Put (replace) on 2 of your frames.Here's an example of how I did it: You can also set "Frame Disposal" to replace. Use 0.1 seconds for gradual animations (i.e. My current avatar), slow down for position change. The person who made that animation is either lazy or has a terrible sprite sheet.
