Am I good enough to host cards yet?

I'm just a bit confused by the star system, and I heard it said that one-stars arent good enough to host cards yet. I thought I might demonstrate a couple of mine, as (not to boast) they have grammar and I've made them in a balanced way.

Light Dragon cards will be explained.

Don't even ask me to read out the last one's effect.

So, are they reasonably good?

And who in the world said that you have to be at least two stars or more to post cards?

I heard, or rather saw someones post about it (actually, it was something about 4 stars being the minimum). And the cards shown here are for demonstrative purposes. In that case I'm off to the forum!

I can't remember where I saw it, but it was sometime yesterday, so I think that it's now either gon or buried under posts. Oh, and check out my thread in Realistic cards! The images didn't work though.

Just post cards, there's no rule that says you can't. But do a better job, those in the 1st post are pretty bad.
