Yu-Gi-Oh! Darkness Revelation Bigger and Better Storyline

Hey guys, THIS new and upgraded version of Yu-Gi-Oh! DR has a bigger and better storyline. There is a role-play of the old storyline, still waiting for more of you guys to go and join. Anyway, here's the NEW storyline.

 

Long ago, a group of people named the Shadow Army used their Dark Master creatures to try and conquer all. Then another group of creatures named the Guardians stopped the Dark Masters, and imprisoned them and themselves inside Duel Monster cards.

In modern times, Archie Rhodes finds out that he has been fostered by a family named the Robinsons because his parents were killed by the Shadow Army. Archie Rhodes then runs away from home in hopes of finding the Shadow Army to seek his revenge.

It is then, a mysterious man gives Archie Rhodes a Guardian card, he becomes a Keeper and gets his Keeper mark. Archie then gathers the 3 definite Keepers and his friends, to then set off to defeat the Shadow Army.

[spoiler=Chapter 1: The Ultimate Truth]

Archie Rhodes opens his house door.

“Hello Archie.” Said a big man. He was big, had dark hair and was slightly chubby.

“Hey dad.” Said Archie Rhodes walking upstairs. Archie has a funny spiky haircut that was blonde.

Archie walks into his room. Someone is already in there. It ‘s Archie’s brother, Johnny.

“Hey bro!” Johnny said. He had a brown haircut that spiked up at the front.

“Hey!”

Archie and Johnny walked up to each other and hi fived each other.

Archie went and lied down on his bed.

“Tired?”

“Yep.”

Dad walked in.

“I’ve got something very important to tell you both.” He said.

Archie sat up and they both looked at Dad.

“What’s up dad?” Archie asked.

“Alright. Archie. Remember that story about the Shadow Army?”

“I love that story.” Archie smiled.

“Well, it’s true.”

“WHAT?!?!?!” Archie and Johnny screamed.

After they calmed down dad started talking again.

“ Archie, next, you’re not a Robinson.”

“WHAT?!?!?!” Archie and Johnny screamed again.

After they calmed down this time dad started talking again.

“When you were a baby, the Shadow Army tried to kill you and your parents. They did kill your parents but you survived.”

“Why couldn’t they kill me?” Archie asked anxiously.

“Nobody knows. Anyway, we Robinsons then fostered you. Your actual name is Archie Rhodes.”

Archie was shocked.

“You should get some sleep now.” Dad said turning out the lights.

Archie, lying in bed tried his best to remember from when he was a baby. All he could remember was a deep pitched laugh and someone else who looked a lot like he did. In one memory he got this guy’s name and who he was. Archie remembered: ”Aww. Alex, you didn’t have to give me this.” His mother said.

“Take it. It’s from me and little baby brother Archie.”

‘So I had a big brother called Alex. Better sleep now.’ Archie thought quickly falling asleep.

Johnny woke up the next morning.

“What a wonderful day.” He said opening the curtains, “Wake up Archie.”

He started pushing Archie. Johnny gave up and pulled back the cover. There was nothing but some pillows there.

“ ARCHIE’S GONE!!!!!!” Johnny screamed.

Dad quickly ran in.

“What happened?”

“ Archie’s gone!”

“What?!?”

Meanwhile outside…

Archie is running. Running hard. Running away from home.

‘The Shadow Army killed my family. So I gotta’ make ‘em pay!’ Archie thought, crying.

He turned around a corner and bumped into a hooded man.

Meanwhile back home…

“Dad, I’m going to get Archie.”

Dad nodded.

Johnny got his Duel Disk and his deck and ran outside.

Back at the hooded man…

“Sorry Mr.” Archie said.

“It’s ok young lad. Here,” The man held out a Duel Monster card. It had a picture of an angel on it, “Use it well.”

The man walked away.

“Thanks Mr!” Archie said.

Archie then turned and ran away.

Meanwhile…

Johnny ran into the man.

“Sorry.”

“Take this young duelist.” The man gave Johnny a card with a picture of an Alien on it.

“Thanks.”

Johnny ran after Archie.

