[spoiler=Naruto/Bleach 1: Chains of a Spirit]

*Naruto Dimension*

 

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" Smoke from both sides appeared when the blond hair boy held his hands together. Out of the smoke came out two other people who just looked like him, both in the stance that the original boy was in.

"Let's go guys!"

"Right!" The two clones sped off in opposite directions. They not only looked like the boy, but also sounded like him. The boy stood there for a moment, then putted his hand behind his head.

"So Kakashi, what are we looking for again." The boy was looking at the top of a tree. He saw a man sitting there with white spiked hair with a band covering his right eye, reading a book. Kakashi kept staring at his book.

"Hellooooooooooooooooooo? Kakashi, are you even listening?"

"Hm, oh, sorry Naruto I didn't hear you."

"'DIDN"T HEAR ME'?!" Naruto points his finger at Kakashi leaning forward in his direction. "Maybe if you didn't lie around reading that book and start paying attention more YOU MAY HEAR US!"

"Calm down Naruto. Just tell me what you said."

"I said…" Naruto yells in Kakashi's ear, squatting on a nearby branch "'WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR!" Kakashi just kept sitting there like nothing was bothering him.

"Well Naruto, we're looking for the Sunomo's family problem." Naruto got even more irritated as that what's not he expected.

"Well what is 'The Problem'?"

"I don't know."

"'YOU DON'T KNOW'?!"

"Naruto!" A teenage girl with short pink hair punched him on the head. Naruto had his head down grunting.

"OW, Sakura? What was that for?" Sakura was shaking her fist at Naruto and giving off an annoyed look.

"You idiot! If YOU would pay attention to the mission details, you MAY have known!" Naruto just stared at her with a frighten expression on his face.

"Okay, okay Sakura I get."

"I hope you do.'Cause if you don't…" Sakura cracked her knuckles. "…there's going to be more trouble." Naruto gulped some air.

"Okay you two knock it off." Both of them looked at Kakashi to still see that he's reading his book like nothing had happen like before. "'The Problem' Naruto is unknown." Naruto said in his mind 'Just as expected of Kakashi to say in these kinds of situations.' "But we have details of what it might be. The Sunomo family said that they heard a boy crying whenever they were near there well to get water and chains rattling in the hallways of the house."

"Wait, you mean…like a ghost?" Naruto started to get the chills just thinking of ghosts on how they always pass through stuff like there's nothing there and how they can touch you but you can't touch them. That just spooked him out more.

"Sensei is that what that weird scroll is for?" Sakura was talking about the scroll beside Kakashi. Kakashi picked it up.

"Yes, this is what it is for. The scroll allows the seeing of spirits, it will release a fog that can only be made by a special powder with chakra and only lasts thirty minutes. When we get to the Sunomo manor, we will use it to see if any spirits roam the premises. If not, then the Hokage will order a special investigation squad to search for the problem. Do you both understand this?"

Bothe answered in unison. "Yes."

"Alright then-" Kakashi closed his book and got up. "-let's go then." The trio headed off leaving behind a dust cloud of where they were standing. Over were they actually were heading off towards the manor.

"Hey Kakashi…why did you need my clones to search the area?" Naruto asked

"Well Naruto, this isn't the first report of chain rattling from a spirit."

"What?" Kakashi got Sakura and Naruto's attention with that sentence.

"You mean there have been more cases like this?"

"Yes Sakura, But almost in each every other case, there has also been witness reports of strange mirages stalking the spirit." Naruto got another chill. 'Oh great, as things weren't bad enough. Now there's something stalking them, what next?' "No one now's why these mirages show when a spirit is around. Also, these mirages can also move around, and since where heading to the manor where supposedly there is a spirit, I need to make sure none of these mirages are around stalking it. So be on the lookout for anything suspicious." The two nodded and kept going.

"The family is also off the premises so everything is going according to plan." Naruto got a little jump out of hearing there could be fighting.

"So this could be more exiting then I thought…alright lets kick it into high gear then!" Naruto laughs and speeds off without the others.

"Hey Naruto, wait up." Sakura sped up to catch up to Naruto. Kakashi just watched them sped off with a worried look on his face.

*sigh*"What am I going to do with these kid?" Kakashi sped up to catch up with them.

 

*Bleach Dimension*

 

Over at the Soul Society, Ichigo was summoned to the Thirteen Court Squad room, where he was suppose to meet up with captain commander Yamamoto. A teenage boy with orange hair was walking down the side path of the condos to the court room.

"So Rukia, what does Yamamoto want with me?" Next to him was a black hair girl that looked like she was sixteen, but really, she's much older than that!

"I don't know Ichigo; I just got a message saying 'Bring Ichigo to the Thirteen Court Squad room". That’s it."

"That’s it? Strange?"

"Yeah, but if Yamamoto is summoning you, it must be important." Ichigo crossed his arms starting to think his doubts. 'Yeah, probably. Or did I break a rule in the law here.' Ichigo looked at his surroundings to make sure if he wasn't being followed. 'No, if I did, I would have been brought here by force. Whatever it is, I just hope its nothing about me breaking any rule.'

At the Thirteen Court Squad room where Ichigo was summoned, Yamamoto was in his chair looking at Ichigo who was standing there with Rukia next to him.

"Ichigo, we have a mission for you."

