I have a question about that. Do you look through your opponent's hand or Deck to remove from play the DARK monsters? And what if they don't have any DARK monsters?

Quinques: OP'd IMO. It can't be destroyed by battle and it can SS a Level 6 monster? Twice? Yikes. Though, considering it still can be destroyed by card effects, it's balanced for a Trump Card.

 

Spes: Why EARTH? Seems like a pretty random attribute to pick. ;) So, what you've got here is a monster who is like a crazy "D.D. Warrior Lady", ramming everything and removing it from play. It's OP'd, but the Summoning conditions, make this card a bit more balanced.

 

Caliga: Oh my. So basically, you've crippled the entire LIGHT Attribute. Haha.

Overpowered. Hello, Dark Armed Dragon(!) and Jinzo. XD The Life Point pay makes this card more viable, but still...

 

Overall, a very nice set. (I must go and see Jazin Kay's archive now!) In assuming that these are all trump cards (in other words, your biggest "boss" monsters) it makes these cards a bit more balanced, but most of them are OP'd. (Reminds me of the "Chaos" Archetype) This set can swarm, attack, ram, and lock down your opponent alarmingly quickly! D: In true Max Darkness style, there are no OCG errors that I can see, and again, excellent pics. :D Good work. 8.5/10

It should be your opponent removes them from play. As in, they look through your own Deck and remove them. And if they don't have any DARK monsters, you just lose monsters.

Well, considering it can only be summoned by tributing 1 "Denique" (which themselves require 3 tributes), I thought it might be balanced.

Since a lot of the "Malevolent" monsters are DARK or EARTH. That was originally a list of evil sets, but I wanted to shorten it. And since it takes 5 "Deniques", only two of which can be Normal Summoned (with a total of 6 tributes); you've pretty much milled your own Deck. And since it must be resurrected, you're caught in an infinite loop and have to win before it kills you.

You see, we don't have that in the UK. You start secondary school at 11 and stay until 16, no transfer involved.

@Max: I love doing fake accents. :D I can do the American version of a Chinese accent, (obviously). And from watching American movies, I can talk in the Australian and British accents proficiently. Also, without much effort, I can sound exactly like YGOTAS Tristan and Marik. XD It's by far my greatest achievement. It gets a laugh at school.

The best thing in my school is that a friend of mine also watches YGOTAS, and can do most of the voices, so we recite the whole thing, complete with voices! Epic fun!

 

I can also, for some reason, do a rather good impression of Frank Frankson (Tristan and Yusei's voice actor in the 4Kids dub). Do you get the 4Kids dub in Korea, or the Asian-English one?

 

It's the one in which Joey does not have a Brocklyn accent and Dan Green doesn't voice Pharoah (:()

@Max: I get the undubbed, not-touched-by-4Kids version. Let me just tell you that I have seen the 4Kids dubs, and they are a joke. If you haven't seen the undubbed versions, then you haven't watched Yu-Gi-Oh. The undubbed versions are definitely more bad@$$ than their English counterparts. In 5Ds episodes 87-92, guns are featured, and the mini arc features a Duelist with gun cards. Don't know how 4Kids is going to edit that out..

 

People tell me that I sound like "Zane" from GX. I don't even know who this "Zane" is...
