When his dad got home he couldn't open the door as Ned locked it and was almost impossible to open it. When he got in his dad ran up stairs and saw Ned motionless. I guess they figure they wouldn't have thought anything was wrong if the music wasn't on or that he may have woken up and opened the door. So now he doesn't get to have his music or computer so it doesn't happen again. yeah it doesn't seem like anything was really his fault but what are you gonna do about parents?
