[spoiler=[Yu-Gi-Oh NA, New Updates to Yu-Gi-Oh]

[spoiler=Neo Duels] It is played in a digital dimension. Instead of Tributing for Normal Summon YOU CAN (you don't have to) for a Level 5 or up monster, you pay the monster's level x100 Life Points to Summon it and this is considered as a Nitro-Summon. You can only do 1 Nitro-Summon a turn and up to 2 Normal Summons (1 Nitro-Summon and/or Tribute/Normal Summon). The limit of 5 cards on the field are changed to a Level Balance called a Revolver. Your monsters can only reach up to a certain amount of stars as a default of 20. For every Level over the limit you pay 1000 Life Points. Your Life Point set count is 10000. Lastly Nitris and Mirl monsters. A Nitris monster card gains it's Level by the amount of Mirl monsters you remove from play in either, your Graveyard, hand, or field and equip to the Nitris and are very, very, very, very, strong monsters if you equip enough Mirls on it. A Nitris monster needs a Level of at least 1 to be Summoned, at least 3 to attack and at least 5 to activate their effects. But the only way to start equipping Mirls on a Nitris card is by activating their Turbis Spell card by doing what it says. It can be activated by your Deck, hand, field, Graveyard, and even when it is Removed from play if you pay Life Points equal to their Level Limit x100 (usually 12). Mirl monsters have 1 star and have the same effects as any SELECTED card on the field. They usaully have 0 ATK and DEF.

[spoiler=Neo-Monsters/Cards] Neo-Monsters are monsters which include Nitris, Mirls, and Neo-Advancers. Other cards are Turbis and Neo-Summoners. Neo-Advancers and Neo-Summoners are just new versions of Ritual Monsters and Ritual Spells, and are a little bit stronger.

The actual fic will come out next week and will the date will be released between 1-3 days before it actually comes out.

[spoiler=First Look at Nitris Cards]

Lore: 2 Mirls to Nitris Summon this card - 3 Mirls to attack - 7 Mirls to activate effect When this card's effect is unlocked, destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. Once per turn you may gain Life Points for each monster on the field x100. Your opponent loses the same amount you gained.

[spoiler=Plot (so far)]Maximillion Pegasus, a very creative trading card CEO planned on extending the Yu-Gi-Oh boundaries. He believes that he can make a duel style, more fascinating and intense than speed duels. And as he starting creating this new “duel”, he gathered some beta testers:

Speed Duelists: Luna, Leo, Yusei, Jack, Kalin

Duel Academy Students (All are custom characters): Marcus (Slifer), Jerdson (Yellow), Kyle (Yellow), and Tubis (Obelisk)

Regular Duliests: Yugi, Joey, Tea, Chris (custom), and Jared (custom)

Others: (Not mentioned)

While the tournament beta is going on, someone is planning on leaking the Neoduel rules to a rival card game maker, thus he would implement them into his game and paten them, preventing Yugioh from making Neo Duels and his own version of it. The hero of this story aims to win the tournament and find the spy and stop him before it’s too late.

Excuse my Collegue, he loves the Cap lock key.

How about this:

Maximillion Pegasus (or other trading card CEO) had the idea of the neo duels.

However before making such a large scale implemention he gathered a bunch of duelists who showed an adaptive style to beta test the duels via a tournament. Someone is planning on leaking the Neoduel rules to a rival card game maker, thus he would implement them into his game and paten them, preventing Yugioh from making Neo Duels. Thus our hero aims to win the tournament and find the spy and stop him.

Winner gets to share his likeness with one of the new Ghost rare cards planned (thier choice) as well as be able to keep the card.
