Maybe, but the only way to bring it out is by Special Summon, and you're going to have to make sure you win with it or you'll lose all your lifepoints.

Simply put...overpowered. Along with everything else said, there's also Spiritual Fire Art-Kurenai + DNA Transplant, tributing for Great Maju Garzette, and combining it with a couple of Demotions and Shadow Delver. And those are the big combos, requiring multiple cards.

It's not overpowered.(slightly because of ATK(I know why)).

But if you modifie its ATK(lower it) you'll lose the original idea.

So I'll find some "gold middle" in this, so Overall is;8.4/10!(only if we look this card like a single card and no other cards involved.)

However there are cards that can be used with this card's ATK to ensure you a great amount of ATK to another.And there are spells for example which can burn your opponent's LP,such is "Linear Accelerator Cannon",I think.Since this card can only be Special Summoned,you don't have to pay any of your monsters to tribute,it can be affordable to just tribute this card for some kind of a "Linear Accelerator Cannon".Get me?

Yes and there you can play some creature swap or mystic box,so at that point is overpowered.

So overall at this point is 6.9/10!

or even better one;

"This card cannot be affected with your Spell,Trap or Monster Card Effects,except for Special Summon of this card."

AND also you have to tweak it---->see this;

Just card grammar issue: its Life Points.

 

As for the debate of overpowered, that's yes and no. Just because you can attack when you opponent has monsters, doesn't mean you'll be facing down attack positions, as well as your opponent may have a trap ready to smash it. The card isn't imune to Sakaretsu Armor now is it?

 

You can debate back and fourth if this card is overpowered or not, but the fact of the matter is, it all depends on how it's played, and how the opponent reacts.

Thanks for all the comments. Oh well, maybe it is overpowered, but bascially it's all about how your opponent would react to it being on the field and what cards you can use with it that would make it more powerful than it is. For me, if I made it with lower attack and instead the owner loses the lifepoints, would make it okay.

 

In any case, if Odin was made into a card, it would probably be overpowered lol.