Meanwhile…

Archie kept running. Then all of a sudden Archie and Johnny’s arms started getting a shooting pain through them. They tried to continue by holding their arms. But the pain was too high. Then all of a sudden their arms started glowing. Archie looked at his arm and saw a dark blue mark on it. It was in the shape of an angel. It then stopped glowing but the mark remained. Johnny noticed a mark of an alien on his arm. It then stopped glowing and the mark stayed. Johnny then saw Archie and ran up to him.

“ ARCHIE!!!”

Archie turned around.

“ Johnny?” Johnny went up to Archie and hugged him tight.

“We’ve been so worried.” Said Johnny, “Where have you been?”

“Trying to find the Shadow Army and make them pay for what they did.”

“WHAT!!!!!” Johnny immediately let go of Archie, “YOU CAN’T BE SERIOUS.”

Archie noticed Johnny’s mark.

“What’s that?” Archie asked.

“I don’t know.” Said Johnny, “But it started glowing when a hooded man gave me a Duel Monster.

“Me too!” Said Archie.

“Oh. I’VE GOT A GREAT IDEA!” Said Johnny.

“What?”

“We can try out our new cards in a duel!”

“Come on then.”

They took a few steps away and got out their Duel Disks and got them ready for a duel.

"DUEL!"

"I draw! I summon Galespire Lurker in defence mode!" As Archie said this a green octopus thingy appeared on Archie's side of the field. It had 1000 ATK and 1400 DEF, "I'll end my turn by placing 2 cards facedown.

"I draw! I summon Alien Hunter in attack mode!" A big blue Alien with a lance appeared on Johnny's field, "Now I attack your monster!"

"Not so fast! I activate the effect of my Galespire Supersonic!" Yellow circles hit the Alien Hunter and it spins around, "It redirects the attack to a random player on the field. So it can hit you as easily as me!"

Alien Hunter slowly stopped. It completely stopped facing Johnny. It then shot towards him and hit him. Johnny's life points went down to 2400.

"I'll end with a facedown." Said Johnny placing a card down.

"Now I draw!" Archie yanked a card from his Deck and added it to his hand, "I summon Galespire Raiden Curse in attack mode!"

A giant blue dragon emerges from the clouds and lands on the floor with 1400 ATK and 1000 DEF.

"Now I attack your Alien Hunter!"

The blue dragon shoots lightning and goes towards the Alien.

"I activate Alien Impact! By tributing one Alien monster, Alien Hunter, it negates your attack AND you take damage equal to the combined ATK of the monsters you control!"

Alien Hunter disappears and a shield appears around Johnny. The attack hits it and bounces back and hits Archie. Archie's life points drop down to 1600.

"My turn! I'll summon Skybound Immortal Helios Agen in ATK mode!" As Archie says this a yellow creature that sort of resembles an angel flies out of it's card and lands on Archie's field in a fighting pose as it's ATK and DEF flash before it as 500 and 200.

"You must be kidding! What damage can that do?" Johnny laughed.

"Lots when I get out my new card! I use Helios Agen's special ability to sacrifice it to bring out my Guardian of the Light Helios Ultimatum!"

An ultimate angel with 4 wings and a beautiful face zooms out of its card and lands on Archie's field. It has 4000 ATK and DEF.

"Now I activate the effect of my Skybound Immortal E.T. Composer! If you summon a monster I can immediately summon it."

A small Alien creature lands on the field. It has 300 ATK and 100 DEF.

"Now I'll use it's effect to tribute it and Special Summon Guardian of the Spatial Rift!"

The small Alien shatters and a big, huge one emerges from the clouds and lands on the field. It has 4000 ATK and DEF. Then all of a sudden the two marks on their arms start glowing again but they ignore it.

Far away, another mark on an arm in the shape of a warrior starts glowing.

"So, 2 new Keepers eh?" Says a male voice.

Also far away another mark starts glowing in the shape of a dragon.

"The group is almost complete." says a female voice.

Back at the duel the clouds get dark, the wind picks up and a storm starts. The boys look up in shock. The wind turns into a tornado.

"WE HAVE TO STOP THIS DUEL!" Shouted Johnny clearing up his cards, "YOU WIN. NOW LET'S RUN!!!"

Both the boys get up and try to escape the tornado heading their way. But it picks up Archie.

" JOHNNY!!!!!!" Shouts Archie reaching out his hand.

