Okay, lets assume the list is official. What will own?

 

I expect LS to take advantage of this list. Its like konami is trying everything in thier power to make this deck win. I don't get it.

 

GB's are gasping for air with 1 solemn.

 

BWs are forced to Flag to compete, and with 1 solemn, The controll aspect is out. IMO

 

Salvo dad with 1 solemn is looking weak.

 

I swear, if LS doesn't win the next jump Im burning every JD I come into contact with.

 

My predictions

 

Sabers doing well. Hand rape ain't for nobody.

 

LS as strong as ever.

 

BWs idk. Im having mixed feelings.

 

GBs meh.

 

PC meh

 

Zombies Maybe.

Aside from the list, nothing has changed the current competition, except for possible Synchro Cat. Everything will be the same, except for a few decks coming in, such as control, Maybe spellcasters, and possible Monarchs and funked up Chaos builds, while some decks such as Brain OTK, that never got to reach out gameplay will be out

Don't forget, the banning of DSF makes Salvo even worse.

 

I'm going to try Zombie Monarchs again; not the Oppression version but the aggressive build using Goblin Zombie as a tribute engine. 2 Mezuki will help this even more and instead of CoSR I'll just run another copy of BfaDD to recycle the Mezukis and Plaguespreader. Not to mention the synergy of being able to play Frog as well on top of 2X Foolish Burial =D

1. it is official, however now konami is in control, we can all be in denial that they will make a seperate list for us...

 

2.the fact that nobody will be running solemn makes glads alright, just takes a few small tweaks

 

3. 3 fissure makes this a gadget format, and lisghtsworn, without cosr zombies suck, at the very least no crush card :D

 

4. the reason lightsworn havnt been touched is that in japan they suck

 

5. with 1 gale, blckwings arnt hurt TOO much, as long as they have whirlwind and kalut they are fine, as gale can be reused

 

6. without DSF i dont see vayu turbo doing much impact

Monarchs will make a comeback, with or without Raiza at three.

GB's will survive without Solemn, they just have to adjust

Blackwings should still work without Gale, but Ill wait and see.

Zombies were pretty dead to begin with (no pun intended) and Semi-limiting Mezuki helps, but banning COSR hurts...a lot.

With Breaker at 3, I would LOVE to see Spellcasters in the meta, although this is extremly unlikely.

LS >_< Konami just keeps giving me reasons to hate them even more.

The new meta will be Lightlords and Blackwing builds that run 3x Blizzard.

 

Yes, 3x Blizzard. Just think of it. First, E-Tele was the one-card Synchro. It became meta.

Then, we had a ban list change, but we also gained Airbellum, which turned Rescue Cat into a one-card Synchro. It became meta.

Now, we have another ban list change, and are left with Blizzard as the new one-card Synchro. It will become meta.

Monarch control decks.

one of the first things i'm 100% agreeing with you with. i fill soul control' date=' zombie oppression monarchs, and chaos monarchs, and maybe even volcanic monarch will be hitting the tier 1/2.

 

 

right i want to expand on tonis points before toni gets flamed for no reason, coz its happened a couple of times recently

me: irl i advise that you try and spread this lie that the banlist will be different and sell what you can before its too late.

like 3 breakers?? i see cat still being teched coz it can but probably only 1 airbellum to keep up consistency

me: toni zombies havent relied on cosr this format coz they where anti meta, and i think it will continue this format, coz they have synergy with skill drain anf royal oppression

me: untill they get all the tgc exclusives in the new tgc pack and then they will be up their

me: tbh though how often do you you see more than 1 gale on the field when they otk~?

Honestly I'm seeing plants getting' up there.. I mean seriously if they hit Reborn most plant builds only main 2 Miracle Fertilizer' date=' they can make up for that by throwing in a third.. And even though that a perfect plant build mains 1 CCV if they're running Black Garden, but it's not nessecary.. You can easily make up for it. But Black Rose at 1? What the helll? o.O

 

Gadgets, IMO, might be big again, seeing as how Fissure at 3 is just wow. o.o

 

Zombies I honestly don't think so. Plague is at 1, CosR is banned, Mezuki (with this list) will be at 2. As Akira said in above posts you can just us BftDD to recyle different Zombies, but honestly I just don't think so..

 

LS, obviously, will be the topdeck. They hid JD to 1, ok. They hit Honest to 2. That's great. They're still good.

 

Glads again got their nuts chopped off with Solemn, Rescue Cat, and Summoner Monk at 1, so I think that this might be their final farewell.

 

BW's, with this list, are still Ok, seeing as how they can just spam the sheet out of 1 Gale to begin with, and It's searchable with Black Whirlwind. Even though DSF is now banned, They still do OK without it.. Just not as good.

 

Cat Synchro got hit a little bit with Mind Control, Rescue Cat, and Summoner Monk at 1.

That's true' date=' but still.. look at the list predictions. They hit a lot of stuff, and barley touched LS.. Even though they did the SAME thing last list, but they hit more stuff this list..[/size']

Hit a little bit? You're saying that limiting Rescue Cat and Summon Priest means the final farewell to Gladiator Beasts, but it hurts Rescue Cat decks themselves a little bit? Words will fail to describe the dismay.

I didn't think I was exactly doing it wrong, This is a prediction thread, after all. Unless I came into this thread screaming at the top of my lungs that E-Heroes and Crystal Abundance would be the topdeck, I don't think you can do a prediction wrong. And I was somewhat accurate in my post. And I'll admit, I'm not that good at this game, but I still try. =/
