I was wondering if you guys would give your comments on the set I'm planning to post for my 1000th. (Well so far.) ;)

Effect: While you control another face-up "Unity Disciple" monster with a different name' date=' this card's original ATK is doubled. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a "Unity Disciple" monster, Special Summon 1 "Slash Token" (Warrior-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on you or your opponent's field in Defense Position. When a "Slash Token" is destroyed, inflict 700 damage to its controller. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove this card from play.

on you or your opponent's field = to either player's side of the field in (face-up) Defense Position.

If this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove this card from play. If this card is removed from play, you can Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase in face-up Attack Position.

 

 

 

 

Same fix for first sentance.

Possibly overpowered, add a cost to Special Summoning it.

During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove this card from play.

 

 

 

 

Could use 'This card inflicts Piercing Damge' to save space.

Effect: While you control another "Unity Disciple" monster with a different name, if this card attacks a face-down Defense Position monster, destroy the monster immediately with this card's effect without flipping it face-up or applying damage calculation. Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Level of the monster destroyed by this effect x200. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove this card from play.

 

 

 

 

'Destroy the monster...' = 'Destroy the monster at the start of the Damage Step (without damage calculation).

 

I'll do the others in a while. Am working on new Deck at the moment.

 

Overall, near-perfect OCG and very good pictures. Have a good 1000th.

You see' date=' Sweet.

 

This is why [i']everyone[/i] hates Batterymen. Surprised they haven't shown them in the anime. Plus "Batteryman AAA" has now come out.

 

Heh heh. People just don't know how to counter them properly. Sweeny, in our duel, effectively used "Thought Ruler Archfiend" to lock down my "Short Circuit". "Stardust Dragon" can also be a pest. "Skill Drain" just neutralizes Batterymen. If you play that, you win.

 

Batteryman AAA is awesome! More fodder for Short Circuit. ;)

 

Also, Rua is too busy fooling around with lame Morphtronics to realize the awesomeness of Batterymen. D:

Yes, summon AAA and you get another one for free. Although Eatgaboon is also an effective counter to Batterymen.

 

I think it's one of magnet Morphtronics that stop you from attacking if you control it. It's like a stall Deck for yourself.

 

And to be honest, I couldn't take a Duelist using Morphtronics seriously.

 

 

"I attack you with my cell phone!"

"Right...I'll counter with my machine-gun wielding automaton (A.G. Soldier)"

 

"I summon a magnet in Defense Mode!"

"Er...I summon a 20 foot tall mechanical golem which inflicts Piercing."

"Okay...I use Polymerization to summon a 30 foot tall machine centuar with giant claws and a chain for tails...which inflicts piercing.

You know what's the ideal hand for ancient gears Max,:

1 Ancient Gear Golem

2 Gadjiltron Dragons

1 Polymerization

1 Heavy Storm

Even Better: Limiter Removal & United We stand

*Draw*, Gear Town

 

On the field: Geartown, Dark Bribe.

Here's what you do:

Polymerization = UAG

Destroy Geartown w/ Gtown, Get a Dragon from Grave

Heavy, if there is anything Dark Bribe it.

Get another Dragon after heavy

 

Limiter Removal.

A.G.C.Dragons (6000 a piece) = 12000

UAGGolem = 9000

Total of 21000 Attack, and at the end of your Turn, you get A golem.

The only Flaw in this would be if they had a Gorz/Tragoedia?

 

Bottomless would be Futile because when they do you get back A golem.

 

This Is why you love Ancient Gears

Once per turn, if the "Castle of Dark Illusions" is face-up on the field, toss a coin and activate the appropriate effect:

Heads: This card gains 200 ATK for every Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard until the End Phase this turn.

Tails: This card loses 300 ATK for every Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard until the End Phase of this turn.

You should have been there at the beginning. Whamo didn't see my face-down "Dark Bribe" which was confusing.

 

Then, when I activated "Card Destruction", drew "Terraforming" and activated "Geartown", first it didn't show up for me, then for the next 3 turns it was on the field, and Whamo didn't see it, causing confusion when I single-tribute summoned "A.G. Golem".

 

 

@ Striker: CUT THE ATK!!! NO LEVEL 7 HAS 3700; EVEN VALKYRION (A LEVEL 8) HAS ONLY 3500 (and it's basically a Fusion)!!!