" ARCHIE!!!!!!!!" Johnny drastically jumps in the tornado to try and get Archie but the tornado has already sent them away. A few hours later the tornado stops but Archie and Johnny are both gone.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 2: Rise from the Earth! Godril Master of the Universe!]

Johnny woke up. He couldn't feel his legs. He noticed that his legs were strapped in, a Duel Disk on his arm, he was on a duelling field. As soon as he noticed this, he looked over to see his opponent. When he saw this opponent he nearly screamed. Where you'd normally see white on an eye, this man had black. He had long black hair and wore a black jacket. He kept staring at Johnny and laughing.

"WHO ARE YOU?" Johnny asked.

"My name is Seth." said the man still smiling.

"WHERE AM I?" Asked Johnny.

"You'll find out later."

"WHAT AM I DOING HERE?"

"You're here to duel me Keeper."

" KEEPER?!?!?!" Johnny asked.

"Let's have a duel you idiot. If you win, I'll explain everything. But if I win..." "This part's the worst." Johnny moaned.

"You give me your Deck." Seth said.

"YOU NUTS?!?!?!" Johnny screamed, "I'm not giving you my precious deck! I'll escape!"

Johnny tried to run away but it was no use. He was stuck.

"You have no choice. Duel me, or just stay there all day. Your choice."

"FINE!" Said Johnny getting his Duel Disk ready.

"DUEL!" They both yelled.

"I draw!" Johnny pulled out a card from his Deck and smiles, "I'll throw down a face-down and end my turn.

"THAT'S IT?!" Seth laughed, "My turn. Draw! I play Planetary Beast - Earth in attack mode!"

As he said this, a blue horse, with a mermaid tale shoots out of its card and lands on the field with a small white bunny next to it. It has 1800 ATK and DEF.

"NOT SO FAST! I PLAY MY LORD DRONE TRAP CARD! When I play Lord Drone, it becomes a monster card and lands on my side of the field with 1900 ATK and 2000 DEF." Some kind of creature with a long bone sticking out of it's back makes its way onto the field in attack mode.

"IDIOT!" Yelled Seth, "Now I play Speeding to the Milky Way, now I can Special Summon another Planetary Beast monster from my Deck. I choose Planetary Beast - Pluto." A big swirl appears on the field and a black bat with a blue fly come out and land on the field. It has 200 ATK and 1850 DEF.

"Now I play The Milky Way Field Spell card." As Seth finishes saying that the whole field turned into a swirl of what looked like space, "Now since I control 2 Planetary Beast monsters I can Special Summon a new one. I choose Planetary Beast - Mars." ANOTHER creature landed on the field. This one was a brown goat with horns. It has 2300 ATK and 200 DEF, "Now I'll activate Planetary Grave. This card allows me to send as many Planetary Beasts from my Deck to the Graveyard as I want. I'll choose these seven." Seth removes 7 cards from his Deck and places them in his Graveyard.

"Why'd you wanna' do that?" asked Johnny curiously.

"Watch and learn little failure."

"Little wha?"

"Now I'll tribute the three Planetary Beasts on my field to Special Summon, GODRIL MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE!" Seth's hand shoots into the air.

Emerging from the top of the arena, a HUGE creature slowly comes down. It starts out as a 50 metre ball which is then followed by a 10 metre wide pipe, which is then followed by a robotic chest and a 20 metre tall head, with red eyes and horns coming out it's side. It has huge robotic wings. As it lands on the field, it turns its body around to face Johnny. It has 0 ATK and DEF.

Johnny is scared by the thing, but it's ATK and DEF made him laugh.

"Nothing's funny." said Seth, "I use it's ability to remove from play the 10 different Planetary Beasts from my Graveyard, now it gains 500 ATK and DEF for each one removed!" All sorts of creatures emerge from the Graveyard and turn into purple light that then gets devoured by Godril. His ATK and DEF rise to 5000.

Now Johnny is really scared, he can't even speak.

"NOW! I'll activate Planetary Return! This card returns ALL removed from play Planetary Beast monsters back to my Graveyard. NOW GUESS WHAT! I'll use Godril's effect again!"

The purple lights escape, but are soon caught again and Godril's ATK and DEF rise to 10 000. At this point Johnny is sweating as hell and falls to his knees.

