The sky. Where was it during that day? It could not bee seen because of the dark clouds filling it. It almost felt as if it was night. Neo Domino City was lifeless, not a single human could be seen. The dark clouds was not only the unusual thing that occured during this day. In the distance, crawling from the slums of Satellite was a gigantic creature, made out of dark mud. And if you looked into the city, touching the sky was one of these Nazca Lines that had been seen recently. Something big was happening, and if these events do not unfold as it is told they shall, this may be the end...

The sound of a motor could be heard, racing on the magical road created by the geoglyph of the Condor. The sound came from a D-Wheel, and mounting the D-Wheel was Yusei Fudo, the one who defeated Jack in the final of the Fortune Cup. He was riding the D-Wheel against the tower where Godwin was standing. The sight of Neo Domino City from above was a beautiful sight, if it wouldn't have been for the dark clouds and the black birds that swarmed the sky. It was Yusei's turn, his Life Points had gone down to 1 due to the effect of Godwin's Wiraqocha Rasca. All of his faith was in this last draw, he was praying for the best draw he could have done at this moment, he had to draw the Salvation Dragon - Savior Dragon. Suddenly, the mark of the Crimson Dragon, that was marked on Godwin's chest, started to fade and shatter, but then something critical happened. The Condor mark, that was placed on Godwin's back, started to grow, and Godwin's eyes turned all purple.

"You cannot defeat faith, Yusei! Only God can defeat faith, and I am God!" Godwin screamed as the Condor mark seale the Crimson Dragon mark on his chest.

Yusei drew his card, all hope was lost. The card he had drawn was Nitro Synchron. There was no way he could defeat Godwin now. Yusei ended his turn, and stopped his D-Wheel. He dismounted it and looked at Godwin, with tears rolling down his criminal marked cheek.

"Godwin! I tried, and I failed! Why don't you show mercy upon the city that you helped become so flourished and alive? Why don't you show mercy upon the world!?" He screamed at Godwin. The tears was now falling on the magical road that he was standing on. Crow, who had fallen of his D-Wheel long ago looked up at Yusei from the distance.

"Yusei..." He said, and his cheek also started to get wet from tears.

Godwin stared at Yusei. A one-second short moment it looked like if he was also starting to cry, but then he smiled and started to laugh.

"Yusei! I am God, and God shows no mercy to his unbelievers! Wiraqocha Rasca! Finish him!"

The big god-like condor blasted of a flash against Yusei, and his Life Points dropped to zero. That was the end. The end of the Neo Domino City that everyone knew.

[spoiler=Chapter 1 The Crimson Angels]

August 1, Year 2 of the New Age, Ruins of Neo Domino City

The sky was black, just as it had been the latest 2 years, since the defeat of Yusei Fudo. In this world, you're either a Shadow Drone, a Dark Signer or a refugee. Godwin. Rex Godwin. This is all his fault. He's the "king" of Neo Domino City now, just as he had been before his way to corruption. The abondoned streets of Neo Domino City was all quite, except for the sound of the raindrops hitting the ground. A black bird landed on the ground and started pecking the ground for food. Suddenly it looked up as it heard the sound of a D-Wheel comming this way. It quickly left ground and flew away as a red D-Wheel came storming through the streets. Mounting it was a boy at the age around 18. He was wearing a red helmet, and his eyes was light blue, and orange hair could be seen beneath his helmet. He was wearing an opened up, light orange jacket that was flapping behind him in the wind. Beneath the jacket was a black shirt, and from his neck a necklace with a white crystal was hanging. He was also wearing black jeans and leather boots, his name was Niko Yujo, one of the few living humans still inhabitating the earth. He suddenly stopped in front of a big, ruined tower. He dismounted his D-Wheel, unequipped his helmet, revealing spiky, orange hair, and pressed a button on the monitor. The in-built Duel Disk rised and attached itself to his arm. The door o the building was all destroyed so it was just to walk straight in.

"The Dark Signer has surely placed some Drones in this building." He said to himself as he walked through the ruined reception of the building. The room was big, and except for the entrance there was three doors, one leading to the toilets and two leading somewhere else. There was a lot of papers and other scraps lying on the floor. He started walking through the mess against the stairs when he heard a booming voice.

"What brings you here, Yujo?" The voice said.

Niko looked around and tried to spot the person who said it, but the room was all empty except for all the paper scraps on the floor.

"Where are you, you filthy snake!?" He shouted.

"Do you really want to know that?" The voice said.

"Tell me! Now!" Niko shouted. Suddenly the doors leading to the toilets blasted wide open and a man walked out of it. He was dressed in a black robe with grey trim. He was looking down.

"If you want to know you will have to defeat my Drone!" The voice said. The drone looked up, revealing his face. He was wearing an eyepatch over his left eye, and a scar could be seen going through his left eye and stretching off over his nose, almost touching the right eye too. His skin was tan, he looked to be a peruian.

"But I have to tell you, he has yet to be defeated!" The voice said and started to laugh. It's laugh echoed through the building as the Drone activated his Duel Disk.

"I will be the one to end his winning streak!" Niko said and he too activated his Duel Disk.

"Duel!" They said in chorus as they drew their five first cards.

Niko: 4000 LP

Drone: 4000 LP

"Start... Draw..." The Drone said and drew his sixth card. "Summon... UFO Turtle, Defense Position... (1400/1200)" A turtle with a shell fomed as an UFO appeared from the card, and then withdrew inside it's shell and turned all dark blue. "Set.. Two cards... End turn..." Two cards appeared face-down behind his turtle as he ended his turn.

"My turn! Draw!" Niko said as he drew a card. Hm... Those face-down cards may mean trouble for me, and I am aware that his turtle let's him special summon a FIRE monster from his deck when it's destroyed. He looked closer at his hand and a plan was forming inside his head. "I summon Crimson Angel - The Victory from my hand! (0/0)" A female angel with shining red armor, a face-plate and long, light blue hair appeared. She was holding a long halberd with an orange blade at the end. The Drone smiled.

"No attack..." He said.

"Wait a moment! Her effect activates!" Niko said and picked out two cards from his hand. "When she's summoned I can discard any number of Fairy-monsters from my ahnd to increase her attack by 1000 for each card discarded!" He placed the two cards in his graveyard and Victory's attack raised too 2000. (0-->2000) I then activate the continuous spell card Crimson Aura from my hand!" A spell card appeared behind Victory and she was surrounded by a crimson aura. "Victory! Attack his turtle!"

