Captain Murphy ☆
OK vote between the three choices:Slifer PWNS RayquazaRayquaza Hyper Beams the Crap outta SliferOr this poll is really ridiculous and should be locked by a mod(not really)actual third option they both die EDIT: if Groudon and Kyogre and Rayquaza all had to wok together (maybe they sung high school musical idk) but had to against the gods of Yu-gi-oh who would win the Deity's of The deep oceans, volcanoes, and the sky or the egyptian gods
Infinitus
There was already a thread like this. I voted I think Slifer in the last thread, but now I'm not sure. I mean, I'm a huge Rayquaza fan, but Slifer is one of the GODS of Yugioh. Which, I believe, is one of the most recognized images of Yugioh. Hmmmm, tough choice. But, since Slifer is stuck in a piece of cardboard and only comes forth when in a duel, I have to say Rayquaza.

Infinitus
I think I win because they're both fictional characters. Dude, somehow, even if it's a different thread but same topic, you still manage to win in different ways. Do you write this stuff down or what? Hmmmmmm, well, if it was a 3 on 3, and it was the ancient Egypt season like Gold says, then the Egyptian Gods. They are just cooler.

Brushfire
Well, new Poll. Imagining it as an Anime Special for all the bastards that come in and say "loltheirfake".Slifer (Fire, Flying) vs Grouden (Fire, Ground) - Slifer has the advantage for being able to fly and shoot fire out of 2 mouths, however Grouden could use Slash or Fire Blast as an advatage. A close call, really.Ra (Fire, Flying) vs Kyogre (Water) - Ra could be counted as Machine, however it's true forme is Fire, so it already has a type disadvantage against Kyogre. However, even with Kyogre's ability to hide under the sea, Ra could use a YGO-version of Hyper Beam to defeat it. Ra wins.Obelisk (Divine) vs Rayquaza (Dragon, Flying) - Obelisk would have the disadvantage here because Rayquaza can fly (I would personally want to see Obelisk vs Grouden), but due to the power difference I think Obelisk would win. Either way, it would be a close matchup.

Dark
Groudon (Ground-type, +Fire)Kyogre (Water-type, +Water, +Ice)Rayquaza (Dragon/Flying-type, +Dragon, +Ground) vs. Slifer (Fire/Flying-type, +Fire)Obelisk (Water/Steel-type, +Water, +Steel)Ra (Electric/Flying-type, +Electric, +Normal) That is stage one of my final outcome. The types determine what types of attack do more or less damage, and the +'s indicate which typed attacks do 1.5x more damage. Groudon = Continental PokemonKyogre = Tidal PokemonRayqyaza = Sky Pokemon Slifer = Executive ProducerObelisk = Mr. TormentorRa = Mega Ultra Chicken That is stage two of my final outcome. Nicknames are a MUST. Groudon = Earthquake and EruptionKyogre = Water Spout and Ice BeamRayquaza = Outrage and Dragon Claw Slifer = Flamethrower and Dragon ClawObelisk = Waterfall and Flash CannonRa = Thunder and Hyper Beam That is stage three of my final outcome. In Pokemon, you get 4 attacks. In YuGiOh you (technically) get 0. The average is each monster gets 2 attacks. Groudon vs. SliferKyogre vs. ObeliskRayquaza vs. Ra That is stage four of my final outcome. Those are the fairest matchups I could think of. The following is stage five. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN! Slifer used Flamethrower.Groudon used Eruption.Slifer used Flamethrower.Groudon fainted. Kyogre used Water Spout.Slifer fainted. Kyogre used Water Spout.Obelisk used Flash Cannon.Kyogre used Water Spout.Obelisk used Waterfall.Kyogre used Water Spout.Obelisk fainted. Ra used Thunder.Kyogre fainted. Ra used Hyper Beam.Rayquaza used Outrage.Ra needs to recharge.Rayquaza used Outrage.Ra fainted. That means Team Pokemon beat Team YuGiOh 1 to 0. =D

Brushfire
Just have to point out- Ra isn't electric. He's Fire; haven't you seen his true forme? >_>
Dark
No, I do not watch animes. If that was the case, Kyogre wouldn't have had to take a Thunder, survived the Hyper Beam (base 140 SpD, IIRC), and Ra would have died with Water Spout. Or Rayquaza could have Outraged later. Either way, Pokemon won.
Brushfire
Either way, Ra knows Sacred Fire and the type bias is too much to be a fair fight. And besides, you didn't take Stats into account either and gave them all crappy moves.

And besides, you didn't take Stats into account either and gave them all crappy moves.[/quote'] Crappy moves, huh? You really do not battle competitively. Tell me you do not think moves like Dragonbreath and Metal Claw are good in comparison to the moves I gave them. Sacred Fire only has a burn chance, while Water Spout is a Special move. Stats don't matter as much, but it's near impossible to convert YGO ATK/DEF into Pokemon HP/ATK/DEF/SpA/SpD/Spe. You try it, have fun. Also: Just try to face the fact that Ra can be defeated ;D

Also: Just try to face the fact that Ra can be defeated ;D Hyper Beam is a crappy move if it can't OHKO the opponent. And no, I don't. =/ And, it isn't. I'm creating a ROM Hack doing the exact thing. And yes, I will have fun. And I know it can, that doesn't stop it from being Underpowered considering it's one of the most powerful monster's in the YGO Anime (with the ability to get an attack power of over 9000) and a God, but it loses to one of the mass-Legendaries from Pokémon. And again, it was the type bias that made the losses what they were.
Dark
If I had a choice to choose who won without the random battle, I would have chose YGO because of better nicknames. What is your damned conversion formula? And how do you expect to get a correct relative Speed, HP, SpA and SpD? Make it up. Hyper Beam does not always KO things. Are you living in a fantasy world where one move destroys everything. Next you will say Hyper Beam can KO Ghosts because it transforms types, amirite? Beast1983
The truth is the egyptians gods would win because they arr just so much stronger than the three deighty if each one these face each other: Obelisk VS Groudon Obelisk uses Fist of Fate Groudon's dead. Ra VS Rayquaza Ra's Phoenix form can burn rayquaza up so rayquaza's down Slifer VS Kyogre Slifer usees thunder force attack and electrocutes Kyogre who's in the water so bye bye kyogre So Yu Gi Oh will always dominate pokemon no matter what happens. Guest Daemon
What happens if Rayquaza attacks Slifer, wraps around his mouths and brings it to the ground and Groundon and Kyogre attack it?
Beast1983
then obelisk and ra would come down and help slifer destroy rayquaza, kyogre and goudon.Unlike the deighty trios the egypyian gods don't fight each other, they work as a team and a better team means it's a win 4 the egyptian gods since groudon and kyogre r always fighting. and to tell u the truth slifer is linger than rayquaza so he does the wrapping around oppenent bit
