place it in an unoccupied Spell & Trap Card Zone, equipping it to an appropriate target.

I designed this card to take advantage of the 'negative' Equip Spells; or to combo with "Mystical Space Typhoon"/"Raigeki Break".

Eg. Your opponent attacks your Defense Position monster, you activate this, equipping "Big Bang Shot" to your opponent's monsters. Because of "B.B.S.", your opponent takes the piercing damage. Then, as they end their turn, use "M.S.T." to destroy the Equip Spell and RFP the equipped monster.

I think it's balanced. Perhaps slightly unpowered...

@ Striker: It will feature in "Counter Fairies" vs. "Wicked Eraser/Avatar", since the Dark-DIVINE monsters are completely unaffected by Traps (compared to Light-DIVINE who are only affected for a turn), so a large number of the "Counter Fairy" non-Counter Traps are removed and replaced with a selection of Equip and Quick-Play Spell Cards.

EDIT: Check under 'Inactive Members', then 'Advanced Members'.

@ Striker: In my "YGO Emissaries" fic, the "Wicked Gods" are a major plot point, and the two main characters use a "Counter Fairy" and "WIND Turbo" Deck respectively. These go against one of the "Wicked Gods". However, there is a difference between the two different kinds of DIVINE monsters.

'Light' DIVINE

The "Egyptian Gods". Their DIVINE kanji is written on the LIGHT Attribute background. Their inherent effects are:

- Cannot be destroyed by non-DIVINE monster effects.

- Cannot switch control, be returned to the hand/Deck or be Removed from Play.

- Affected for only one turn by Spells, Traps and Effect Monster Cards.

- Cannot be equipped with Equip Cards.

- When Special Summoned from the Graveyard, are returned to it at the end of the turn.

'Dark' DIVINE

The "Wicked Gods". Their DIVINE kanji is imposed on the DARK Attribute background. They have different, more powerful, but more restrictive effects:

- Unaffected by Trap Cards and non-DIVINE Effect Monsters

- Affected for only one turn by Spells.

- Cannot switch control and can only be destroyed by battle.

- Cannot be Special Summoned.

So, if facing a 'Light'-DIVINE monster, your only option is stalling or effect destruction, while when facing a 'Dark'-DIVINE monster, you can only destroy by battle or attempt to get it off the field some other way, but not using Traps or Monster effects.

Therefore, the non-Counter Traps used by "Counter Fairies", such as "Dimensional Prison", "Mirror Force" etc. are useless against the "Wicked Gods", so are replaced when the main characters fight against them.
