Rail got bored and gathered his deck and headed toward kierans house. Once he arrived he knocked on the door in a clever rythym.

Kieran recognized that particular rhythmic knock. He hurried over to the door, saying in a raised voice, "Coming! Coming!" He opened the door. "My dear Rail, welcome back. Please, come in, come in!"

"Sup dude..." Rail walked in and walked into the kitchen and grabbed a soda from the fridge. "What have you been doing lately?"

"Actually, I've been meaning to talk to you. Do you still have that Dragon monster you got a while back? Blizzard something? Because I have something that might interest you..."

[::Triumph::]

Rail takes out his deck and takes out Blizzard Star Dragon. "This is the card that guides me through my life." What do you have to tell me about this card?

"Well, take a look at this."

Kieran dashed back into the study and grabbed the book he was working on and its transcript, flipping to the page where he had seen what he had wanted to show.

"Ah, here it is."

He put the book down on the kitchen table, on a page containing this:

There were pictures of thirteen beasts in a circle surrounding a circle with odd symbols. One of them was extremely similar to Blizzard Star Dragon, another to Seniasa.

"I was right. This card holds a special significance to a certain legend. Would you like to hear it?"

"Yes I would like to hear this Legend." Rail studied the book and looked back at Blizzard Star Dragon. "This could mean something that could lead to a secret that no one else knows about.

"Essentially, a long time ago, a dragon known as the Death Gaze Dragon terrorized the world. He and his army of minions marched across the world's lands, seizing and pillaging everywhere they could. But thirteen wizards, all from different lands, met and discovered a way to defeat the wicked beast. They cast a spell so powerful it shattered the dragon's very soul, which split into thirteen different pieces. The wizards placed these pieces into tablets of some sort and scattered them. But as the dragon died, it uttered these words:

'When all 13 servants arrive to the pillars blessed with the power of my soul, I shall arise again claiming this universe as my own.'

"It's a chilling tale. Though how your card came to be is simple. Industrial Illusions' presidents have a history of being artifact nuts, Maximillion Pegasus being the one who set the precedent. They found these tablets and made them into cards. Though I doubt that they had the soul fragments of a dead dragon..."

"So your telling me that Blizzard Star Dragon is more than just a duel monsters card...it's a centuries old divine beast whose power is actually real and not holographic.....So where are the other 12 beasts?"

Hunter had been walking through town, completely unaware of the coming times that would provide him his destiny for so long he sought. Hunter had been walking through the neighborhood when he could hear talking inside a house of Artifacticial Beasts whom have been made into cards. He wondered what they were talking about, walking up to the door as he proceeded to knocking ever so gently, but got a little tougher so that they could actually hear him at the door.

Rail hears the knock and proceeds to the door opening it slowly. "Oh it's only you Hunter...what are you doing here?"

Is that Hunter? Ah, excellent, the more the merrier! Come in, come in, we were just discussing ancient myth and legend. In fact, I think you may be connected to this too. Do you have your ace with you? Civver-something? I never could quite pronounce it...

Walks to Kieran's house and knocks on the door.

"Dear Lord, this is turning out to be quite the party. Leon! Welcome, welcome," he said as he opened the door, "come in. Are we expecting anyone else?"

" Not sure yet."

[Bringerofcake]

"Well, come in to the sitting room with the others. Hunter and Rail have already gotten here. And by any chance, could I take a look at your Armored Core Nexus for a brief moment? and Hunter. Could I borrow your Cera- um Kiza- oh, I can't pronounce it. But I'd like to borrow both of those cards for a brief second.

"Sure. Here is my card."

 

Hands over Armored Core Nexus.

"Hah! Your card is almost exactly similar to the Armored Knight! This is incredible. It seems that we have been chosen to bear these cards! Now, Hunter, let me see yours!"

"Armored Knight? What are you talking about?"

[Bringerofcake]

"I need to get some of my other books! Rail, tell them what I told you earlier, about the legend and the evil and all of that." He ran giddily from the room.

" Well, this is going to be a long day."