" GODRIL ATTACK! ULTIMATE FIST ATTACK!" Godril raises its arm and reaches to punch Johnny. Johnny's about to lose!

Johnny felt someone rip him out of the way. That person had broken the lock and ran out with Johnny and quickly ran him down to the beach. Johnny got put down, still as frightened as when he was about to lose.

"Calm down."

Johnny looked up to see a boy with spiky brown hair, which waved as the air blue it around. All of a sudden Johnny felt better.

"Who are you?"

"My name's Rikoryu. Rikoryu Tekishi."

"WHAT WAS THAT THING THAT WAS ABOUT TO KILL ME?"

"It was a Dark Master. A creature that's sole purpose is to serve its master. But Dark Masters only obey members of the Shadow Army."

"HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE SHADOW ARMY?"

"Seth Roberts."

"Why's he so interested in me?"

Rikoryu turned towards Johnny.

"Prior to be a member of the Shadow Army, he was a scientist working on extraterrestrial life. But then he nearly died when his lab got hit by a meteor but just at the right moment, shadows devoured him in a coat of darkness, and here he is now. He wants to get your Alien deck so he can use them, his Planetary Beasts and Godril Master of the Universe to take over the entire world."

Johnny looked at him. Then he noticed something very different. It looked familiar. On his arm, was a blue mark in the shape of a warrior. Johnny gasped.

"What's a Keeper?" Johnny asked.

"A Keeper is someone who owns one of the five Guardians. A Keeper is chosen by the Guardian."

"WHO ARE THE KEEPERS?"

"So far, I only know me." Rikoryu noticed Johnny's mark and grabbed Johnny's arm, "IMPOSSIBLE! YOU! A KEEPER! KEEPERS ARE ONLY REALLY TOUGH PEOPLE!"

"HEY!"

"Sorry."

" Rikoryu, I have a friend, we duelled and then a cyclone brought us here. And he had the angel mark."

Rikoryu gasped.

"THE ANGEL?!?! That is the leader of the Guardians! YOUR FRIEND IS TOP KEEPER! WE MUST FIND HIM!"

Rikoryu and Johnny run away, in a search for Archie.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 3: The Keeper Team]

Archie woke up to find himself on the beach. He heard someone else there. He looked up to see a man in a green jacket with brown trousers. His hair spikes up for a swirl in at the front.

"You ok?" The man asked kindly.

"Yep."

"My name's Jeremy. I remember you from before."

"Have we met?"

"Oh yes I was wearing a hood. I gave you that card remember?"

Archie tried to recall but nothing came to mind.

"No I don't."

"What's your name kid?"

"My name," Archie kept thinking about what his name is, but all he could remember was a lot of wind and him getting dizzy. He said this to Jeremy.

"Oh, you must have amnesia. After seeing you here I came to heal your wounds."

Archie smiled. This man seemed nice.

Jeremy noticed the Duel Disk on Archie's arm. Archie then recalled being a duelist and he mentioned this.

"Maybe having a duel will get some of your memory back. So let's have a little practice." Jeremy said.

"Great idea!" Stated Archie.

They both took some steps back and got ready.

"DUEL!"

 

In a skating ring not to far away, Joanna Anderson and her brother Joseph are, well, skating. But then Joseph accidentally hits a chubby boy.

"Sorry!" He said.

"Oh dear! Ickle Joseph and her big sister Joanna 'accidentally' hit me! GUARD!"

One of the guards comes over.

"That girl and her brother tried to push me over!"

"Liar!" Said Joanna.

"I'm afraid that I'm gonna' have to kick you out of here for that." Said the guard.

And a moment later Joanna and Joshua find themselves sitting outside on their buttocks.

"Sorry sis." Apologised Joseph.

"You better be sorry!" Said Joanna getting up and walking away from Joseph.

"She hates me. I'm just a big failure." Muttered Joseph.

But Joseph doesn't see a big man with black hair, black eyes and marks on his face walk up behind him. It's Seth.

 

Victor lowers himself down a notch. He nearly has the master gem. He reaches in his bag and pulls out a plastic gem. He then grabs the real gem and places it in his bag. He then puts the fake gem in it's glass case and places the lid back on. He then turns over and climbs up the rope to the roof and removes the rope. Victor has stolen another gem.

"Yes!" Says Victor.

