cmc1234
This game is not real but its probibly as real as one will get, this is how it will work the game will come with a duel disk, and there will be big packs where there will be 2 duel disks invloved these disks will be wireless, but the first seris will be wired, it will work the same except for cards, you will use chips, these chips will provide info of the card the chip will have a pic of the card, and they are the size of like ds games these chips will slip into the duel disk just like cards the disk will be resized so it can hold all your chips, just like a regular one holds cards the info of the chips will be sent through the duel disk through the xbox, and then when you duel a freinds or duel someone online, the monsters will show up, and trap will be animated, and the spells will be animated to like on the show, when kiba used Cush card virus a bunch of little things poped up and hit yami's duel disk and stuff, and when the swords of revaling light are used there will be swords that cover up your monster field it will be like an actual duel would be, except on a xbox, or ps3, or whatever On the disk there will be buttons that say, standby phase, draw phase, battle phase, and end phase, and stuff like that you will be able to set how much life points there will be, the highest a duel will go is 20,000 life points, which means longer duels and more customization. you will also be able to set your own rules in this game, so you can play how ever you like. These chips aka game cards, will be sold in something like boosters, except in little boxes, they will be sold in 11, instead of 9, and they will cost idk, maybe 20.0o. there will be no sturctures when you buy the game the game will come with 30 random chips, so you play right away, this game will cost probibly a liitle over 100.99 dolors, the 2 disk game will prob cost double or maybe a little less plz dont flame me about this i though it was on ok idea, idk if this belongs in this section either

Brendano Harns
I could imagine them investing money to make something like this in the future, if yugioh becomes more of a proit, but it would come out in Japan, way before it would come out in America. :| As technology advanced, I think they would be able to include scanners on the Monster and Spell and Trap Card zones, so that they could give a certain coding to the back of a card, acting as a bar code and register. Either that, or they would have a miniature slot where the mchine could read the code on the bottom of the card.

You then go to a shop, enter a code, and you can buy that card. That way it'd be more fair. ;)

Anacondas1
With the new Natal system coming to the X-box 360, this Idea, if someone choose to develop on it, may become a reality, although there would be some flaws to it. For all those who don't know what Natal is, it was announced at E3 this year. the basic principle behind it is that it takes motion detection, along with a clever system that pinpoints your voice of the sound of a game, and allows that to control the game. However, the main point picked out from the pitch, which may help this point is the customisation it can do. Natal would supposedly have the capability to scan an item, and place that item into the game, for instance, using a new toy hawk game that I believe is coming out around the same time as Natal, that you can use your Skateboard in-game. However there are a few flaws in this which would need addressing before such a game becomes viable. For instance there would be huge amounts of Lag in the game, as it has to load data from both you and your opponent before placing them on the game board, and then taking the data back to each player so they can see what is going on. Also, as has been pointed out, you could print out a card in the right dimensions, and pretend you own it. a final two points to be added would be that you would have to sit and scan in your whole collection before use, and that the programmers would have to place data for every single card, and then animations, so we would be looking at a very long winded development of a game. Cool idea though :D Anacondas1

Anacondas1
Yeah but as I have pointed out there are flaws in this. Besides, if Konami decide to do something like this, which they probably will, they will find a way to take loads of money from us, with a really laggy, or behind-the-times game Anacondas1
