Headmaster Monokuma
@Shadow Zero: It may be useless now, but one time it wasn't. Do you remember Thousand Eyes Restrict? That's a fun card. Too bad it's banned now.
Max Darkness
"Thousand-Eyes Idol" was used for "Thousand-Eyes Restrict", the most powerful monster of its time; so it only had one use. Now it has none. I'll admit that's useless, but in the same way "White Hole" etc. are. They have to be underpowered cards that could still have a use. Clair
geez that card is pointless. the only one more pointless then your clair would be this one here. Nonsense. Hello, Tribute/Synchro fodder. ^^ Plus, DARK is choc full of support today.
Max Darkness
geez that card is pointless. the only one more pointless then your clair would be this one here. Nonsense. Hello' date=' Tribute/Synchro fodder. ^^ Plus, DARK is choc full of support today.[/quote'] "Charcoal Inapachi" and "Oppressed People" fulfill that role now (since they have 2000 + DEF) And why would you waste your support on a Level 1 with no way of increasing its own ATK and DEF? There are plenty of Lv. 1 DARK Effect monsters out there now. Okay, since "Thousand-Eyes Idol" once had a use summoning one of the most powerful monsters, it was once not underpowered. If anyone can beat "Javelin Beetle", then let them step forward.
Nathanael D. Striker
If a monster was to attack Thousand-Eyes Idol it would be the same as a direct attack.

Nathanael D. Striker
Max, its not that you would want to put it in attack position is that there are ways to force it in attack or to deal damage while its in DEF.
Clair
Fusionist is the worst card in the game. Period. ^^ And I was just saying that there are worse cards than TTI.
Shadow Zero
TTi? what's that?
Nathanael D. Striker
*pulls out a weak card* Would... Graceful Charity work. You draws three and then discard two. It would be better to find a different card that draws more than 1 card because Graceful Charity, when its done, only lets you draw one.
Max Darkness
@ Clair: I'm going to have to disagree with you on that one. "Fusionist" can be Summoned with "Instant Fusion" and other support cards. Plus, it's fusion materials are both easy to summon. "Javelin Beetle" requires it's own Ritual Spell, 8 levels (so possibly a two-tribute monster) and it can be outgunned by some Level 6s... Coupled with the fact it's the only Insect-Type Ritual monster, it can't be used in any Deck (since Insects have enough high-level EARTH monsters). "Fusionist" can still be used as ammo for cards or as an emergency defense. "Javelin" cannot. And like Shadow, I must ask what TTI is. @ Striker: It was still a pointless comment. And "Graceful Charity" does give draw power, and the ability to send cards that would be better in the Graveyard ("Quillbolt Hedgehog" and numerous Zombies, not to mention "Dark World" monsters.) Max Darkness
Are you trying to get me mad Max. Don't say that my comment or anything of mine is pointless. No. I'm simply pointing out that we can all do maths and understand the mechanics of the game. You didn't need to point that out. Not if it was in DEF Piercing monsters are quite common nowadays, or cards that grant piercing.

Max Darkness
@ Clair: Perhaps, but I think a Lv.6 which also requires a specific spell and a few monsters; while giving 350 less ATK and 50 less DEF is probably worse...