He jumps off the top of the building without letting anyone see. He lands up properly and runs back to his house. He then lies on his bed and looks out the window at the beach. He then sees Archie and Jeremy about to duel.

"Him." Says Victor smiling.

Victor runs down to the beach to watch the duel.

 

Joanna walks down to the beachfront. She sits down in a bad mood. She was just banned from going to her favourite place ever. She needs some excitement to cheer her up. She looks around and notices Archie and Jeremy about to duel. She gets up and walks over.

 

"Looks like we've attracted attention." Says Jeremy, "You go first."

"Thanks. DRAW!" Archie pulled out a card from his Deck, "I'll activate Stone Summoner. This card Special Summons 1 Stone Token to my side of the field."

A small pebble emerges onto the field. 0 ATK and DEF.

"Now I'll tribute it to Special Summon Galespire Worm from my hand."

The pebble smashes and a big worm replaces it. It also has 0 ATK and DEF.

"Now, since I used the effect of a Galespire monster I can Special Summon Galespire Vine from my hand."

A big golem-kind-of-thingy with moss all over it comes onto the field. It has 1200 ATK and 0 DEF.

"Now I'll Normal Summon Galespire Tornade!"

A big black creature made out of millions of twigs comes on the field. It has 0 ATK and 1000 DEF.

"That doesn't scare me." Said Jeremy.

"Well! When I summon Galespire Tornade I can tribute both of my other monsters to give it 2000 ATK."

Galespire Worm and Galespire Vine smash and go into Galespire Tornade.

"I'll end my turn by placing a card face-down."

"I draw! I'll activate Super Polymerization! This card allows me to fuse two monsters in my hand to become one big one. I'll send Giant Red and Giant Yellow to summon Giant Orange."

A red ball and a yellow ball smash into each other creating a swirl, and the colours mix and become an orange circle. It has 2500 ATK and 0 DEF.

"Now I'll activate Spell Recycle. This card lets me add a Spell card from my Graveyard to my hand. Now I'll use Super Polymerization again, this time to fuse Giant Blue and Giant Green to Special Summon Giant Teal!"

A blue ball and a green ball smash into each other creating a swirl, and the colours mix and become a teal circle. It has 2500 ATK and 0 DEF.

"Now by removing from play my Giant Orange and Giant Teal I can summon Giant Rainbow."

Giant Orange and Giant Teal mix together and create a huge circle with every colour on it. It has 4000 ATK and 1500 DEF.

"Now I'll attack!"

Giant Rainbow hits Galespire Tornade. Archie's Life Points drop down to 2000.

"My turn! I draw! I'll activate the Galespire Returner trap card! This card Special Summons Galespire Worm and Galespire Tornade from my Graveyard. But unfortunately they both get 0 ATK and DEF and they can't attack.

Galespire Worm and Tornade return from the Graveyard, each with 0 ATK and DEF.

"Now I'll summon Galespire Thunder Dragon in ATK mode."

A big blue dragon hits the field. It has 1400 ATK and 1000 DEF.

"Now I place a card face-down and I'll tune my Galespire Worm with my Galespire Tornade and my Galespire Thunder Dragon to Synchro Summon Galespire Hammerfist in ATK mode."

Galespire Worm becomes a green ring which wraps around the other two and absorbs their colour. The other two then become 8 stars which then become a big humanoid figure, which is made of rock and has lava dribbling through it. It has 2900 ATK and 2100 DEF.

"It's effect returns your Giant Rainbow back to the Deck and destroys my face-down."

Galespire Hammerfist punches Giant Rainbow and Rainbow disappears. Then Archie's facedown smashes.

"Now I equip it with Lava Fist which gives it 500 ATK and DEF."

One of Galespire Hammerfist's arms gets bigger and it's ATK and DEF rise to 3400 and 2600.

"Now I'll play the Rusty Ruins Field Spell card. It increases my monster's ATK and DEF by 1000."

The beach turns into a hologram of some old ruins. Galespire Hammerfist's ATK and DEF rise to 4400 and 3600.

"ATTACK!"

Galespire Hammerfist punches Jeremy, decreasing his Life Points to 0. Jeremy walks over and all the holograms disappear.

"Well done Keeper."

Joanna gasps. Victor smiles.

"What's a Keeper?"

