Flare Knight

Let's see now:

Intro

So basicly what I see here is a Flare Knight which is a FIRE-monster and has the ability to give an opponent a can of whoop-ass before they know what happened. It's your basic LVL4-1800ATK monster which is always nice for a LVL4 monster to have and it also has a descent DEF of 1000. Which can still block 5% of an enemy deck (which is better then nothing). Of course, you wanna play this little birdy in the ATK-position so who what hell cares about DEF! And it also comes with a catch which is totally easy to understand. Every time this little birdy attacks, it flips 3 coins. Call it heads, BOOM! Add 100 ATK. Call it heads, BWAH! Lower it with 100 ATK and then attack your enemy monster. Now an annoying fact that the sucky-part is that once you got your ATK lowered, it isn't going back right away, when the increase goes away. This will probably mean that after attacking, you got stuck with a 1700 ATK monster (which is still good enough, but less more intimidating then 1800 ATK). Also it comes with another annoying fact, you can't attack if you have too few cards in your hand.

Art: 7/10

Not too bad art, not to perfect, but since most of the people here (including me, don't worry, and if I give myself an Art-rating a 4 would be too good) use google for their pictures. I can't blame them. Still it's above the minimum because it's still a good picture for the monster itself. Looks like a Shinnok from Mortal Kombat only then in Warrior-style.

OCG: 9/10

Can't really find something that shouldn't be like that. So eh... this is short :). Good job on that factor ;).

Idea: 8/10

It's a cool idea to give some random ability right before it attacks. Or when you are the defending one, you hope he gets tails 3 times :P.

Balance: 8/10

This is HIGH in my standards don't worry :). The things I do like about it is that this monster has a nice effect to it, and can become either strong for 1 turn or weak from 1 turn. Also the downside is that it cannot attack when you have 3 cards or less, which trust me a LOT of people have 3 cards at some moments. What makes it worth it is besides it can become an insane weak monster, it can also become a nuisance for any enemy. With the possibillity of 2100 ATK and can attack 2 times. The thing I don't like about this little card is even though it's good, it's still has a too high ATK for it (1600 maybe is better). No wait, that's not a good idea... eh... Decrease it's DEF to 600 and it will be fine :).

Total: 9/10

This is pretty high and I am going to give this to the best balanced cards I can find. Every card has its flaws, which never I give the 10/10 unless they are UBER-PWNAGE and I can't find any weakness in them. So eh, I like it :).

Pros:

* Has possibility to attack twice each turn.

* Has possibility to increase ATK right before it attacks of a maximum of 300.

Cons:

* You need to sacrifice a card from your hand for him to attack twice.

* Also has possibility to decrease the ATK enormously with 600 (2 totally failed attacks) when not able to increase ATK to 600.

* Can't attack if you have 3 cards or less in your hand

* Art is pretty... descent

I dunno, perhaps in the anime you get to see that 3 card in your hand is transformed into a coin and that you flip that as the effect, it most certainly explains why you need 3 cards :).

New style that I'm gonna rate, hope people liked reading this :). And no, don't ask me if I wanna, I do it when I feel like it :).