The angel raised her halberd and flew against the turtle. When she was about a meter away from it she slashed t with her halberd and it was destroyed.

"Effect..." The Drone said and pulled his deck out of his duel disk. "Summon FIRE monster... Burning Algae... (500/1500) Activate face-down... Inferno Reckless Summon..."

"What?" Niko said, and watched as the burning tree appeared, and later how two more burning trees appeared. Why would he like to summon such weak monsters? Unless... He's going to tribute them!

"I set a card face-down and end my turn. During my end phase, my Crimson Angel - The Victory is destroyed, but thanks to the Crimson Aura she brings your trees to the grave too!"

The angel disappeared, and then a shockwave was sent out from the spot that she had been standing on, and as it hitted the trees they was destroyed.

"And thanks to your own trees effect my life points is now increased by 1000 for each tree destroyed." Niko said and raised his fist as a sign of victory.

"Activate face-down... Bad Reaction of Simochi..." The Drone said and the remaining one of his face-downs was flipped face-up and revealed a trap with the picture of a girl on her knees, surrounded by evil looking shadows.

"What the..!" Niko said as he cowered his face with his arm from the blast of demonic fire, comming from the Drone's Burning Algaes. His life points dropped drasticly to only 1000.

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone 4000 LP

"My turn... Draw..." The Drone said and drew a card. "Activate... Dian Keto the Cure Master..." The Drones life points was raised by an additional 1000 thanks to his spell card. "Set... One card... End turn..."

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone: 5000 LP

"Hm... No monsters, eh?" Niko said. That face-down is surely something that will erase my final life points. I must draw something that can kill him this turn!

"Draw!" He drew a card.

"Activate face-down... Gift Card... You lose..." The Drone said and the booming voice started to laugh.

"I told you you wouldn't win against him, Yujo!" It said.

"But you was wrong!" Niko said and revealed his face-down card. "Barrel Behind the Door!"

"What!?" The voice said. A golden gun appeared in front of Niko and targeted the Drone. When it fired of his life points was decreased by 3000.

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone: 2000 LP

"But... My Drone's life points is still high enough to destroy you next turn!" The voice said and began to laugh again.

"You forget that it's my turn right now!" Niko said and smiled. "I summon Bringer of Hope! (500/500)" A petite angel appeared, it had big, white eyes and was wearing a big hat and a staff. "His effect activates, so I get to summon two Hope Tokens, each with 1000 attack points, and that's just enough to defeat you!" Two more angels appeared, these two looked a lot more mature than the previous one. "Hope Tokens! Attack his life points directly!"

Both the angels attacked the Drone with a punch. Upon strike, the Drone turned into dust and disappeared.

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone: 0 LP

"Now I'm comming for you!" Niko said and looked up the stairs. He started running upstairs.

The second floor was a big, rectangular, room with a fence that encircled the a big, rectangular hole in the middle of the room. Along the walls was a lot of doors. Niko walked up to the fence and looked down. He could see the reception he had just left, and when he looked up he saw that the building looked like this all up to the top. The room I'm looking for must be at the top of the building. He ran over to the other stairs and started going higher up. In about five minutes he had finally reached the top floor. He looked down from the fence and couldn't even see the bottom from here. He looked around and saw a corridor and walked into it. The walls of the corridor had doors leading to several roomr. Suddenly he heard a sound from inside one of the rooms and slammed up the door. The room was dark, with a lot of paper and books on the floor and a tilted desk in the middle of the room. Along the walls several bookshelf was standing. The wall the longest from the door was a big window, cowering the whole wal, and it had a big hole in the middle of it. Next to the tilted desk a man was standing. He was clothed in a black robe with azure trim on it. He had long, grey hair and his eyes was al black except for the azure colored irises. The man looked very thin, and judging from his face he hadn't had something to eat in a very long time.

"So you found me..." He said and smiled. It was the same voice that Niko had heard down in the reception.

"And now I will defeat you!" Niko said and activated his duel disk. "You're going down right now!"

"I'm going down alright!" The man said and smiled. Then he turned around and walked up to the crushed window. "The time is not right yet..."

"You're not gonna jump, are you!?" Niko said and walked against the man. "You're going to die!"

"Hah! I am already dead!" The man said and jumped out of the window. Niko looked down but he was gone.

"Damnit!" He said and turned to the tilted desk again. "Hm..." He picked up some papers from the floor. "These may become usefull later..."

He walked out of the room and then all the way down again. The rain had since long stopped. He walked up to his D-Wheel and mounted it and rode it away.

[spoiler=Chapter 2: Ready for Battle! Armor On!]

August 2, Year 2 of the New Age, Crimson Union's Hideout

Niko woke up and found himself in a small and dirty room, lying on a bed using cloth rags as pillows and coverlet. The room had no windows, and except for the bed there was only a desk with a flowerpot on it. He pulled himself out of bed and putted his clothes on. When he opened the door he entered a bigger room with a striking resemblence to a dining hall. There was a big table on the far right of the room with eight chairs around it, however only two peoples where in the room, except for Niko. One of them was a girl, looking like if she was 16 or 17. She had long, blonde hair and was wearing a pink shirt and jeans. She also had a pink bow in her hair and her eyes was marine blue. The other one was a guy, with short, green hair and green eyes. He was wearing a brown jacket, a red shirt and brown pants. The both of them looked as if they was discussing something.

"Morning guys!" Niko said and smiled.

"G'morning, Niko!" The boy said and also smiled. The girl raised from her chair and walked with a angry look on her face up to Niko.

"Where was you last night!? We told you to be home early so that we hadn't need to worry about you!" She shouted in his face.

"Calm down, Lex!" The boy said. "You'll wake up the others!"

"No need to worry, Bob." Niko said and smiled. "I must have come home late since everyone was asleep. It's hard to keep track of time when you can't see the sun."

"I guess you're right..." Lex mumbled, looking embarrased.

"Anyway, Niko!" Bob said. "Take a seat and tell us what happend last night since you was home so late!"

Niko seated himself next to Lex and put his hands on the table.

"Well, first I arrived at the Arcadia Movement building." He started. "When I entered it I heard Icarus' voice, and he forced me to duel one of his Shadow Drones. I can't really say it was a hard duel since I won it rather easily. But anyway, when I arrived at the top of the building and found Icarus and challenged him to a duel, he told me that the time wasn't right and jumped through the wndow!"

"Wouldn't he had died then!?" Bob said and sounded excited.

"You forget one detail!" Niko said and lifted a finger, like if he wanted to specify that he said "one". "The Dark Signers is already dead, so he wouldn't take any damage from falling from the building."