"Huh, a mission? Just me alone? No one else?" Ichigo looks around to see that no one else was here except Rukia.

"Yes, that is correct."

"Well what is it then? At least tell me." Yamamoto got up and walked to Ichigo. He then gave Ichigo a paper.

"What's this?" Ichigo opened it up to see two dimensions, his world and the Soul Society.

"That’s a map to our dimensions. But as you can see in the upper middle between our dimensions, you can see a little rift." Ichigo searched the map for the rift and found a white line that looked like a rip in the map.

"Yeah, what about it?"

"This rift just recently showed up on the scanner at the Research and Technology Center. Usually rifts we find are multicolored, but not this one. It's all white." Yamamoto looked at Rukia.

"We know these rifts are created by hollows with immense strength to do so and these rifts cannot be closed. We sent Rukia to investigate this new rift but she can't get through. Whoever this hollow was knew what he was doing." Ichigo looked at Rukia.

"You tried to get in Rukia?"

"Yes Ichigo, when I was about to enter the rift a force field stopped me from entering. Somehow this hollow created a shield that doesn’t let Soul Reapers go through, so we have trouble getting into the new rift. Anything else but shinigami can't enter."

"And that’s why you’re here Ichigo." Yamamoto started.

"Shinigami can't get through, but we don't think Substitute shinigami can't go through either." Ichigo already knew what he was about to say next.

"Let me guess, you want me to investigate this new rift and report back."

"That is correct Ichigo." Ichigo thought for a couple of moments. 'Man, I just wanted to relax at home today. Well, I guess my work is never one.

"Okay, I'll do it."

"Very well then." Yamamoto slammed his staff to the floor. "You have permission to investigate the rift." Yamamoto went back to his seat.

"I'll take you to the Dimension Gate Ichigo."

Rukia led Ichigo to the Dimension Gate where it was towering over them like a giant. Two guards were standing around the gate.

"Rukia, you’re here again?" One of the guards started to speak.

"Yes. I brought Ichigo here to investigate the new rift."

"Farewell then. Omake, open the gate to Rift HV-451." The other gourd gave a thumb up and set in the coordinates for the rift. The gate suddenly opens with white light coming out.

"Ichigo, do you think you can do it?" Ichigo looks at Rukia with puzzlement.

"What, you know I'm always okay." Rukia chuckled a bit.

"Yeah…your right." Ichigo nodded and started to walk into the light. After he did the light fanished and the gate closed. 'Be careful Ichigo.'

 

*Naruto Dimension*

 

Kakashi rolled out the scroll which is to let you see spirits. Sakura was waiting with anticipation while Naruto was still shivering from the thought of seeing these mirages.

"Okay first, Naruto-" Naruto looked at Kakashi.

"Yes?"

"I need you to call back your clones to see if they spotted anything." Naruto nodded and putted his hands together and said in his mind 'Release'. Farther away, the two clones had disappeared in a flash of smoke. Naruto waited for anything to come up. Nothing. He shook his head no.

"Good. Then let's begin!" Kakashi got out some powder from his pouch which looked silver like. He poured it on the scroll then he put out his hands over it. He then released chakra over the powder for at least five seconds until the powder burst into white smoke enveloping them in it.

"Ah, what the-" The smoked lasted for a couple of moments but then cleared, and came out a coughing Naruto and Sakura, while Kakashi seemed alright.

"All done."

"I hope so, that smoke almost choked me!" Naruto had his hand to his mouth coughing.

"I'll say!" Sakura was waving her hand near here mouth to clear the air in front of her. Kakashi got up feeling normal unlike the other two.

"Alright, Naruto-" Naruto was still coughing.

"Yeah?"

"I need you to cover the east side of the woods, Sakura the west side of the woods. I'll see what I can find around the house."

"Alright." Everyone was ready; they could see spirits for at least thirty minutes now, and now they have to see if they could find any ghosts now.

"Okay everyone get to work." Everyone then disappeared all the sudden. There was only smoke to where they were standing.

Ichigo was running from the cleaner while trying to get to the rift. "Every Time I go in this place that THING keeps trying to kill me!" Ichigo was huffing and puffing running from the speeding cleaner. He kept running 'till he saw a light at the end.

"Finally!" Ichigo had a smile on his face that he didn't need to run anymore if he went through the rift. But then he remembered something. 'Wait, shinigami can't enter the rift because of the hollow, what if substitute shinigami can't enter either.' Ichigo looked back at the cleaner. 'If that’s true, I'm road kill!' Ichigo turned his head back to the rift which he was just a few feet away with the cleaner right behind him! 'I hope this works!' With Ichigo's heart pounding when he was about to enter the rift or not, he was thinking of his family and what would feel if he was dead. He reached the rift, would he make it?

A light surrounded Ichigo who had his arms crossing in front of his head. He had them shut tightly 'till he got the nerve to open them to find him looking down at a forest. The sky was filled with grey clouds. Ichigo let out a sigh that he was relieved he didn't die. He looked back down to see he was falling.

"Waaaaaaaaa-" Ichigo was waving his arms and legs in the air and swimming upward thinking that they would keep him afloat in air, but he totally forgot that he could stand on air. He kept falling and yelling until he landed on a tree.

