Psycho Shocker Android
There should be regional, nats and worlds for this. I would also like shonen jump tournaments where you'd win cards like sixth sense and cathedral of the nobles. This format is fun and with a proper side deck most of the FTK/OTK decks can be easily stopped. (except for exodia but with a quick effect like mind crush it could be) Also, when cards get banned they lose a lot of value and by having a tournament scene for them they'd probably maintain a reasonable price. And discuss pot of greed. I love it.

Besides that it's nothing like graceful charity or mirage of nightmare. It speeds up some deck but it doesn't generate advantage or cripple the opponent. Wulf, lol Wulf. Stardust Dragon is a jabroni it makes cards like raigeki look like crap. Dark Strike Fighter brought back Scientist FTK but it's easily countered by Lifeforce Harmonizer. And for the rest of the synchro well they suck in trad. The Traditional format always had FTK. Now we have cards like D.D. Crow, Lifeforce Harmonizer, Elephant Statue of Disaster so control decks have answers to them. The only problem is Exodia because nothing can stop your opponent from drawing his deck on the first turn.

GenzoTheHarpist
I think they should promote the traditional format more because then they would be less timid about banning banworthy cards, and advanced would improve. What's the best traditional deck? I've always been a fan of Exchange of the Spirit FTK myself.

ShinobiDark72
My locals had a Traditional Tournament a while back. At that time, I was running a Horus lock deck, with banned cards swapped for non-banned counterparts and the like. (took out brain control for change of heart, etc.) I think the judge actually counted that towards the overall upperdeck rankings. Everyone used..Chaos, weird ass twilight, and My friend ran... Exchange FTK. Promote Traditional Format more? yeah, why not? If the format exists and it's not being used on large scales, why bother having it at all? I know I'd enjoy using a chaos deck or traditional exodia. oh, and Pot of Greed FTW~

werewolfjedi
my endymion traditional deck has beaten chaos repeatedly, it's power is pretty insane, the only deck that has a chance is chaos-twilight. I think it's the fact that I can keep the grave under control, while at the same time use my synchros and my endymions and my piscu to hurt them pretty bad. I've gotten to semi-finals at the very least for the last 6 tourneys in a row, and I've won 3 of them.the 3 I lost was because I went up aganist the ftks, and didn't have my anti-ftk fluff-ball to negate the damage. (being a level 1 tuner also allows me to use it to make 8's with endymion.)most ftks here use card and hand destruction to get to scienist and a revival card for turtle, so just having it in the deck gives me a chance.