Jeremy explains.

"Archie, you have the angel mark so you're the main Keeper."

Archie smiles. Johnny and Rikoryu reach them.

"ARCHIE!"

Johnny reaches Archie and hugs him.

"THERE YOU ARE! GLAD YOUR OK! This is Rikoryu. He's a Keeper."

"So. We have 3 of 5 Keepers here with us."

"Four."

Everyone turns around to see Joanna holding out her arm. It has a mark on it in the shape of a dragon.

"GREAT! 4 Keepers! We just need the last one to kick Shadow Army butt."

"I'm Joanna Anderson. I'll be glad to help you."

She looks specifically at Archie in a certain way. Victor walks over.

"I'm not a Keeper but I'll be glad to help you."

"Me too." Said Jeremy.

Archie smiles. He had a great team assembled.

"What's your name?" asked Joanna, Jeremy and Victor.

"Um, I remember! Archie. Archie Rhodes."

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 4: The First Legendary Battle, Double Dark Masters]

"Little kid." says Seth.

Joseph looks at him.

"Your sister hates you. Everone does and you know it."

"True." Said Joseph.

"Well, you can get revenge on them. On everyone of the Keepers."

"Yes. I WILL DO IT FOR REVENGE!" Joseph smiles.

"I must now kill you and you will now be reborn as a member of the Shadow Army."

"WAIT! I don't wanna die!"

It was too late. Seth has already stabbed Joseph. Joseph's eyes close for a minute or two. Before re-opening. This time they are black.

"I'LL DESTROY YOU KEEPERS!"

 

Wes Falcon is running around the street. He's a duelling champion. He's heard a group of people on the beach, so he decides to walk over. He then notices something. Archie and the others are walking towards a volcano.

 

"Um, why we walking over to that volcano?" asked Johnny.

"That is the Shadow Army's hideout. On the inside, there's an entrance which cannot get the lava in it. The volcano hasn't erupted for years,” answered Jeremy.

"Millions of years." added Rikoryu.

"Wow." said Johnny.

Then all of a sudden, two big white holes appeared, and two female figures emerged. Then the white holes disappeared. Two girls with black eyes were standing there.

"Which ones of you are Victor Jackson and Rikoryu Tekishi?" One of them asked.

"We are!" Said Victor and Rikoryu stepping forward.

"Hm. My name is Sarah Domon." Said the lady.

"And I'm Abigail Wayne." Said the other one, "We are members of the Shadow Army and we have been sent to destroy you!"

"So, we must tag duel you! Abigail and I verses you and Victor."

"We accept." Said Rikoryu.

"There's nothing to do now but watch." Says Jeremy.

Archie nods.

"I go first!" Rikoryu draws.

"I'll play Infinity Beast - Titanic Golem in attack mode!"

A big golem with lava on it's hand and in its fists appears on the field. It has 1900 ATK and 700 DEF.

"I'll end my turn by placing a card facedown."

"My turn! Draw!" Said Abigail, "I'll summon XX-Saber Galahad in attack mode!"

A big samurai-like creature with long blue hair and a white-and-green mask lands onto the field. It has 1800 ATK and 800 DEF.

"Now, attack his golem!"

X-Saber Galahad uses its sword and hits the golem, which makes a cloud of smoke go around it.

"Why'd you do that? My monster has more attack points." Asked Rikoryu.

"Check again." Said Abigail.

The smoke cleared up and the golem was gone. Rikoryu's life points dropped down to 3800.

"HOW'D THAT HAPPEN?" Asked Rikoryu.

"When X-Saber Galahad attacks a monster, it gains 300 ATK. Now I end my turn by playing a face-down card."

"I DRAW!" Said Victor drawing a card, "I'll summon Genex Gaia in attack mode."

A small, rusty robot lands on the field. It has 1400 ATK and 1200 DEF.

"What good can that do?" Asked Sarah.

"Good when I activate Double Summon! By tributing my Genex Controller I summon Army Genex from my hand!"

Cenex Controller shatters and the pieces go back together to form a big robot carrying a bazooka. This one has 2300 ATK and 1300 DEF.

"Now I'll play Genex Workshop! This card Special Summons Genex Controller from my Graveyard! Now I activate Genex Retuning! Genex Retuning lowers the level of Genex Controller to one and Army Genex to 5! Now I'll tune my Genex Controller with my Army Genex to Synchro Summon, Genex Triarm!"

