Ultimate_Designer Posted November 12, 2007 Report Share Posted November 12, 2007 On the lvl 6 and 8 its ment to say that this card cannot be normal summoned or set. this card can only be special summoned by sacrifice 1 wind dragon lvl 4 or wind dragon lvl 6.good cards though.
