Arcios Cards [Beware, a LOT of cards!]

I'm just wondering....Are these too powerful?

If so, which exact cards?

And can anyone point out specific term errors? (I know there are some errors out there!)

Vampire and Bledde seem a bit over-kill.

Vampire pretty much will inflict 1400 effect damage each turn.

Bledde, for a level 3, is broken.

You pay 1000, and in the long run, end up doing more damage then the lifepoints you payed.