A big green-and-black machine with a gun as its hand appears on the field.

"NOT SO FAST! I activate Saber Hole! When you summon a monster while I control an X-Saber monster, your monster is removed from play and 2 players I select can Special Summon a monster of their own from their hand! I choose me and Sarah."

Genex Triarm falls down a pitfall trap.

"Ah man! My ace card is down, and now they each get a monster." Victor complained.

"UH OH! You don't think that they could be summoning..." Said Rikoryu.

"WE SPECIAL SUMMON DARK MASTER - SKULL ARCHFIEND AND DARK MASTER - SABER BEAST!"

A big skull creature with blood-red eyes, which is about 100 metres tall, appears on the field with 0 ATK and DEF. It is followed by a mammoth creature which is about 120 metres tall, and great sabres as tusks, which has 3000 ATK and 2600 DEF.

"NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!" Scream Rikoryu and Victor.

"Two more of the legendary Dark Masters have arrived." Says Jeremy.

Joanna looks really terrified.

"Now it's my turn!" Says Sarah drawing, "I use the effect of my Dark Master, now I reveal 1 monster in my Deck to gain its ATK and DEF!" She said picking a card from her Deck. She reveals an Ally of Justice - DoomFire Lord, which has 3000 ATK and 2500 DEF.

The Dark Master's ATK and DEF become 3000 and 2500. Everyone is scared apart from Sarah and Abigail laughing.

"It's time for your ultimate doom. This, is the end of you all!"

Sarah and Abigail start laughing, and the laughing becomes a maniac laugh, which grows and grows even more.

 

 

[spoiler= Chapter 5: A Member Joins, a Member Leaves]

Wes heard people shouting for him. He had had enough with being famous and wanted to get away. He kept running. Life was hard without his father. His father helped him with this. But many years ago, he had died of a vicious disease, and had been rumoured to be moving up in the ranks of the Shadow Army. But this couldn't be true. Right?

 

Rikoryu, Victor and the others are getting increasingly scared. The Dark Masters opposing them have 3000 ATK each and 2500 and 2600 DEF. The only cards they have are Rikoryu’s Titanic Golem and a card facedown. Each player has 4000 Life Points left, except for Rikoryu with 3800.

 

“Now Skull Archfiend, attack Victor directly!”

 

The huge skull approaches Victor. He gets increasingly scared. He felt the incredible pain shoot through him as the skull hit him. His Life Points dropped to 1000.

 

“Help me… Rikoryu…” Said Victor.

 

“NO! A real duelist has the strength inside themselves. You use your strength for yourself and me for mine.” Replied Rikoryu.

 

Victor started to get angry at Rikoryu, and he got up.

 

“My turn! I’ll activate the field spell card Ancient Relic!” Rikoryu said slapping down a card into his field zone. The whole area where the duel was taking place slowly turned into old ruins, covered with moss and vines.

 

“Now I activate Infinity Summon! This card Special Summons 2 Infinity Beasts from my hand! I’ll play my level 5 Scarlet Dragon Tuner, and my level one StoneBoy!”

 

As Rikoryu says this, a big red dragon and a small kid made of stones lands on the field. “Now I’ll tune my Scarlet Dragon with my Titanic Golem and my StoneBoy, to Synchro Summon…” The scarlet dragon becomes 5 green rings which wrap around the golem and the stone boy, which turns them both into 6 stars. A huge beam shoots through the rings and a rainbow warrior hits the field with 3000 ATK and 2500 DEF.

 

“Infinity Beast - Rainbow Warrior! Now I activate the effect of it to destroy your Skull Archfiend!”

 

A big white beam shoots from Infinity Beast - Rainbow Warrior.

 

“Now the effect of it activates! It gains the effect of the monster I used to give it its ATK and DEF, in this case, it cannot be destroyed by the effect of a monster with 2000 or more ATK!”

 

A barrier goes around the Skull Archfiend, and the light hits it, destroying the barrier and itself.

 

“I’ll just end my turn.” Said Rikoryu.

 

“I DRAW! I’ll activate Enemy Controller, this card can change your Infinity Beast - Rainbow Warrior to defence mode!”