"Whoa, that scared me." He then just remembered he could walk on air. "OH COME ON!?" He had a frustrating look on his face.

"Man, oh well at least I landed on a-" Ichigo suddenly felt a strong reiatsu near him. It startled him for a minute, he then he turned in the direction of where it came from. 'A hollow?' Ichigo thought. He stood thee for a moment then went to the spot where he felt the strange reiatsu.

Fifteen minutes into the search and neither Naruto, Sakura, or Kakashi found anything. They searched high and low but nothing was to be found.

"Okay guys new plan." Kakashi started to speak into the communicator they had over their heads.

"I'll search the north side of the forest. Sakura, you search the south side of the forest. Naruto, you do the same as Sakura."

"Right." Kakashi started too headed towards to the north part of the forest while Sakura headed towards the south. Over Naruto was he was talking to himself. "Man, we'll never find anything at this rate…I know-" Naruto hit the top of his palm with his fist. "I'll use my shadow clone jutsu to cover more ground." Naruto got into his stance and readied himself. "Shadow Clone-" but then he heard a chain rattle.

Naruto stopped what he was doing and froze. A cold chill went down his spine thinking what Kakashi said about the chain rattling. He heard it again and realized it was coming from behind him.

He quickly turned around to see a little boy behind a tree. The boy got startled and hid behind the tree. Naruto was relieved that it was just a boy. But when the boy hid behind the tree, he heard the chain sound again. This didn't bother Naruto though.

He walked over to the boy who was hiding from him. The boy just stood there hiding, hoping that the man wouldn't find him. Naruto bent down to the boy.

"Hey." The boy got startled and jump backs a foot. "Why are you hiding?" The boy then got into a cradle position with his head down.

"PLEASE, DON'T HURT ME!" Naruto didn't know why he would hurt him.

"Why would I hurt you?" The little boy looked up. "Huh?" Naruto walked over to him and squatted down again.

"I won't hurt you. Don't worry." Naruto reached out to grab the boy's hand, but it just went right through! Naruto stopped what was he was doing a starred at the boy. He then thought that this was the ghost, no doubt about it. 'I can't believe I'm starring at a real life ghost…well dead actually, but whoa.'

"Mister?" Naruto snapped out of his trance and looked back at the boy.

"Don't call me mister kid. Call me Naruto."

"Naruto?"

"Yeah, you got it, that’s my name. What's yours?" The boy hesitated a little.

"M-My names Hoshiro."

"Hoshiro huh? That’s a nice name." The boy brightened up a bit. Then he stood up.

"Thanks Naruto." Naruto then notices a chain attached to the Hoshiro's chest. It seemed to connect to somewhere else

"Why's this chain attached to your chest?" The boy looks down at his chest.

"Oh this. I don't know? I try to pull it off put it didn't work. I had this since…" Hoshiro stopped. Naruto urged him to keep talking.

"Since…" Hoshiro tried to get the words out but couldn't.

"…I don't know. I can't remember anything. The only thing I remember was seeing my body next to a well." 'A well?' Naruto knew now that the crying near the well was this same exact boy.

"Really, can you show me?"

"Yeah." The boy grabbed Naruto's hand and started to pull him towards the house.

 

*Bleach Dimension*

 

In the Research and Technology Center, Rukia was waiting on the report if Ichigo made it through. Running through her head 'I wonder if he's alright, and if he did made it, what's he doing now.' A man started to walk up to Rukia.

Rukia looks at the man seeing that he must be the reporter. "Well did he make?"

"Yes he did. He entered the rift with no problem at all." Rukia was relieved to hear that Ichigo was alright. "We will report back if anything else happens."

"Thank you." The man walked off. Rukia leaned back against the wall wondering 'If he's all right, what's he doing now?'

 

*Naruto Dimension*

 

Over by the well, Hoshiro and Naruto where standing there looking at where the chain ended to. I was hooked into the ground and it was heck of long.

"Dang, this chain is heck of long!" Standing there baffled. He then heard Hoshiro crying. He looked over at him and saw that he was sobbing.

"Hoshiro, what's wrong."

"I-Its' just that this was where was my father was when he died. I miss him." Naruto kept looking at the boy feeling sorry for him.

"Hey kid if your father died, where is he. Shouldn't he still be around?" Naruto was thinking if his father died like this kid, then there should be another one of those chains in the ground.

"I don't know, I saw a chain in the ground on the other side of the well." Naruto looked over on the otherside of the well and sure enough, it was there. But the chain to the other halve was broken.

"I saw the chain broken, a-and I don't know where he is." Naruto Looked back at the kid who was still sobbing. 'Poor kid' Naruto thought.

"Hey kid…" Hoshiro looked back at Naruto.

"Don't cry. Crying makes it worse. You got to be strong if you want to get through stuff in life. So please kid-" Naruto started to cry a little to remembering on how lonely he was as a kid. How everyone rejected him and that he had no mother or father. This boy had the same stuff as him, except not everyone hating on him.

Naruto wiped the tears from his eyes. "Be strong kid, be strong." The kid stopped crying a little and so did Naruto. The powder was starting to fail. His vision of the paranormal would be no more soon "Well kid…"

Suddenly, Naruto then felt a great deal of pressure sensing something. This struck fear into Naruto as this presence stun him and Hoshiro. 'What is this' He questioned himself 'Chakra. No something else but what?' Naruto was starting to panic.

