The rules: -Your card must have an effect.-Your card must be an actual TCG card without an effect, and must be given an effect by you.-You are voted for more if your effect has to do with the lore. -The winner gets 3 reps from the loser.-The first person to 5 votes wins. Skippy_Canoe: Lore:When an attack to this card is negated, increase your Life Points equal to the attacking monster's ATK. If you gain over 2000 Life Points, increase your Life Points equal to the attacking monster's DEF. Wanderley: Lore:When this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the Damage Step. When this card destroys a monster by battle, remove it from play. When this card is destroyed by a card effect while you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. During the End Phase of each turn increase your Life Points by 500.
