Effect: You can activate this card during the Main Phase 2 of the turn it is Set. If you do' date=' when this card is removed from the field, it is removed from play and cannot be returned to your hand, Deck or Graveyard until after your second End Phase after it was activated. After activation, Special Summon this card in Defense Position; it is treated as an Effect Monster Card (Aqua-Type/WATER/Level 2/ATK 0/DEF 900). ... (This card is still treated as a Trap Card.)

@Max: What I didn't mentioned is that it is a /Assault Mode of a Dark Synchro whose Level is -9 and can only be Summoned by a Dark Tuner Monster who is LVL 6.

 

And for "Argo Vela's" effect maybe something like this?

"When this card is Summoned, flip a number of face-down Monster Cards your opponent controls equal to the number of "Argo" monsters you control face-up. (Card effects are not activated.) While this card remains face-up on the field, cards selected by this card's effect remain face-up. (Those card(s) are still treated as Set.)"

 

Yes I just made a monster version of that effect.

And that effect looks a lot like an old card I made.

As long as this card remains in Attack Position, all Spell and Trap Cards are also treated as face-down cards. (A Spell or Trap Card can still activate their effect.)

@Max: Mhhh, I have thought about and how about it only nukes your own field? So it will be something like this:

 

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". When this card is Special Summoned, you can send all other cards you control to the Graveyard. Increase this card's ATK equal to the number of cards send to the Graveyard by this card's effect x 300. When your opponent activates a card effect, you can send 1 card you control to the Graveyard to negate the effect and destroy the card. "

@ Lex: "Stardust" monsters are overpowered, full stop. And that is a better effect.

 

@ XzY: I'm looking for a WATER-esque Spell/Trap-based effect. And what is the 'Mountain' Time Zone? I've never heard of that.

That is the time Zone I live at. Their is lots of different time Zones in the world, and we are close to the Central time Zone, but we are still in the Mountain time Zone, which is why right now, it is 10:00 a.m where I'm at.

Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Zombie-Type monster who has destroyed a monster by battle this turn. Increase this cards Level by 2 for each monster Tributed by this effect. When this card would be destroyed by battle, you can destroy 1 face-up Zombie-Type monster instead.

 

D Synchro

When this card is Dark Synchro Summoned, you can Tribute all other Zombie-Type monsters you control. Increase this card's ATK equal to the number of monsters Tributed x 300. When you opponent activates a card's effect, you can Tribute 1 Zombie-Type monster you control to negate its effect and destroy it.

Anyone got any ideas for an original LV monster effect?

 

 

And if you're interested, this is the "Argo Navis" that those "Argo" monsters Summon.

This card returns to its owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up. When this card is Special Summoned, destroy all other monsters on the field. This card loses 500 ATK for each monster destroyed. If your opponent activates a card effect that would destroy this card in response to this card's activation, negate the activation of that card and send it to the Graveyard. You cannot control other monsters. When this card declares an attack, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand. If you do, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. If this card destroys a monster by battle, double any Battle Damage this card inflicts to your opponent. When this card is destroyed by battle or by your opponent's card effect, add 1 "Argo Carina", "Argo Pyxis" and "Argo Vela" from your Graveyard to your hand.