"Hehehehehehe." Naruto heard an evil chuckle and turned back towards the house to something with a white mask sitting on the house. It was formed like some lizard with animal like traits with a long tail and a hole in his chest. "Aaaaaww. How precious, so tearful." The evil creature let out and evil chuckle.

Naruto stood in front of Hoshiro with his arms spread out. "Who are you? What do you want?" The horrible sensation subsided.

"My name is Gyokase, and what do I want? Hehehehehehe, the boy of course, what else." Naruto looked at Hoshiro. "Why Hoshiro?" demanded Naruto.

"Why?" The beast put its hand on its head. "Jeez, I don't know why I'm attracted to his soul. It seems so familiar somehow…it also seems so tasty to!" Naruto got into his fighting stance pulling out a kunai. "And yours does to, hehehehehehehehehehe." Naruto tried to keep a lock on him, but the powder's effect stop, he couldn't see them anymore.

"Huh, w-where did you go?" He could still here Gyokase laughing.

"Why I'm still here in the same spot." Naruto looked back on top of the house to only see what looked like a mirage with red glowing eyes. "What are you blind, hehaaaaaaaaahahahaha." Naruto felt the chills running down his spine again. He couldn't fight a ghost and he couldn't touch him. "It's over kid." Naruto then reached for his communicator.

"Guys-"

"Not a chance!" Gyokase lashed his long tail at the communicator which fell to the ground.

"Naruto!" Kakashi said.

"What hap-" the communicator was then smashed by Gyokase. The device exploded when it was smashed with a little bang.

"Oops, looks like it's just you and me." Naruto gazed into the glowing red eyes of the beast when it suddenly grabbed him and lifted him up squeezing the life out of him. Naruto was trying to breath but couldn't as his body was about to be squished. He could hear Hoshiro yelling his name but he couldn't see him. He was almost out of breath, he couldn't take. He was almost dead.

'Is this it?' Naruto thought. 'Is this how it ends for me? Is this as far of how far I would get in life? This is the end.' Naruto was near death, but the strangest thing happen. When he was about to die, he could see the beast clearly unlike the blur he saw earlier.

Just then, Gyokase screaming out in pain. 'W-Why is he screaming.' He notices that he was falling now with the arm still holding on to him. 'Why am I falling?' Naruto realized that he would be crushed by the weight of the arm, and that he had the energy to escape. So he took advantage of the situation and tried to pry open the hand. It was opening but not enough to escape. Naruto Looked back down seeing that he was about to hit the ground. But then the hands fingers were sliced and Naruto back flipped free onto the ground.

Not knowing what happened, he looked up and saw the arm that he was being held was cut off and so were the fingers. He heard Gyokase screaming again. Naruto looked at him seeing that there was no arm on him. It was sliced by something. Gyokase swore and it let out a horrible wail.

"Who did that? I was having fun squeezing that brat." He covered his shoulder in pain.

"Over here." He and Naruto both looked on a nearby branch to see a man with orange hair standing on a branch with a long blade in his hand.

"A shinigami? What's one doing here?" Naruto looked back at Gyokase. 'A shinigami? What's the heck is that?" Naruto looked back at the man.

"My name is Ichigo Kurosaki." Naruto felt like he was in a quarrel between long lost foes.

"Naruto!" Naruto heard Horoshi's voice. He turned to see Horoshi running towards him.

"Horoshi!" Naruto started towards him. Ichigo was looking at Naruto in disbelief. 'What, that guy can see him?' Ichigo then looked back at Gyokase and saw that his tail was about to lash at him. Ichigo dodged in time and got ready in his stance on the ground.

"Your going to pay for that you son of a-" Naruto threw smoke bombs at Gyokase which then was enveloped by black smoke. Ichigo was puzzled for a minute wondering how that happened.

"Hey!" Ichigo looked over at Naruto. "Ichigo, whatever your name is, follow me." Naruto then dashed off into the woods while carrying Horoshi.

"Hey wait a minute-" Gyokase then let out another wail and Ichigo went after Naruto.

Naruto was dashing off somewhere far so that thing wouldn't find him, and right behind him was Ichigo.

"Hey kid stop!"

"Kid! I'll stop when we get far enough away from that thing. Then I got some questions I have to ask." Naruto sped up and went on ahead without Ichigo.

"Wait!"

Finally after a long distance away, Ichigo finally caught up with Naruto who was worn out.

"Hey kid."

"Will you stop calling me kid, my name's Naruto…Naruto Uzamaki." Ichigo was surprised about the blond kid's attitude.

"All right Naruto." Naruto had to catch up with his breath from running so fast.

"Ichigo. I got some questions I want to ask you." Ichigo was all ears.

"Okay I'm listening."

"What the heck is going on here? What was that thing, what's a shinigami?" Naruto demanded.

"All right kid just cool down." Naruto regain his breathing control and temper.

"Fine." Naruto went beside a rock where Horoshi was lying down.

"Okay. I'll start by telling you what that thing was." Naruto sat down by Horoshi. "That thing is called a Hollow; creature that was once a spirit but their soul gotten eaten by another Hollow or had the Chain of Fate, broken."

"Chain of fate?"

"The chain on the boy's chest." Naruto and Hoshiro looked at his chest to see the chain.