"Moron..." Lex mumbled and looked at Bob.

"What was that now!?" Bob shouted.

"Wasn't it you that told me not to shout?" Lex asked and smiled victoriously.

"Grr... Anyway, what did you do then?" Bob asked and looked at Niko again.

"Then I came here..." Niko said. "What did you do last night?"

"I was watching the kids, as always!" Lex said and sounded really bored.

"But I was fixing my deck!" Bob said and raised his fist as a sign of power. "Wanna test it out?"

"Sure, why not?" Niko said and smiled. He raised from the chair and walked to the other side of the room, where a dueling field was painted on the ground. He placed himself on one of the player zones and picked up a duel disk that was lying on the ground next to it. He attached the duel disk to his left arm and pulled his deck out of his pocket. As he placed his deck in the duel disk, it activated itself. Bob stood on the other player zone and activated his duel disk. Lex turned her head to watch the duel.

"I can't wait to see hwat fixes you did to your deck!" Niko said and smiled.

"Hah! I ensure you that I will against you this time!" Bob said and also smiled.

"Duel!" They shouted and drew their starting hands.

"I will take the priveliege to start! Draw!" Bob drew his sixth card. "I summon Active Guard in defense position!" (0/2500) A blue, cyber-looking cuircass appeared out of Bob's card. "Armor On!"

The monster attached itself to Bob's chest.

"Then I activate the spell card Double Summon, letting me summon another monster from my hand! So I summon Over Boost, in defense position!" (0/1000) Now, two blue, cyber-looking boots appeared out of Bob's card and attached themselves to his feet. "Then I will set one card and end my turn!"

A face-down card appeared in front of him as he ended his turn.

"I see you play an Armor deck now! Draw!" Niko drew his sixth card and looked at his hand. "But still, I will defeat it with my Crimson Angel deck! I summon Crimson Angel - The Victory in attack position! (0/0)" The angel in red armor appeared from the card, holding her halberd in her right hand. "And I discard two cards from my hand for her effect, making her attack points 2000! Attack his Over Boost!"

When the angel attacked, Active Guard absorbed the attack instead of Over Boost.

"I forgot to tell you about my Armor monsters effects! When one of them is attacked, I can re-direct the attack to another one I control!" Bob said and looked like if he didn't notice the angel attacking his chest with her halberd. "And my Active Guard get's 500 defense points for each other Armor monster I control!" He placed his hand on his chest as it started to shine. (2500-->3000)

"That means I lose a thousand life points!" Niko sounded really surprised.

Niko: 3000 LP

Bob: 4000 LP

"I also activates my trap card! Ultimate Offering!" Bob said as his face-down card was flipped face-up. "This let's me summon as many monsters as I desire during my turn as long as I pay 500 life points for each additional summoning!"

"Hm..." Niko looked at his hand. "There's nothing more I can do, so it's your move!"

As Niko ended his turn his angel disappeared, due to it's own effect.

"Thank you! Draw!" Bob drew a card and placed it in his hand. "I summon my Buster Knuckle and due to my Ultimate Offering's effect I can summon another monster, so I also summon Zero Booster and then Psychic Armor Head!" (0/0)(0/0)(0/500) Two robotic gauntlets and a similar helmet appeared out of Bob's cards and attached themselves to Bob. "Now my armor is complete!" Bob smiled. "My Buster Knuckle and Zero Booster each gets and additional 200 attack points for each Armor monster on the field, so both their attacks is 1000!" (0-->1000)(0-->1000) He raised his right fist and looked like if he was aiming at Niko with it. "Burning Knuckle! Attack his life points directly!" An energy wave blasted of from the hand and hitted Niko in the stomach.

"Ow!" Niko said and fell on his knees. "Your deck is really good, I must say!" He smiled.

"Since I can only attack you once per turn with my Armor monsters, I will have to end my turn!" Bob said and pointed at Niko. "But just wait, you will get more!"

Niko: 2000 LP

Bob: 3000 LP

"I understand that! Draw!" Niko drew another card. "Just what I needed! I summon Bringer of Hope in attack position!" (500/500) The petite angel from yesterday appeared, and summoned two other angels to it's side. "He also summons two Hope Tokens to aid him in battle! Now I activate Crimson Sacrifice!" The two Hope Tokens was surrounded by a crimson aura. "This let's me tribute two fairy monsters to Special Summon a Crimson Angel from my deck to my side of the field!" The two angels disappeared and a dark cloud arised from the floor and out of it came another angel dressed in purple robes. It was hooded but crimson-colored hair was seen under the hood. He also had a chain around his neck and waist. "Say hello to Crimson Angel - Agony!" (0/0)

"Heh! You won't defeat me with zero attack points!" Bob smirked.

"You seem to forget about his effect! By sending him to the graveyard I can summon a Level 8 or lower monster from any players Graveyard!" The angel surrounded itself with a purple aura and then disappeared, and instead another angel, wearing orange armor appeared. He had long, red hair and was wearing a spear. "This is Crimson Angel - Divine! And now I'm going to synchro summon!" Bringer of Hope turned into three green rings that surrounded Divine as he flew up in the sky and Niko started chanting. "The apocalypse is over! After the destruction that it brought the people of this world look up to you! Synchro Summon! The savior! Future's Hope!" (3000/3000)

A big, white dragon appeared and spreaded it's four wings. Lex looked at it with excitement and started cheering on Niko.

"Woohoo! I was waiting for you to bring out a challenge!" Bob sounded excited as he looked on the big, white dragon that had appeared.

"His effect kicks in at this moment!" Niko said, smiling at his dragon. "When he's synchro summoned, he destroys all monsters on the field, except himself!"

The dragon began flapping his wings and blew up a hurricane that destroyed all of Bob's armor, except for his Zero Booster.

"Heh... When my Zero Booster is destroyed by a card effect, I can destroy up to two cards on the field!" Bob said and raised his hand and aimed at Future's Hope. "Your hope is gone!" His gauntlet blasted of and when it hitted Future's Hope and both of them was destroyed.

"Then it's your move again!" Niko said and ended his turn.

"Thans! Draw!" Bob drew a card. "I activate my Psychic Armor Heads effect from the Graveyard to Special Summon it in attack position!" The helmet appeared and attached itself to Bob's head. "Now I summon another Buster Knuckle from my hand!" (0/0) A gauntlet appeared and equipped itself to Bob's right arm. "It's attack is raised by 200 for each Armor card on the field, so his attack is only 400 for now, but I activate Armor Upgrade from my hand! This increases the attack of all my Armor monsters by 1500 untill the end phase!" (0-->400-->1900) He raised his right fist and again seemed as if he was aiming at Niko. "Attack!" He fired of the energy wave again and Niko was hit and fell to the ground.

