encapturer
Amira winced, as her two cards on the field were destroyed. However, when she looked at the Ghost Hero on her opponent's side of the field, her expression changed to a smile. "I've never seen such a monster. Looks like this will be exciting after all. I draw!" Amira outstretched her hand, revealing a shadowy version of the card that was destroyed. "I remove from the game the Double Draw you've destroyed, to draw one card." She removed the spell card from the graveyard, then drew a card. After glancing at it, she placed it in the duel disk without even adding it to her hand. "I activate Owner's Seal!" The spell card appeared, and soon after, a disembodied hand dragged the Sparring Partner summoned earlier to Amira side of the field. "And then I will give my monster Enhanced Equipment!" The Martial Artist now sported steel guard plates on his hands, as it changed its stance again. "Now that it's strong enough to defeat your ghost, Sparring partner will attack!" ((Regardless of what happens here, I'll set a monster and a magic/trap afterwards)) Custom cards here Double DrawNormal TrapIf your opponent draws a card outside of the draw phase, draw 1 card. connorlong
"Ah ah ah!" Connor said. "I chain my face-down Trap card! Disappearance of the Ghost!" encapturer
"Pretty good setup you have there. I play a monster facedown, and a card facedown." Amira was almost beginning to regret gloating at the start of the duel. ...Almost. So far it seems like his deck revolves around abusing the graveyard, not unlike my double spells and traps, Amira thought, while examining the field. Acenra66
'this is an interesting duel,' Simon thought, 'hopefully the weather doesn't get to them, so many things become short-temptered and violent in this sort of heat' he stood and wondered if either of these dueslists would succumb to the atmosphere. However, this thought wasn't kept for long, as he began to feel a disturbance in the air, almost like a chill."Something's up," he whispered ................................. Ontop of a nearby building, two entities watched the duel. One was a scrawny looking man, the other was built like a brick wall."How convienient," the bigger man stated, "they're all in the same place. that's nice.""I thought you said yu-gi moto was going to be there. He's no where to be seen," replied the second"Without the pharoah's power, he holds no sway over the magic we require. he is like the rest of these humans; oblivious and weak," the first explained"But, sir, only one of those guys is adept at magic, what about the others?" asked the thin man"You're forgetting, that's a good thing," the larger man turned around as he said this, "now, if you'll excuse me, I have a plane to catch," ........................................................ Simon couldn't continue to ignore this feeling any more and decided to act upon it. He left the duel and began to wander in the direction of the disturbance. connorlong
"That sparring partner token is too powerful for my own good!" Connor thought. "I need to get rid of it." He drew a card, and looking at it, said, "and this is just the thing to do it!" Placing the card in his hand, he was about to grab another card when he felt a disturbance that sent chills through him. Shaking it off as nothing, he grabbed the card. "I summon Ghost Hero Planio!" A purple ghost appeared.[spoiler=Ghost Hero Planio]Once during the duel, you may Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position from the Graveyard. encapturer
((That's Ghost Hero Planio under the description of Ghost Kidnapping)) Amira felt a chill down her spine as Ghost Hero Planio appeared on the field. What is this guy doing? she thought to herself. She can get answers after the duel, but now she'll have to play carefully... there's no telling what this guy could be up to. "You've attacked my facedown monster. Show yourself, Brain Eater!" As the ghost went to attack the card on the Amira's side of the field, a small red sphere appeared. It suddenly grew a mouth and teeth and latched onto the back of the head of the ghost. The ghost merely turned around to face Amira's opponent and stayed on her side of the field. Bringerofcake
Recks wondered how the weather could be both chilly and obscenely hot at the same time. That's when a little voice in his head told him that it wasn't a natural chill. Something magical is at work here. He left the tree to go search for it. As he headed for the direction of the disturbance, he saw someone else headed the same way. He approached the man."Do you feel a chilly breeze, or am I crazy?" Acenra66
'well, this is an interesting development' Simon thought"It's a bit more than a breeze," he explained, "you can come with me if you wish, but just be ready for a bit of a light show," they were getting closer to the building the two mystery men were on, and the one that stayed was too busy concentrating on the duel to notice. encapturer
"I will draw!" Amira placed the drawn card into her hand, "I summon the Eager Warrior!" A young, hyperactive swordsman appeared, bouncing all over. Amira found it interesting that her monsters on the field were very much opposites. There was a ghost with no energy to do anything, and a warrior with entirely too much energy. "Whatever you are planning to do, I will expose it." Amira confidently exclaimed. Acenra66
"hehehehe, this duel seems to be at a stand still," the mystery man whispers"is this seat taken?" asked a voice. the man turned to see Simon and Recks standing there"Ah, the knight, isn't this a warm welcome?" "who are you and what are your intentions?" Simon asked. This was answered with the mystery man swiping his hand through the air and firing a fireball directly at Simon. Undaunted, he bats it away with the back of his hand, "I guess that answers it,""Well, I wouldn't want to leave out our guest. How about we have a bit of a duel?" he throws his hand to the ground as he says this, and another individual, dressed in similar clothes, appears with two duel disks. AfterlifePaladin
Robbie was walking back from school, the heat and the weight of his heavy backpack was too much to bare. On his knees, about to collapse, he heard the shouts and battle cries of a duel. "Meh," he mumbled to himself. "Why not?" Robbie found shade under a tree, watching the duel between Connor and Amira from the shadow of the tree he was under. He pulled some items out from his backpack and began to do homework, occasionally stealing glimpses of the ongoing duel. He drew a card from the top of his Deck. It was Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
