Toffee.
Technicly, this was suposed to be a counter to Cyber Dragon. But Blackwings seem like a better counter.Still... The 2500ATK is nice, and the artwork is awesome.
~ P O L A R I S ~
Gale would just run over it though, so it only really works for Bora and Bora alone, it can't be with Kalut, Gale, or Black Whirlwind, all of which are run in 3s in BWs. Bora really isn't enough of an excuse to run this.
Guest Chaos Pudding
I would rather use Gorz/Tragoedia when they attack.
Static
The "From the hand" on Dino makes it less versatile; you're not always going to play BW.
Manjoume Thunder
you're not always going to play BW. The last 10-15 duels I played were against BW. Anyways Phantom is better.
JAELOVE
Phantom Dragon/Dragonic Knight are slightly better as specific tech IMO.
Azuh
Phantom Dragon is better ATM, especially with a lot of decks maining Skill Drain
HORUS
Static beat me to it. Phantom Dragon is simply better than Cyber Dinosaur due to the fact that it can be Summoned when a Special Summon is made from anywhere: hand, Graveyard, Deck, RFP, Extra Deck. Darkerai
The only time your opponent special summons from the hand it's most lickely going to either nuke this or just run it over five times leaving a small pile of rubble...