"Heh, you've decreased my life points to only 100, that's pretty good!" Niko said as he stood up again.

Niko: 100 LP

Bob: 3000 LP

"I guess it's my turn! Draw!" He drew a card and looked at it. "I am sorry, but this ends now! I activate the spell card Monster Reborn!"

"What!?" Bob shouted. "That let's you summon a monster from your Graveyard!"

"That's right, my friend, and I summon Future's Hope!" (3000/3000)

Bob was thinking. Damn! Armor Upgrade negates the effect of all monsters affected by it untill my next Standby Phase, that means that both my monsters has zero attack points! I lost!

"Future's Hope! Attack his Buster Knuckle!" Niko shouted and pointed at Bob.

The dragon opened it's mouth and blasted of a wave of blue energy at Bob, who was hit and lost all his life points and fell to the ground. Niko deactivated his duel disk and walked up to Bob and gave him a helping hand to get on his feet again. Bob grabbed his arma nd raised from the floor.

"That was a great duel! Thanks for a great match!" Bob said and smiled.

"It is me that should thank you! That was really a great duel!" Niko said and smiled back.

Suddenly a door opened and a big, muscular man walked out. He was wearing a brown tank top and green shorts and his hair was short, spiky and brown. His eyes was also brown.

"What's all this sou... Niko!" He said and walked up to Niko and hugged him. Niko was nearly crushed in his strong arms.

"Nice to see you to, Boss, but can you let me down before I'm crushed?" Niko pushed out of his mouth.

"Oh, sorry!" Boss said and let him down. "Where was you last night?"

"Sit down and I'll tell you everything!" Niko said and walked to the table and took a seat. Bob and Boss did the same and Niko told Boss everything that happend last night.

[spoiler=Chapter 3: Turbo Duel! The Mysterious D-Wheeler!]

August 2, Year 2 of the New Age, Crimson Union's Hideout

Niko told Boss everything that had happen last day, and he seemed to be interested about Icarus' escape from the building.

"So you mean that he jumped out of the building and disappeared?" He asked.

"Yes. But we need to get hold of that key that he has!" Niko said. "I shouldn't have let him escape!" He smashed his fist into the table and raised from his chair. "I'll go find him!"

"No, Niko!" Boss also raised from his chair. "I think that you should keep down a little now! I think that someone else should go instead."

"I can do it, Boss!" Bob raised from his chair and did a saluted Boss.

"Yea, you should do fine." Boss sat down on his chair again, and so did Niko.

"Okay, I'll go ready my D-Wheel then!" Bob said and rushed away, out of the hideout.

"Why couldn't I go!?" Niko shouted.

"Because Icarus expects you to come for him. If we send Bob we will take him with surprise!" Boss said wisely. They could hear how a motor started running from outside and knew that Bob was on the way with his D-Wheel. Niko pulled out a little device from his pocket. It looked kinda like a PSP, but it was blue by it's colour and the buttons was not placed the same. It was a sort of cellphone. He called Bob's D-Wheel and when Bob answered a picture of him popped up. He was wearing a blue helmet and his hair was flapping in the wind.

"Wazzup?" He asked and smiled.

"Do you even have any idea where to look for Icarus?" Niko asked.

"Nah! But I'll try the docks!" Bob speeded up. You could see that he was going faster and faster couse the buildings in the background was flying away in the speed.

"There's nothing here!" Bob said when he finally arrived at the docks and stopped his D-Wheel.

"Maybe you should try somewhe..." Niko was interupted.

"Shh!" Bob placed his finger over his mouth as a sign for Niko to be quiet. "I don't think I'm alone after all!" He turned his head and a voice could be heard in the background.

"You will meet your doom here, Bob Oakwood!" The voice said. The voice was dark and had something twisted in it.

"Sorry Niko, got to go!" Bob hung up and the screen went blank.

"What just happend, Bob?" Niko said. "Hello? Meh, it's no use..."

"Don't worry, I think he'll be fine!" Lex said and smiled. "I think he will call when he's defeated that guy or whatever it was!"

"I hope so..." Niko said. But they didn't hear from Bob in two hours and Niko started to get worried.

"Maybe we should go look for him..." He told Boss, but Boss just smiled.

"I'm sure he's okay, Niko!" He said.

But after two more hours everyone started to get worried.

"Maybe you should go look for him..." Boss said. "Niko, go get your D-Wheel ready and head for the docks!"

Niko nodded and went for the door when he felt a hand grabbing his shoulder.

"Wait a minute!" It was Lex. "I don't want both you and Bob to get lost so I'm comming with you to make sure you both do fine!"

Niko looked at her.

"I don't think it's safe enough..." Niko started.

"SAFE ENOUGH!?" Lex turned really mad, and believe me, she's not funny when she's mad. "I'm comming with you, wether you want it or not!"

"But there's not enough space on the D-Wheel!" Niko got scared.

"I'm sure you can make place for little me on your D-Wheel :3" Lex said and smiled.

"B-b-but..." Niko started to sweat.

"BUT WHAT!?" Lex shouted.

"Just take her with you before she starts to cry!" Boss shouted. For some reason he was hiding under the table.

"Okay then..." Niko sighed. They went to the garage. There was two D-Wheel's in there, the familiar, red one which had once been Yusei's D-Wheel. Niko had found it a week after the apocalyptic battle and was now using it as an honor to the one who once tried to defeat Godwin and save the world, and then there was a big, brown D-wheel with gigantic wheels. That was the one belonging to Boss. Niko mounted his D-Wheel and Lex somehow managed to push herself in tight behind him. She put on a red helmet, and so did Niko and when Niko started up his motor Lex grabbed her arms around him, like if she was hugging him.

"Uhm... What are you doing?" Niko asked.

"I will fall off if I don't hold on to something!" Lex screamed.

"We haven't even started moving yet..." Niko sighed.

"Oh!" Lex' cheeks got red as the D-Wheel started moving out of the garage and then started accelerating furiously.

When they started speeding up really Lex suddenly started singing.

"Get your motor running... Head out on the highway..." She started.

"Stop singing!" Niko said impatiently.

"I'm sorry, you know I wanted to be a singer before Godwin interfered with my dream..." Lex mumbled.

