Also If you can not host but have Hamachi, use (A)So an example of mines would be. [oL_O][0](0)Nate12345[YVD(A), DMU] [spoiler=Winning Rubric]Points will be awarded for every victory.1 point for a 2-1 record, and 2 points for a 2-0 record. ALSO for every game exceeding game 5 the winner is awarded 1 additional point. For example: Player A and Player B finishes a Ladder duel, both at rank 10, with the winner having a 2-0 record going 5 games (Because of a SD deck.) He would end the game at rank 13 while his opponent remains at Rank 10. In addition every win to a player of a ranking of 10+ 2 points is awarded to the winner. For example: Player A is ranked 5 and wins a match against player B at Rank 55 with a 2-1 (3 games)score, In addition to the normal 1 point 10 bonus points are awarded. In total 11 Ranks up. [spoiler= Loosing Rubric]Points for Losses are difficult to handle. They must be considered carefully so that it won't disturb the ladder and proper placement. For every loss a fraction of a point is listed by your name. Once a Fraction is -100 you loose 1 Point from your Ranking. ALL - AND + Accumulate! Once a 100 is reached, you start over again with any remaining. For example: Im currently (+75.0) and Im awarded (+50.0) I will go up 1 point and end with (+25.5) (This also works if you have a + fraction. This means that a +100 adds 1 point to your rank.) For every 2-1 adds a (-12.5) to your decimal ranking and every 2-0 loss adds a (-25.0) This means that it would take you exactly 8 losses with a 2-1 match, and 4 with a 2-0 match loose a rank. NOTE: Your rank can never fall bellow "0" Now if your rank is higher than your opponent and you loose a match you will drop 2 ranks for every multiple of 10. For example: "[55](0)Player A" looses to "[35](0)Player B" with a 2-0 record. Player A now reads "[51](-25.0)Player A" [spoiler= Tournament]TBA [spoiler=Basic Rules]-Only one Ladder duel is allowed every 2 hours. 5 Times a day. (starting from the time stamped on your duel Request post.)-Post all Ladder Request in This Thread until further notice. (Assuming that the mods agree that The Ladder request should be separated from regular Duel Requests) a request stays open for 1 hour from the time you post it.-If there is an open request from a participant within 10 ranks of you, YOU MUST ACCEPT THAT REQUEST before making a request of your own. (Of course this isn't the case if compatibility of software isn't available.)When you accept a players request, The Hour starts over. This is to prevent the abuse of a Last minute acceptance.-With every request you must also post your current Tag.-If you open a request and do not play if challenged you immediately add (-50.0) to your Decimals.-If you quit before a match is over you accept the loss for what it is. *When using YVD Keep a log of the duel including time stamps. An AFK of 10 minutes is also considered a forfeit.*-LOG ALL DUELS! This is very important. It verifies every win and lose. In YVD its a simple as ticking a box. With DMU mute all other players, then C&P the duel. * Its also good if you have a witness in DMU*-If you are found cheating, you will be banned from the ladder for 1 month loosing 50% of your total rank. ON FIRST OFFENSE. Complete removal from the Ladder on the second offense and a report to any Mod interested in overseeing YCM's Ladder system. For the mean while Lets Discuss this more here. You can attribute skill to the person that built the standard Blackwing deck, or the person that built the standard Lightsworn deck, or Tele-Dad, or Diamond Dude Turbo, etc. But not any one else who uses them. Oh, but what if they came up with it on their own, with not ever seeing a list before? Can't be confirmed over the internet. Skill is up to the eye of the beholder. We also do a lot of talk about our skills, but how do we compare them? How else do we mold YCM into a Forum with skillful people if we aren't willing to show off said skills?