"So if it's broken, that person would turn into what that thing was. A Hollow?" Naruto looked back at Ichigo.

"Yes. Hollows feed off dead or living souls. This is where the Shinigami or Soul Reaper comes in."

"Which you are?"

"Right again. Soul Reapers jobs are to eliminate Hollows and send spirits with the Chain of Faith attached to them, to the Soul Society." 'Soul Society? What's that?' "The Soul Society is where spirits sended by shinigami go to. No it isn't heaven, but it's like a refuge place. But it's really nice over there."

"Okay I get most of it, but what I don't understand is what I felt back there. It felt like some pressure that was weighing me down."

"Oh that. I get those feelings to whenever I'm up against powerful enemies. That is what we call reiatsu or spirit energy." Naruto was nodding his head.

"But what I don't understand is that how come I can see you guys. If they were spirits, how come I could see them and touch them. When I was being crushed, I could only see a mirage looking thing but I couldn't feel what was crushing me either."

"Well…I have to guess you had a near death experience." Naruto had a flash back to when he was about to run out of breath, he could see the Hollow clearly again without the powder.

"That’s right." Ichigo looked at him curiously. "When I was about to run out of breath, I could see Gyokase clearly. That is what must of happen."

"Gyokase, was that the Hollows name?" Naruto stood up.

"Yeah."

"Gyokase?" Hoshiro said. Naruto and Ichigo turned towards him. "That sounds familiar. Like I've heard of it before." Ichigo kind of felt sorry for the kid, of what he has to go through.

Ichigo drew his blade. "I'll take care of the hollow, he'll probably show soon. You two just hide somewhere and-"

"No." Ichigo turned towards Naruto.

"Listen kid…"

"Stop calling me kid! That thing wants to get Hoshiro. I could never let that happen. I'll defend this kid with my life." Ichigo was surprised of his courage.

"Listen Naruto-"

"No, you listen! I'm not some kid that needs protecting. I can take care of myself. Now that I can see and touch spirits..." Naruto raised his fist up. "…I will defend Hoshiro with my life. I am a ninja from Konoha, NARUTO UZAMAKI! And don't forget it."

"Ninja?" Ichigo was definitely surprised of this kid's attitude and how much courage he had. Ichigo wanted to nock this kid out and keep him out of battle, but something in him to trust this boy. He had no choice; he had to let him fight. "Alright then. Looks like nothing can stop you. I just hope you know how to fight." Naruto starred at him. Ichigo knows already the answer to the question.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw, isn't that cute." Ichigo and Naruto turned around to see Gyokase standing in the trees. Naruto drew his kunai while Ichigo got in his stance with his sword. Gyosake kept on chuckling looking at them like they were nothing but play toys. "You think cutting off my arm would do you two any good?" Something was bulging from his shoulder which his arm was cut off. All the sudden an extra arm spurted out of him with goop dripping off his new arm. Naruto and Ichigo were disgusted just by looking at it. "I'm full of suprises. Hehehehehehehe."

"Ichigo let me distract him. I got an idea."

"But Naruto?"

"Trust me!" Ichigo didn't know what to do, so he listened to Naruto. Ichigo nodded his head. Naruto nodded his head back. Naruto got into his stance. Ichigo was waiting to see what he would do.

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!"

 

 

[spoiler=Naruto/Bleach 2: Final Wish's ar Always Precious]

*Naruto Dimension*

 

"SHADOW CLONE JUTSU!" Four puffs of smoke appeared behind Naruto diagonally. Ichigo got startled and stepped back who had no idea what was going on. 'What the…what's he doing, and what's with the hands and the name?" Gyokase was still sitting on the tree waiting to see what the blond hair kid would do.

"Forget this, I'm going to kill you right here right now!" Gyokase lunges off the tree towards Naruto with his hands reaching for him.

"Naruto, watch out!" Suddenly four other Naruto's appeared out of the smoke, jumping at Gyokase, all punching him right in the face. Gyokase got launched back at the tree which then fell on him making a huge dust cloud. The Naruto's went back to the original Naruto.

Ichigo was staring at him flabbergasted about how he did that. 'What the heck, how did he-'

"Hey Ichigo-" Ichigo snapped out of his trance. "If you want to end this, use that sword of yours to kill that thing!"

"Right." Ichigo swung his sword to the side and jumped up in the air over the Gyokase. He then put his sword over his head ready to swing his sword down.

"Too slow shinigami!" A long tail came out of the smoke heading towards Ichigo about to stab him. Ichigo saw the incoming tail and blocked the attack with the side of his sword. The dust cleared to see that Gyokase was lying on the ground with the falling tree on him.

"HA. You'll have to do better than that kid." Gyokase moved the tree off of him and then through it the Naruto's. They dodged but two didn't make it and disappeared in a flash of smoke. "You think four punches to the head would take me down, HA, you got lots to learn-" he then disappears and reappears behind Naruto "NARUTO!"

The hollow throws a devastating blow to the back of Naruto, sending him flying into a tree.

"Naruto!" Ichigo yelled. Then a cloud of smoke appeared where Naruto was.

"What?"