"He interfered with all our dreams..." Niko said. "But there's nothing to do about it. Everythings going to be okay!" He smiled.

"You're sure about that?" Lex asked.

"Kinda! As long as we work as a team we will defeat all of the Dark Signers, get the six keys to the tower and will eventually defeat Godwin, together!" Niko kept on smiled.

"You're so lovely!" Lex said.

"What?" Niko apparently didn't hear the last thing.

"You're so optimistic!" Lex said and got red again.

They raced through the city. It was really a depressing sight, the empty streets that once was so full of life. Where had all the people gone? They had all died, or been turned into Shadow Drones or Dark Signers.

They reached the docks in about 20 minutes. It was empty, except for a seagull that sat by the edge of the sea. The sea was stormy, and the waves reached up to 2 meters over the normal sea height.

"Where do you think Bob is?" Lex asked and looked around.

"Quiet!" Niko looked around. "Did you hear that sound?"

"What sound?" Lex asked and tried to hear.

"It came from that container!" Niko pointed at a green container that stood about three meters away from them. It was lightly shaking. Niko dismounted the D-Wheel and walked up to the container and opened it. There was a lot of rotten food and other junk. There was also Bob, he was tied up with ropes and had a muzzle over his mouth. He was making some noise that sounded like "Niko!" Niko pulled him out of the container and untied him. Bob removed the muzzle himself as fast as he was untied. Now Lex also walked up to them.

"God, Bob! You stink!" She said and held her nose.

"What did you think?" Bob said. "The content of that container was two years old!"

"Oh go get a bath or something!" Lex said and removed her hand from her nose.

"What happend?" Niko asked.

"There was this D-Wheeler that appeared behind me and challanged me to a duel!" Bob said. "And he evntually dfeated me and threw me in this container!"

"Was that duelist... Icarus?" Niko asked.

"Nah, I'm not even sure if it was a Shadow Drone nor a Dark Signer!"

"Where did he go?" Niko asked and looked around.

"I don't know, I was in the container when he left!"

Suddenly they heard a motor in the distance. The sound got louder and louder and soon they could see a D-Wheel aproaching them.

"It's him!" Bob shouted.

The D-Wheel came closer and closer, it was white with bue trim, and the D-Wheeler was wearing a blue helmet and a white motorcycle suit with blue trim. When it reached them the D-Wheel stopped and theman looked at Niko. You couldn' see his face, it was covered by a black visor.

"Niko..." He said with a dark and twisted voice. "I've been waiting for you!"

"How do you know my name?" Niko asked and got on his guard.

"I know more then you can imagine!" The D-Wheeler said. "Duel me!"

"Why!?" Niko said.

"Because I say so!" He reached out for Lex, grabbed her shoudler and pulled her closer to himself. "Or else it's goodbye with this little pumpkin!"

"Gr... Okay! I'll duel you, but let the girl go first!" Niko pointed at the D-Wheeler.

"Hehe..." The D-Wheeler let go of her and she ran up to Bob. "Mount your D-Wheel!"

"I will..." Niko walked up to his D-Wheel and mounted it. He startedup his motor and started moving, his opponent, however just sped away at once, and Niko started accelerating.

"Come on, Lex!" Bob said and ran to the closest building. "Let's get up to the roof and watch the duel from there!"

Lex followed him up to the roof and they watched as Niko started to get closer to the mysterious D-Wheeler.

"Are you ready, Niko?" He asked.

"Ready!" Niko shouted. "Speed World activated!"

"Duel!"

"Since I'm faster then you I will start! Draw!" Mr.Mysterio said and drew his sixth card. "I summon Quilbolt Hedgehog in defense position!" (800/800) A brown hedgehog with a lot of bolts on it's back appeared.

"I know that card... It was used by Yusei Fudo..." Niko said and looked at the hedgehog.

"Hehe..." The D-Wheeler chukled. "I also set two cards face-down and end my turn, but make ready, I will defeat you soon enough!"

Niko: 1 SC

Mysterious D-Wheeler: 1 SC

"We'll see about that! Draw!" Niko drew a card and looked at his hand. "I don't know who you are but no one threatens my friends unpunished! I will defeat you! I will set a monster face-down. plays a face-down card end my turn!"

Niko: 2 SC

Mysterious D-Wheeler: 2 SC

"So you're affraid, you're hiding behind face-down cards! I will defeat you anyway, no matter what you do! Draw!" The D-Wheeler drew a card. "Heh, this is one of my favorite cards! I summon Junk Synchron!" (1300/500) A small man dressed in orange clothes appeared. "Now, I will synchro summon another one of my favorites!" Junk Synchron pulled a rope attached to his armor and turned into three green rings that enshrouded Quillbolt Hedgehog. "Clustering stars will call upon a new force! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Show yourself, Junk Warrior!" (2300/1300) Out of a shining light a warrior with purple armor and a scarf appeared. It was flying next to the D-Wheeler's D-Wheel.

"What? Another one of the cards Yusei used?" Niko was surprised.

"Junk Warrior! Attack his face-down card with Scrap Fist!" The D-Wheeler shouted and pointed at Niko's face-down card. Junk Warrior sped up and flew against the face-down card with furious speed and made ready to hit it with it's fist.

"Not so fast! I activate Sakuretsu Armor!" Niko said and activated his Trap card.

"Hahahaha! Did you think these face-down cards was just for looks? I activate Joint Future! Now, by discarding 1 card from my hand I can negate your Trap card and return it to your deck!" The mysterious D-Wheeler activated his face-down card and Sakuretsu Armor was returned to Niko's deck.

"Damnit..." Niko sighed.

Junk Warrior continued his attack and flipped Niko's card face-up and it started to shine and revealed a angel with a blood covered armor with yellow hair. It started to shine and was destroyed in a shining light and in it's place another angel, dressed in a purple robe with crimson coloured hair appeared.

"What the? How could you summon that monster?" The D-Wheeler was surprised.

"Because you destroyed my Crimson Angel - The Defeat! When this card is flipped face-up and then destroyed, it's special abillity let's me summon another Crimson Angel from my hand, and the one I choose is Crimson Angel - Agony!" (0/0)

"It won't matter anyway... It's your move!"

Niko: 3 SC

TMDW: 3 SC

"Thank you! Draw!" Niko drew his card. "I set one card face-down and end my turn!"

Niko: 4 SC

TMDW: 4 SC

"Not much of a move.. Mehehe... Draw!" The opponent drew a card. "This is the card I've been waiting for! I summon Turbo Synchron in attack position!" (100/100) A small, green, motor-like machine appeared out of his card.

