Also, the Suijin is probarly the best of the 3, because it can be used with A Legendary Ocean, but most likely won't, since it's also outclassed/bad. I've been trying to find some screwed up monster theme to make for lols (I was looking at a Rainbow Neos Deck yesterday). Also: He's red. And if you see above his head, he has balls... I wonder if i still ahve that recipe lying around somewhere.... also build Neos Wiseman over Rainbow Neos.