"Hey, look down!" Gyokase looked down to see two Naruto's standing in front of him. One of them was holding a blue glowing ball that seemed to swirl around all side, while the other one seemed to produce. The other clone disappeared and Naruto jumped at the Hollow's chest. It was all too fast for Gyokase to react and dodge. Ichigo watch Naruto thinking 'What are these moves he's using?' Naruto was about to Gyokase. 'This world is something to be known about.'

"RASENGAN!" The Rasengan hit Gyokase and he went turning to the right. He went flying back into some trees which made a big straight line with the blue ball following him.

"Yeah, haha!" Naruto jumped up with is hand in the air cheering that they beated the Hollow. While Naruto was cheering, Ichigo was talking to himself about Naruto. "This kid's something else." Naruto was starting to dance now. "Even if this kid is annoying, this kid is load of surprises. He's alright…I guess?"

"Hey Ichigo." Ichigo looked back at Naruto.

"Yeah?"

"Thanks for saving me back there. If it weren't for you, I'd been flat as a pancake."

"Don't mention it kid." Naruto made a glare at Ichigo.

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO CALL ME KID! NARUTO, NARUTO UZAMAKI YOU IDIOT!" Ichigo grunted.

"SHUT UP YOU LITTLE BRAT!"

"BRAT!" Naruto and Ichigo then had a stare down with both of their heads touching each other. Hoshiro was hiding behind a rock looking at the argument going on.

"Uh, guys." Hoshiro tried to interrupt them.

"YOU WANT A FACE FULL OF FIST!"

"NO BUT I'M SURE YOU WOULD!"

"WHAT!"

"Uh g-guys?" Naruto and Ichigo still couldn't hear Hoshiro.

"I WISH DIDN'T SAVE YOU FROM THAT HOLLOW!"

"THAT’S OKAY, I WOULD OF GOTTEN OUT ANYWAY!"

"GUYS!" Naruto and Ichigo looked at Hoshiro surprised to hear his voice.

"Would you guys stop arguing already!" Naruto and Ichigo paused for a moment then turned away from each other giving a 'humph' sound.

"Fine."

"Yeah, I guess." Hoshiro smiled.

"Oh yeah." Naruto turned back to Ichigo. "It's time to send Hoshiro to the Soul Society." Ichigo drew his sword.

"What!" Naruto went to protect Hoshiro.

"Well like I said before, a Soul Reapers job consists of two things. Exterminating Hollows and sending spirits to the Soul Society."

"What, I don't want to go yet. I want to find my dad."

"Yeah Ichigo, he should be around here somewhere." Ichigo held his sword the opposite way holding the sword at the end.

"Sorry, there's a good possibility that he got caught by a Hollow…" Ichigo starts walking towards Hoshiro.

"Hold it Ichigo, just because he may have got caught by a Hollow, doesn’t mean he's alive. Well alive in the afterlife…well you get the point." Ichigo stopped a couple feet away.

"Naruto-"

"Ichigo!" Ichigo looks at Hoshiro. "When a spirit was about to go to the Soul Society, didn't they ever wanted a last wish before leaving the world of the living?" Ichigo then had a flash back to a girl named Senna.

"Haven't they want to do something before they went to the Soul society where they could remember their precious moment." 'Ichigo…' 'Yeah Senna?' 'Can you take me to my parent's grave to see if they are still there?' '…' 'Ichigo, as my last wish?' '…yeah Senna…I'll take you.' 'Thank you Ichigo.' Ichigo thought of the moments they spent together before Senna sacrificed her life to safe Ichigo's world from colliding with the Soul Society.

"Please Ichigo; let me stay 'till we find my dad? Please Ichigo, can you and Naruto grant my final wish?"

"Yeah Ichigo, we got to help him." Ichigo was still standing there with his sword in his hand.

"Yeah, sure kid. I can do that." Hoshiro made a big smile on his face. Naruto also smiled.

"All right lets go find your father. What's his name anyway."

"Oh, I don’t really remember his name much. All I can remember is that his name started with an-" Suddenly Gyokase appeared behind Naruto with his right arm raised up readying to strike Naruto.

"Naruto!"

"Naruto!" Naruto turned around to see Gyokase about to whack him.

"YOU BRAT!" The giant arm swung at Naruto, knocking him into a tree with a loud thud. Naruto's eyes widened with the breath knocked out of him, and then he landed face flat to the ground.

"You made me waste tons of reiatsu healing myself." Naruto looked up at the Hollow who was staring at him madly. 'Reiatsu, what's that?' "Now, you are going to be my first meal." Naruto vision was getting blurry he almost passed out.

"Naruto!" Ichigo noticed out of the corner of his eye that the tail was about to crash down on him like a missile.

"I'll take care of you first, shinigami!" Ichigo dodged just in time before the devastating attack was about to make contact. Hoshiro was knocked over behind the same rock he was hiding behind before.

"Hahahaha, dance puny shinigami, dance!" Gyokase kept lashing his tail out and trying to stab Ichigo but all attempts failed as Ichigo kept using his flash step. Again he tried to stab Ichigo, but then Ichigo dodged then slashed off a big chunk of his tail. Gyokase screamed and wailed at the same time.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" Then suddenly the same thing happens with his tail when his arm was cut off the regenerated. A new tail formed with the same goop dripping from it. Ichigo was again disgusted.

