Adama.
[align=center]Clubs like this have been made before, clubs with lofty goals and big ideas that didn't end up accomplishing much. But I think that I have found the problem. Clubs that are made only to stop spam rely too much on backseat moderation and reporting others, even if the members themselves continued to spam unintentionally, or let things slip. I say that that is the wrong way to to do things. The only way we can help the community is by improving ourselves as members. Before we can moderate, before we can tell others what to do, we must be helpful members ourselves, and prove that we can do good. That's why I propose that the best way to improve the quality of the forum is to improve the quality of our posts and actions. This is what the trust is for. We are here to provide constructive criticism on cards and graphic designs, create interesting and stimulating discussions, contribute to worthy topics and ignore spam topics, and overall maintain high quality in all our posts. Of course, you should still report illegal posts, but focus more on yourself than on blaming others. If you see other trust members continually being bad examples for the community or breaking the rules, report them here in the club, and I will consider their expulsion from the trust. All members of the trust must swear the pledge. I {your name here}, as a member of the YCM trust, do solemnly swear to uphold high quality in my posts, to be helpful and compassionate, and to serve as an example for the community. If you wish to help YCM in this way, simply make a post here placing your name in the pledge, and I will accept you, no matter who you are, what you have done, or what your reputation is. However, once you swear your pledge, if your character was previously questionable, you must seek to improve it, lest you should be expelled. MembersAdama. Finally, I shall conclude the post by swearing the pledge myself. I Adama., as a member of the YCM trust, do solemnly swear to uphold high quality in my posts, to be helpful and compassionate, and to serve as an example for the community.
