Both of the organizations you mentioned have died with mine absence. The latter especially was a stroke of genius on my part, and I am regretful for being unable to continue it.

 

Nexev's concept is certainly passable, though as I've mentioned, power classification is a bit dubious. It might be a bit cumbersome, though, what with having to decide the power levels for each fighter before being installed and whatnot. Methinks this might be a good index?