"Hah, you can't win shinigami. I'll keep regenerating myself like I just did with my tail and my chest when that blond kid used that weird ball of light. Face it-" Gyokase used flash step again and appeared next to Naruto a few feet away in front of him. "It's over!" He rose his hand about to crush Naruto, but then he felt a surge of reiatsu. 'What, what is this reiatsu. It's unlike I've felt before?'

"Getsuga…" Gyokase looked behind him to see that Ichigo's blade was glowing blue. 'What the-"

"TENSHO!" Ichigo slammed his sword to the ground which released a blue scythe like attack, hit Gyokase. Gyokase swore and screamed as he felt the powerful reiatsu pound him. After awhile his back was burned of the mighty slash that strucked by Ichigo. Ichigo kept his position while Gyokase stood there. Gyokase started to chuckle.

"Hehehehehehehe, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Ichigo was stumped of why he was laughing. Then Ichigo saw his back healing itself. 'What the heck?'

"Don't you get it yet? My special ability as a hollow is regeneration. No matter how many times you cut me, rip me, crunch me, I'll always heal back as new. The other Hollows of this dimension call me, The Uncut Hollow!" Ichigo got back into his stance.

"I should take care of you first." Suddenly a kunai appears from the side of Gyokase and wraps around him, trapping him.

"WHAT?"

"Huh?"

"Ichigo!" Ichigo heard Naruto's voice. He looked at him to see that he was tying down Gyokase. He was holding a rope and trying to hold the Hollow. But not just him, clones of himself were helping to, about ten more of him.

"Get his head!"

"Huh, Naruto?"

"CUT HIS HEAD OFF!" Gyokase heard his voice say that.

"WHAT! YOU PEST! GET OFF OF ME!" Gyokase was struggling to get free of the lasso. Tying him up.

"Come one guys, don't let go!"

"Right." All the other Naruto's said that all together. They tightened their grip and held the Hollow down with all there might. Ichigo stood there staring at Naruto. 'How'd he survive?'

"Hey, Ichigo! Snap out of it and kill this thing!" Ichigo snapped out of his confusion and jumped up in the air and was about to slash Gyokase's head. Gyokase saw Ichigo coming after him and was about to slash his head. 'Oh no!'

"I WILL NEVER DIE!" Just when Ichigo was about to make contact with the head, Gyokase's tail gripped Ichigo's ankle and threw him to the ground. Unfortunately, Ichigo got Gyokase's mask and part of his head cut. He let out a wail which then grew into a scream.

Naruto saw both Ichigo and part of the mask fall to the ground, and when Gyokase turned towards Naruto wailing in pain, Naruto saw a human face. His face was well chiseled with brown spike hair and blue eyes. Gyokase stopped wailing and found himself in a calm state.

"Huh, what happened? How did I get this way?" He was looking at himself in shock. Naruto's clones disappeared when Naruto lost his concentration. He couldn't believe what he saw. 'Hollows are actually deformed humans? I thought the whole body changed, and thus the rope loosens and fell around Gyokase's feet.

"Why am I bleeding from the head?" Gyokase made a groaning sound. Ichigo was about to prepare for another attack but Naruto said "STOP ICHIGO!" Ichigo stopped his attack and looked at Naruto.

"What why, we are about to win?"

"Something's not right with this Hollow, why is this hollow wearing a mask?" 'Oh crap, I forgot tell him this!" They both stood there when they both heard Hoshiro talking.

"D-dad?" Naruto and Ichigo looked at him going "WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"Hoshiro? Hoshiro!"

"Dad!" They both ran for each other and when they reached each other, Gyokase knelt down and picked up Hoshiro with a big hug. 'What, dad? Is this thing really his dad?'

"Hoshiro, where have you been? I've been worried sick."

"But dad, when I woke up, you weren't anywhere to be found." Gyokase made a humming sound wondering what Hoshiro was talking about. Then it came to mind.

"Oh. That’s right, I was fighting these two kids called Naruto and Ichigo."

"Kid!"

"Kid!" Both Ichigo and Naruto said at the same time. Gyokase turned to them both.

"Sorry about attacking you to. I'm-"

"Whoa wait a minute people!" Naruto Interrupted. "You are saying that you’re his dad? You a Hollow!"

"What I'm no-" Then a flash back occurred. "Oh…that’s right. Now I remember." Gyokase put Hoshiro down. "I was fighting some sort of mirage. It seemed to be hurting Hoshiro. I tried to save him, but I ended up killing us both." Gyokase sat down.

"When I woke up a saw my body laying on the ground, and myself looking like some white thing. I looked over at Hoshiro who was only a few feet away from me. He had some sort of chain attached from the ground to his chest. Then a creature with a white mask appeared. I told it to stay away from my son, but then he told me that I was something called a Hollow." Gyokase paused for a moment.

"He said he had eaten my soul already and then he was about to eat my sons soul. I didn't want my son to become one of those Hollow, so I killed the Hollow. But after that I was starting to feel the urge to eat souls, so I ran away from Hoshiro from eaten him." Gyokase had an upset look on his face.

Naruto felt sorry for the kid for being abandoned for his own good. 'Poor kid. But it's just like Ichigo said, it's very possible that his father got eaten by a hollow.'

"Dad, I'm sorry I got in the way of you protecting me." Gyokase looked back at Hoshiro.

