Static
This has pretty much been decided to be better for the game' date=' mainly for the fact that the "generic" Extra Deck would not exist. More Synchros would see play this way. This ruling will stand for now.[/b'] Serves no significance, unless you wanted to cheat. The rule of letting your opponent should stand. After all, "there's a saying among high-rollers and card sharks: always trust your opponent, but only after you've cut their deck." 1. Better for the game that deck variants are limited to the number of synchros they can possibly get out, and limited to the level stars of certain synchro monsters? Not unless there were more synchro monsters would this be worthwhile. 2.4. I'd rather undo what my opponent has done to prevent my stacking' date=' thank you very much. What do you mean, "limited to the Level Stars of the Synchro monsters?" It has always been a rule that, in order to Synchro Summon, the levels of the Synchro Material had to add up to it EXACTLY. This Synchro rule only adds another restriction that would actually make sense. If you want to use more Synchro monsters, use different tuners. There are 35 Synchro monsters in the TCG so far (36 if Catastor counts). This rule would not only get more Synchros into play, but also more Tuners. Variety makes the game better. Not just that, but many of the users seem to like it. I'm not sure, but I think you're the only person who posted in this thread who complained about this rule as much as you did. As I said for the second part already, stacking is cheating. Rule changes that only help cheaters do not make the game better, so no approval for your "deck user gets the last cut" rule change.

Everyone should have access to the best synchros regardless of what tuners they run. If they made more synchros so that there were good synchros for each level (good level 5 6 7 and 8) for each attribute (so that DARK and LIGHT don't end up with all the good ones and WIND only gets Stardust) 2. Allowing people to stack would actually add skill to the game. 1. As stated before, there are 35 Synchros in the TCG. Out of those 35, probably only about 22 of them are used competitively. Those are approximately 13? Most of them, if not all of them, have restrictions of their Synchro Material, usually restricting their non-Tuners to be of a certain type or Attribute. That's the only reason they aren't used; it's not like they suck. After all, why use Light End Dragon if you could just as easily use Stardust Dragon, Red Dragon Archfiend, Colossal Fighter, etc.? Why use Junk warrior when you can use With this rule in place, the restrictions on those Synchro Monsters don't seem so bad. Plus, it leaves Dragon decks with the competitive Synchros, not that I use dragons or anything. It might actually be enough to make Dragon Synchro a more competitive deck. After all, they would have the 4 Signer Dragons, probably the fifth if it is made, the two savior dragons, Exploder Dragonwing, and Trident Dragion. Also, read the rule more carefully; the rule isn't as restrictive as you think. It says one of the Synchro Material monsters has to be of the same type or Attribute. That doesn't specify Tuners; it means, in Stardust's case, any of the Synchro Material, not just the Tuner, must be either WIND or Dragon. 2. There are few card games that are pure luck. Plus, stacking takes away from the fun of the game. Your next point would probably be, ban the Exodia head and unlimit the other pieces. The only decks that would probably be run are the very fast decks, since consistency wouldn't matter. No matter what, stacking is a violation to any card game and every other card game can do just fine without allowing their players to stack. Remember that the idea of the list is to not only This rule will not be approved by me since it takes away the fun, and I want this ban list to be both better for the game and fun. Mysty
Heres 1:If a Monster cannot be Destroyed by Spells or Traps' date=' all cards that make the Monster indestructible in Battle, are Negated and destroyed ( and Vise-Verser )[/quote'] There are still many ways to get rid of it: bouncing it, spinning it, removing it from play, and monster effects. Plus, one card makes Level 3 or lower Zombies immune to destruction by battle, Spells, and Traps:This card is nowhere near broken. Neither are any of the cards that give protection to other cards. EDIT: Added Crab's ban list in the possible rules list. EDIT EDIT: Moved Crab's list to regular rule and added summoning in face-up Defense Position as a possible rule. As for the synchro bit, that would still mean that i have to run a fire to get out a Black Rose or a wind to get out a stardust. Frankly, I like the Generic extra deck, makes life a lot easier when everyone can respectively use the best of the synchros.

As it turns out, this rule really helps dragon decks, which have access to the various Dragon Synchros, and Plant decks, which has access to a monster with every Attribute. This monster allows for easier access of Black Rose Dragon in Plant decks. Also, nobody has a suggestion for how to alter Sudden Death rulings, or to say if they need to be changed at all?
