hmm, you might have created a kind of "Archtype"..so it might be possible, that there are more than 3 Ice Wolfs.

 

Your OCG got better, but still needs work

 

If this monster is (successful+y) Tribute Summoned, you can Special Summon 1"Ice Wolf" from your hand. (or deck, or Graveyard!?) Special Summon a second Ice Wolf.

If there are three or more Ice Wolves(???), you can Tribute 2 of them to increase the ATK and DEF(??) of 1 "Ice Wolf" by 2500.

The effect is creative...And i think its balanced..so its ok

I love the pic, it is awesome. OCG still needs a little work and the effect is a little OP but I am 'nit picking' really. It is quite good for a semi-new member.