"No, it's not your fault…Hoshiro. It was mine." A tear went down his eye. Naruto and Ichigo made a smile on their faces from seeing how happy that Hoshiro finally got too see his dad. Ichigo then saw that the mask was starting to engulf Gyokase's face.

"Naruto, the mask is reforming!" Naruto looked at Gyokase's face to see that Ichigo was right. It was forming. Gyokase heard what they said and knew that if it did reform, he would eat his own son.

"Hoshiro, I half to go."

"Go, go were." Gyokase let go of Hoshiro and walked forward.

"Ichigo, kill me." Ichigo was shocked as well as Naruto. The one most shocked was Hoshiro.

"What?"

"Dad no!"

"Hoshiro stay back. If this mask forms again, I could probably eat you, and I don't want you to turn into a hollow either. Hoshiro, my final wish was granted, to see you one last time." Hoshiro eyes widened and he started to cry.

"O-okay d-dad. *sniff*" Gyokase looked at Hoshiro.

"I'm, sorry Hoshiro, but I will always love you." Gyokase looked back at Ichigo.

"I'm ready Ichigo." Ichigo already knew what to do.

"Right." Ichigo raised his sword over his head. Hoshio saw that Ichigo was about to kill his dad and ran to his dad.

"DAD!" Naruto quickly stopped him. "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAD! I'LL MISS YOU"

" Getsuga…" Ichigo's blade glow blew again. Gyokase looked back at Hoshiro.

"Hoshiro, I will always remember you, and I know you will always remember me." Gyokase looked back at Ichigo.

" TENSHO!"

"DAD!" Ichigo threw his blade down and out came the blue wave again. When it hit Gyokase, he incinerated into thin air…gone…forever. Hoshiro was sobbing now and was hugging Naruto. Naruto was also crying, knowing how it feels to lose someone you love dear. Ichigo was looking at both of them smiling.

"Alright." Naruto and Hoshiro looked at Ichigo. "It's time to send Hoshiro to the Soul Society. He'll be happier there." Hoshiro looked at Naruto who was looking at him, still crying a little. He nodded to Hoshiro say 'It's the right thing to do.' Hoshiro looked back at Ichigo nodding yes.

Ichigo knelt down to Hoshiro and thumped his head with the end of the bottom of the handle of the sword. On Hoshiro's forehead was a glowing rectangle. While evaporating to the Soul Society with Naruto watching in amazement what's happening, Hoshiro turned to Naruto.

"Naruto-"

"Yeah Hoshiro?"

"Thanks for giving me my last wish, you two Ichigo."

"No problem kid."

"And Naruto-"

"Yes?" There was a moment of pause.

"Please visit me sometime in the Soul Society sometime…" Again another pause

"Yeah Hoshiro, I will." Hoshiro was about to completely evaporate.

"Thanks Naruto and Ichigo." Hoshiro was now gone. Nothing was left of him there. Naruto looked down, crying a little feeling like he lost a brother. Ichigo knelt down and put his hand on Naruto's shoulder. Naruto looked up.

"He don't worry, you'll see him again." Naruto wiped a tear from his eye.

"Yeah, your right." Naruto got up and so did Ichigo.

"Well I best am going now."

"You're going back already?" Naruto asked.

"No, I'm staying here for a week so I can see how your world works, plus, it seems that there are probably hollows here more powerful than the one in my dimension."

"Okay Ichigo. I'll probably run into you again sometime."

"Yeah. Well seeya Naruto, nice working with you." Ichigo waved his hand and flash stepped out of Naruto's sight.

Naruto stood there thinking of something. 'Soul Society? I wonder what it's like over there.' Naruto then heard Sakura's voice.

"Naruto! Hey Naruto, where are you?"

"OH CRAP! I forgot about Sakura!" Naruto went towards the sound of Sakura's voice. In sight he could see Sakura and Kakashi standing together looking for him.

"Sakura, Kakashi. There you guys are. I've been looking for you guys." Sakura and Kakashi turned towards Naruto.

"Same here Naruto." When Naruto got to Sakura and Kakashi, Sakura smacked Naruto on the head.

"Never do that again!"

"OW! What did I do?"

"You had us worried sick!" Naruto was rubbing his head.

"Okay, okay, sheesh." While Naruto was rubbing his head, Kakashi asked "So, did you find anything Naruto." Naruto looked up at Kakashi.

"Well?"

"No. I was hoping to run into one of those 'Mirages' here. I found nothing."

"Neither did us." Sakura and Naruto sighed. Kakashi was carefully examining Naruto. 'Strange, why does he have scratches and dirt spots on him? Sakura doesn’t seem worried a bit, but if he truly found nothing, how did he get those bruises.'

"Kakashi let's get going." Kakashi stopped examining Naruto and agreed with him. "Right I'll report back to the Hokage about this."

"Right!" They started off back home. On the way home Kakashi was thinking about Naruto. 'He's hiding something but for now, I'll let him keep it a secret. 'Till the right time I'll ask him about it.' The trio sped off.

Over where Ichigo was, he was talking to himself. "I wonder where I'm going to stay in this world. Huh, I should ask that kid if I could stay with him. Wait a minute; he's the only one that can see me, so of course I have to stay with him!" Ichigo flashed step to catch up with Naruto.

"HEY, WAIT UP KID!"