"Are you going to synchro summon Turbo Warrior?" Niko asked.

"No, I'm aiming for something bigger!" The D-Wheeler said. "Have you frogotten about Quillbolt Hedgehog in my grave? When I have a tuner on my side of the field I can special summon him to my field!" The hedgehog appeared again, and was flying along Turbo Synchron and Junk Warrior. "Together they're level equals eight, do you know what this means?"

"No... He can't mean?" Niko started to sweat.

"Yes I am going to summon it!" The D-Wheeler pointed to the sky as his Turbo Synchron turned into a ring that surrounded Junk Warrior and Quillbolt. "Clustering hopes will become a new shining star! Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Take flight, Stardust Dragon!" (2500/2000) A big, white dragon appeared and flew along with the mysterious D-Wheeler.

"So you are using Yusei's deck after all!" Niko said and started to sweat even more.

"I'm not only using his deck, Niko! I am Yusei Fudo! Mwahahahahahahaha!" The D-Wheeler laughed with a wicked chuckle.

"What!?" Niko was really surprised by this claim and kept sweating at the sight of the dragon flying before him.

[spoiler=Chapter 4: The Way to Victory! Dueling the Savior!]

The sky was clouded, as always these days. The sound of two D-Wheels racing through the docks was the only thing that broke the silence. From atop a building Bob and Lex watched as the mysterious D-Wheeler, claiming to be Yusei, had summoned the legendary Stardust Dragon to the field, and how the only defense that Niko had on his side of the field was his Crimson Angel - Agony with both zero attack and defense points.

"What is he going to do now?" Lex asked.

"I don't know." Bob said and watched the dragon flying next to the white D-Wheel of Yusei. "And Stardust's effect doesn't make things better!"

"What effect?" Lex looked at Bob.

"Stardust has the abillity to tribute himself to counter any destruction from card effects..." Bob looked at the both D-Wheelers as they passed the building.

"Are you scared?" Yusei asked Niko. "Did the appearance of my dragon frighten you that much?"

"I'm more scared at the fact that you are doing this, if you really are that Yusei I'm thinking off!" Niko said. "Yusei would never threaten someone!"

"You have a lot of learn, Niko!" Yusei said and laughed. "Godwin made me see something when he defeated me... He promised me power!"

"Apparently he corrupted you!" Niko said. "The Yusei that tried to defeat Godwin was not like this... He would never seek power instead of helping people!"

"That was the old Yusei, Niko!" Yusei laughed again. "But let's stop the small talk, Stardust! Attack his Crimson Angel with Shooting Sonic!"

Stardust opened up it's mouth and fired a beam against Agony, and the beam blasted right through it and hitted Niko's D-Wheel, but Agony wasn't destroyed.

"Why is it still there?" Yusei asked.

"Because of my Trap Card!" Niko said and activated his Trap. "Crimson Barrier! After this card is activated a Crimson Angel of my choice cannot be destroyed by battle, and since I only have Agony on my field he will be my choice!"

"But you still lose Life Points and Speed Counters!" Yusei laughed.

"Ugh!" Niko grunted as his D-Wheel slowed down and his Life Points was reduced by 2500.

"Your move!" Yusei shouted. "It will also be your last!"

Niko: 1500 LP 3 SC

Yusei: 4000 LP 5 SC

"I will make sure it isn't! Draw!" Niko looked at the card he had just drawn. "This will do for now! I change Agony to defense position and set a card face-down! Your turn!"

Niko: 4 SC

Yusei: 6 SC

"Kehehe..." Yusei giggeld and drew a card. "You better be working on a plan, because I will destroy you sooner or later! Since your Agony won't destroyed it's no use to attack, so it's your turn again!"

Niko: 5 SC

Yusei: 7 SC

"I will defeat you, wether you really is Yusei or not! Draw!" Niko drew his card and looked at it. "Looks like my plan has been completed, I will defeat your Dragon this turn! I summon Crimson Angel - The Victory!" (0/0)

"So you mean that you will defeat me with a monster with zero attack points? Well that would be amusing!" Yusei laughed.

"You if someone should know that a monsters attack power isn't all!" Niko smiled. "Now I discard three Fairy monsters, that would be my whole hand, to increase my monsters attack to 3000!" (0-->3000)

"What!? That makes him strong enough to defeat Stardust!" Yusei shouted.

"That's right! Victory! Attack Stardust with Shining Halberd!" Niko shouted and pointed at Stardust. But when the angel raised it's halberd and flew against Stardust a scarecrow appeared out of Yusei's face-down card. "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow!?"

"That's right, Niko, and it renders your attacks useless!" Yusei laughed again.

"I also has a Trap card in store!" Niko activated his face-down card. "Crimson Angel Storm!"

"What does that do?" Yusei asked.

"By removing from play 1 Crimson Angel from my Graveyard I can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field! And your Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is my target!"

A storm began to blow around the two duelists and it targeted Yusei's trap card.

"Hehehe!" Yusei laughed again. "Don't you know about my dragon's effect? I activate Stardust Dragon's effect to tribute it to save my Trap! Victim Sanctuary!"

Stardust Dragon turned into shining dust that blocked Niko's storm.

"That's rather stupid!" Niko smiled.

"What do you mean, if I didn't defend it you would just destroy my Stardust during your next turn with Victory anyway, this way I get to keep my dragon!" Yusei laughed.

"I'm not the one missing card effects here! I was well aware of your

dragon's effect!" Niko smiled. "But if you've looked at Victory's effect you would have known that he was destroyed at the end phase anyway!"

"But I still prevented the destruction of my trap card, and my dragon is comming back during the end phase anyway!" Yusei said.

"He's comming back, yes, but not to your side of the field!" Niko smiled even wider. "I activate Agony's monster effect!"

"What is that!" Yusei shouted.

"By sending him to the graveyard, I get to special summon a Level 8 or lower monster from either players graveyard!"

"Yes!" Bob shouted. "He figured out how to counter Stardust Dragon!"

"So he will be able to defeat him?" Lex asked and looked at Bob.

"I don't know, Yusei still has his Scrap-Iron Scarecrow in play..." Bob kept watching the duel as Agony turned into black dust and infiltrated Yusei's graveyard, and brought out the white dragon to Niko's side of the field.

"The real Yusei wouldn't make such a foolish mistake!" Niko shouted. "I end my turn and my Victory goes to the grave!" His angel was destroyed, but he still had Yusei's Stardust Dragon on his side of the field.

