Conditionally better then Solemn? I would think it works ok in BW against pretty much everything else. Also:

 

 

This works well against BW, as well as LS, DAD, and Synchros =D

 

Bottomless is typically more useful but this works against Gale. Also, this actually negates the summon instead of destroying after it so your opponent can't call priority with DSF/DAD/JD effects. Also works against Jinzo.

I haz Black Horn and occasionaly try that.

I said conditionally, obviously solemn is much more encompassing but using 3 leaves you with a max of 1000 lp. While this can't negate Magic/Trap cards, its cost is lower in BW because of how easy it is to summon there.

I run Black Horn of Heaven in just about every deck i use. I was dueling one of my friends, i think he tried to Synchro and i just flipped Black Horn and he was liek "You gotta be kidding." That's one of those times where you wish you had a camera so you take a pic of their face.

 

OT: Neither are gad Horn of Heaven is a bit more situational than Solemn but Solemn has a bit of a steep price. When going against Counter Fairies Solemn can be the only reason you won.

Ya, I figure if I can get Black Horn I'll run it in 2-3 because my locals are like 10 people who don't duel, 15 who do. Like 3-4 run BW, and you really don't have much hope against them if you aren't running BW or LS either.

I like both. I like just horn better because getting my monsters in my graveyard helps me. No, I do not have a LS deck.