 

A big video game controller hits the Infinity Beast - Rainbow Warrior, and it kneels down.

 

“Now my Saber Beast attacks!” as this is said, the sabres hit the Infinity Beast - Rainbow Warrior and it smashes.

 

“Now I activate Scrap De-Power! When I attack, your monster’s ATK and DEF become 0. When Saber Beast attacks, you take damage equal to the difference between my monster’s ATK and your monster’s DEF.”

 

Rikoryu’s life points drop to 800.

 

“I draw!” Said Victor, “I’ll play Genex Worker!”

 

A big tank-like-machine appears on the field. It has 1200 ATK and DEF.

 

“I can tribute it to Special Summon my Genex Lord in my hand!”

 

The tank disappears and is replaced by a 10 ft tall red and black machine. It has 4000 ATK and DEF.

 

“NOT SO FAST! I activate the effect of De-Mechanicizer! When you summon a Machine or Zombie-Type monster with more than 3000 ATK, it immediately ends your turn.”

 

“I DRAW!” Said Sarah, “I activate the effect of my Dark Master - Skull Archfiend! I can attack you directly Victor!”

 

The Skull Archfiend hits Victor again, dropping his Life Points down to 0. “VICTOR!” Screamed Rikoryu.

 

“This is all your fault,” Victor struggled to say, “You had Draining Shield face-down, you knew I would lose, but you wanted it for yourself.”

 

“NO! WAIT!” Said Rikoryu.

 

Sarah and Abigail walk over to Victor.

 

“We’re taking you.” They said grabbing Victor and dragging him into a hole, which they disappeared into.

 

Archie and the others tried to help him, but all Victor would say is “Rikoryu|RIKORYU]]!”

 

Wes ran down to the beach near the others and heard them talking about the Shadow Army. He ran over.

 

“Talking about Keepers and the Shadow Army eh dudes?” He asked.

 

“How do you know about Keepers?” asked Jeremy.

 

“I’m Wes, my father is said to be moving up ranks in the Shadow Army. As for Keepers, I just know about them.”

 

“Your father, do you want to help us defeat the Shadow Army? If your dad’s in it, then we’ll be sure to find him and re-unite you!” Said Archie.

 

“I WILL!” Said Wes hi-fiving Archie.

 

 

Victor was having a nightmare, he was dreaming that a big blob of slime was absorbing him, and Rikoryu was there laughing at him. Victor woke up. He was strapped in onto a table. A light lit up in front of him. A laser was there. Victor gasped, and it turned on. A big white laser shot him right in his heart, and we was screaming. A few seconds later it stopped, and his head fell down. He was dead. Victor had died, but he wanted his revenge on Rikoryu. Then, parts of his face glowed red and some marks stayed there, a robot dragon mark appeared on his arm, and his eyes re-opened, but black. He tugged so hard that he escaped the table.

 

“Rikoryu, I MUST GET MY REVENGE!” He yelled.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 6: Battle! The Shadow Army Leader (preview)]

Rikoryu kept having flashbacks at how the duel turned out in the end. Victor screaming and cursing him as he got kidnapped. Rikoryu kept thinking that he should of activated the effect of his face-down card, which would have stopped the terrible attack.

 

"Cheer up Rikoryu!" Said Johnny, "Now we have even more reason to infiltrate the Shadow Army's hideout! We can get Victor!"

 

Rikoryu took in these words and smiled, then nodded.

 

Then all of a sudden, another white hole appeared and a tall man with a light blonde, spiky haircut emerged. He had a red warrior mark on his arm, red marks on his face, black eyes and a cape.

 

"Which one of you is Archie Rhodes?" He asked in a deep voice.

 

"I am." Said Archie.

 

"Ahh, Archie. I know you very well. I challenge you to a duel! If you don't accept, I will kill you!"

 

"Then I have to accept." Said Archie.

 

"DUEL!" They both yelled.

So the Shadow Army is still around?

I mean, Rhodes goes looking for them, but there's no direct indication that they still exist.

That's just what I noticed.

The Shadow Army are sorta' like Dark Signers. To become a member of the Shadow Army you must be a person chosen by their Dark Master who then dies. So they don't age. I start first chapter soon. I still need 10 entries for my contest where you make a character for this first before begginning though.