Niko: 6 SC

Yusei: 8 SC

"You've stolen my dragon from me, but I can still win! Draw!" Yusei drew a card. "I will have to rely on my Scarecrow for now, your move!"

Niko: 7 SC

Yusei: 9 SC

"I will have to put all my hope on the next card I draw, I really hope that it's something that can save me! Draw!" Niko closed his eyes and held the card before them. He slowly opened them. "Great! I activate the Spell card Speed Spell - Last Hope!" He activated his Spell card and his D-Wheel rapidly lost all it's speed. "This card can only be activated when my Speed Counters is higher then six, and it instantly removes all of them, but it let's me draw 2 cards!" He moved his hand to the deck. I have to draw the exact right cards now, or else I won't be able to defeat him! He drew two cards and looked at them. A smile spread on his face. "I summon Bringer of Hope!" (500/500) The angel appeared and flew next to Stardust, and it raised it's hands and two other angels appeared next to it. "Say hello to my Hope Tokens! I then set a card face-down and end my turn!"

Niko: 1 SC

Yusei: 9 SC

"My turn then, I will end you this turn! Draw!" Yusei drew a card, but apparentky it didn't enjoy him that much. "Why don't I draw the right cards!? Defeating this punk should in fact be very easy for a master like me!"

"Just face it! You are not Yusei, he would never be that arrogant! And the reason you don't draw the right cards is that you don't have any heart in those cards, Yusei had that, and that's why he always drew the best cards at the right moments... Except for the last draw he ever made..." Niko looked down and a tear was rolling down his cheek. Suddenly he looked up. "End your turn already, you fake!"

"I was going to do that!" Yusei shouted. "Your turn!"

Niko: 2 SC

Yusei: 10 SC

"I will prove your not Yusei, and I will do it with my next card! Draw!" He drew his card and looked at it. "I was right! I tribute my Hope Tokens to Summon Crimson Angel - Divine!" (0/0) The angel appeared and pointed it's spear against Yusei. "Now I will synchro summon!" Bringer of Hope turned into three green rings that surrounded Divine and they both flew up to the sky.

"Here it comes!" Bob said and smiled. "Niko will summon his trumph card now!"

"But what about Yusei's Scarecrow?" Lex asked. "Won't it stop his attacks?"

"I'm sure Niko have it all figured out!" Bob said. Then he shouted: "You rock, Niko!"

Niko looked at Bob at the roof and did a thumb up. Then he looked at Yusei again.

"The apocalypse is over! After the destruction that it brought the people of this world look up to you! Synchro Summon! The savior! Future's Hope!" (3000/3000) A long, white dragon with four wings appeared beside Stardust Dragon and spreaded it's wings and roared. "This guy will ensure my victory in this duel! Future's Hope! Attack him with Postapocalyptic Life!" The dragon opened it's mouth and blasted of a green energy wave at Yusei.

"Have you already forgotten about Scarecrow, Niko?" Yusei said and laughed.

"Of course not, activateing Future's Hope's effect!" Niko raised his ahnd in the air. "By sending a face-down card to my grave I can negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card! And I wills end my face-down trap card to my graveyard!"

"What the...!?" Yusei was hit by the green energy wave and his life points rapidly fell down to thousand and he lost a total of three Speed Counters.

"Now I will finish this with your own monster! Stardust Dragon! Attack him directly! Shooting Sonic!" Niko pointed at Yusei and Stardust Dragon blasted of it's energy beam at Yusei who's life points was reduced to zero, but his D-Wheel was still racing next to Niko. Niko's dragons disappeared as he deactivated Speed World.

"And now... Tell us who you really are!" Niko shouted and pointed at Yusei.

Yusei just looked down, and then suddenly turned to Niko, but now two glowing, red eyes could be seen through the black visor. His voice also sounded a lot more darker and evil now.

"I've already told you! I am Yusei Fudo!" Yusei said and actiavted the auto pilot of his D-Wheel and let go of the steering. He then, with some problems, stood on the seat and looked at Niko. "I will not accept defeat!"

"What the...?" Niko shouted as Yusei jumped on him and made Niko lost control of teh D-Wheel and crashed into the container that once contained Bob. They both flew of it and Niko landed on the ground and hurted his left arm badly. He looked around the dock and saw that Bob and Lex was comming against him, then it all turned dark...

[spoiler=Chapter 1: The Crimson Angels]

August 1, Year 2 of the New Age, Ruins of Neo Domino City

The sky was black, just as it had been the latest 2 years, since the defeat of Yusei Fudo. In this world, you're either a Shadow Drone, a Dark Signer or a refugee. Godwin. Rex Godwin. This is all his fault. He's the "king" of Neo Domino City now, just as he had been before his way to corruption. The abondoned streets of Neo Domino City was all quite, except for the sound of the raindrops hitting the ground. A black bird landed on the ground and started pecking the ground for food. Suddenly it looked up as it heard the sound of a D-Wheel comming this way. It quickly left ground and flew away as a red D-Wheel came storming through the streets. Mounting it was a boy at the age around 18. He was wearing a red helmet, and his eyes was light blue, and orange hair could be seen beneath his helmet. He was wearing an opened up, light orange jacket that was flapping behind him in the wind. Beneath the jacket was a black shirt, and from his neck a necklace with a white crystal was hanging. He was also wearing black jeans and leather boots, his name was Niko Yujo, one of the few living humans still inhabitating the earth. He suddenly stopped in front of a big, ruined tower. He dismounted his D-Wheel, unequipped his helmet, revealing spiky, orange hair, and pressed a button on the monitor. The in-built Duel Disk rised and attached itself to his arm. The door o the building was all destroyed so it was just to walk straight in.

"The Dark Signer has surely placed some Drones in this building." He said to himself as he walked through the ruined reception of the building. The room was big, and except for the entrance there was three doors, one leading to the toilets and two leading somewhere else. There was a lot of papers and other scraps lying on the floor. He started walking through the mess against the stairs when he heard a booming voice.

"What brings you here, Yujo?" The voice said.

Niko looked around and tried to spot the person who said it, but the room was all empty except for all the paper scraps on the floor.

"Where are you, you filthy snake!?" He shouted.

"Do you really want to know that?" The voice said.

"Tell me! Now!" Niko shouted. Suddenly the doors leading to the toilets blasted wide open and a man walked out of it. He was dressed in a black robe with grey trim. He was looking down.

"If you want to know you will have to defeat my Drone!" The voice said. The drone looked up, revealing his face. He was wearing an eyepatch over his left eye, and a scar could be seen going through his left eye and stretching off over his nose, almost touching the right eye too. His skin was tan, he looked to be a peruian.

"But I have to tell you, he has yet to be defeated!" The voice said and started to laugh. It's laugh echoed through the building as the Drone activated his Duel Disk.

"I will be the one to end his winning streak!" Niko said and he too activated his Duel Disk.

"Duel!" They said in chorus as they drew their five first cards.

Niko: 4000 LP

Drone: 4000 LP

"Start... Draw..." The Drone said and drew his sixth card. "Summon... UFO Turtle, Defense Position... (1400/1200)" A turtle with a shell fomed as an UFO appeared from the card, and then withdrew inside it's shell and turned all dark blue. "Set.. Two cards... End turn..." Two cards appeared face-down behind his turtle as he ended his turn.

"My turn! Draw!" Niko said as he drew a card. Hm... Those face-down cards may mean trouble for me, and I am aware that his turtle let's him special summon a FIRE monster from his deck when it's destroyed. He looked closer at his hand and a plan was forming inside his head. "I summon Crimson Angel - The Victory from my hand! (0/0)" A female angel with shining red armor, a face-plate and long, light blue hair appeared. She was holding a long halberd with an orange blade at the end. The Drone smiled.

"No attack..." He said.

"Wait a moment! Her effect activates!" Niko said and picked out two cards from his hand. "When she's summoned I can discard any number of Fairy-monsters from my ahnd to increase her attack by 1000 for each card discarded!" He placed the two cards in his graveyard and Victory's attack raised too 2000. (0-->2000) I then activate the continuous spell card Crimson Aura from my hand!" A spell card appeared behind Victory and she was surrounded by a crimson aura. "Victory! Attack his turtle!"

The angel raised her halberd and flew against the turtle. When she was about a meter away from it she slashed t with her halberd and it was destroyed.

"Effect..." The Drone said and pulled his deck out of his duel disk. "Summon FIRE monster... Burning Algae... (500/1500) Activate face-down... Inferno Reckless Summon..."

"What?" Niko said, and watched as the burning tree appeared, and later how two more burning trees appeared. Why would he like to summon such weak monsters? Unless... He's going to tribute them!

"I set a card face-down and end my turn. During my end phase, my Crimson Angel - The Victory is destroyed, but thanks to the Crimson Aura she brings your trees to the grave too!"

The angel disappeared, and then a shockwave was sent out from the spot that she had been standing on, and as it hitted the trees they was destroyed.

"And thanks to your own trees effect my life points is now increased by 1000 for each tree destroyed." Niko said and raised his fist as a sign of victory.

"Activate face-down... Bad Reaction of Simochi..." The Drone said and the remaining one of his face-downs was flipped face-up and revealed a trap with the picture of a girl on her knees, surrounded by evil looking shadows.

"What the..!" Niko said as he cowered his face with his arm from the blast of demonic fire, comming from the Drone's Burning Algaes. His life points dropped drasticly to only 1000.

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone 4000 LP

"My turn... Draw..." The Drone said and drew a card. "Activate... Dian Keto the Cure Master..." The Drones life points was raised by an additional 1000 thanks to his spell card. "Set... One card... End turn..."

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone: 5000 LP

"Hm... No monsters, eh?" Niko said. That face-down is surely something that will erase my final life points. I must draw something that can kill him this turn!

"Draw!" He drew a card.

"Activate face-down... Gift Card... You lose..." The Drone said and the booming voice started to laugh.

"I told you you wouldn't win against him, Yujo!" It said.

"But you was wrong!" Niko said and revealed his face-down card. "Barrel Behind the Door!"

"What!?" The voice said. A golden gun appeared in front of Niko and targeted the Drone. When it fired of his life points was decreased by 3000.

Niko: 1000 LP

Drone: 2000 LP

"But... My Drone's life points is still high enough to destroy you next turn!" The voice said and began to laugh again.

"You forget that it's my turn right now!" Niko said and smiled. "I summon Bringer of Hope! (500/500)" A petite angel appeared, it had big, white eyes and was wearing a big hat and a staff. "His effect activates, so I get to summon two Hope Tokens, each with 1000 attack points, and that's just enough to defeat you!" Two more angels appeared, these two looked a lot more mature than the previous one. "Hope Tokens! Attack his life points directly!"

Both the angels attacked the Drone with a punch. Upon strike, the Drone turned into dust and disappeared.

"Now I'm comming for you!" Niko said and looked up the stairs. He started running upstairs.

The second floor was a big, rectangular, room with a fence that encircled the a big, rectangular hole in the middle of the room. Along the walls was a lot of doors. Niko walked up to the fence and looked down. He could see the reception he had just left, and when he looked up he saw that the building looked like this all up to the top. The room I'm looking for must be at the top of the building. He ran over to the other stairs and started going higher up. In about five minutes he had finally reached the top floor. He looked down from the fence and couldn't even see the bottom from here. He looked around and saw a corridor and walked into it. The walls of the corridor had doors leading to several roomr. Suddenly he heard a sound from inside one of the rooms and slammed up the door. The room was dark, with a lot of paper and books on the floor and a tilted desk in the middle of the room. Along the walls several bookshelf was standing. The wall the longest from the door was a big window, cowering the whole wal, and it had a big hole in the middle of it. Next to the tilted desk a man was standing. He was clothed in a black robe with azure trim on it. He had long, grey hair and his eyes was al black except for the azure colored irises. The man looked very thin, and judging from his face he hadn't had something to eat in a very long time.

"So you found me..." He said and smiled. It was the same voice that Niko had heard down in the reception.

"And now I will defeat you!" Niko said and activated his duel disk. "You're going down right now!"

"I'm going down alright!" The man said and smiled. Then he turned around and walked up to the crushed window. "The time is not right yet..."

"You're not gonna jump, are you!?" Niko said and walked against the man. "You're going to die!"

"Hah! I am already dead!" The man said and jumped out of the window. Niko looked down but he was gone.

"Damnit!" He said and turned to the tilted desk again. "Hm..." He picked up some papers from the floor. "These may become usefull later..."

He walked out of the room and then all the way down again. The rain had since long stopped. He walked up to his D-Wheel and mounted it and rode it away.

This chapter introduces the main character and one of the elite Dark Signers (aka Dark Signer with Earthbound Immortals).

Also, the first to figure out what bulding this chapter took place in will get a rep.
