ragnarok1945
I haven't fully, I just want to see how the 7th film goes before passing that judgment
Cloister
I haven't fully either, but some. He actually haven't killed anyone (except in Amanda's trap, either her or/and the other guy). Someone had to die there.
ragnarok1945
well I was able to get a few more returning characters back Emily (one of the two who was spared in the carousel trap) will return, as well Tara Abbott (wife of Harold who William condemned to death at the beginning of Saw 6)
Cloister
I thought the guy (guess Tara's son) was badass when he said "You killed my father you MF!!"
ragnarok1945
same here and if something like that happened in RL, there would be VERY few people who would have chosen the LIVE option
Cloister
Yes, there would be VERY few to have chosen "LIVE".
ragnarok1945
personally though, I'd have used it on William's sister instead that would get him to REALLY see how it feels to have a loved one taken from him
Cloister
But if he William was spared from death, would his sister have been killed instead?
ragnarok1945
not necessarily remember, in William's first test, Jigsaw only saw if he didn't reach the final destination before the hour clock countdown drops to 0, he'd never see his family again. Most likely that would have meant his sister would be killed, but Jigsaw didn't SAY that specifically, so he could have meant something else. Cloister
Yeah, but if he didn't reach it in time, William might have been trapped in there and killed by like hunger or something.
ragnarok1945
yeah also true though you have to remember the person Jigsaw is speaking to here. After all, he DID say on the tape it was just like how William took loved one from THEIR families

ragnarok1945
right, that was only the US release date. Well even so, if it doesn't come out by summer, I'd be surprised
Cloister
I saw it today on DVD, it has now been released with bonus features, though not that good bonus features. But it was cool looking at TV, better quality than my downloaded version.

Cloister
"Making of the traps", "Jigsaw revealed" or some story about how Tobin Bell creates the character and something about "Saw Game Over" a real game where you walk in like a labyrinth, like in the Saw movies with the rooms and traps from Saw, one of the rooms is the bathroom from Saw 1. ragnarok1945
now that I didn't know about, makes me wonder where all the ideas from the traps for the early saw films came from
Cloister
Yeah.. I have seen though the idea for Zepp in 1 actually came from a guy in Australia that went in to peoples homes at night... And just stood there... Leigh Whannel and James Wan are from Australia... Cloister
No, but it is like a ghost house on the carnivals, like a Saw labyrinth inspired by the movies.
ragnarok1945
that's true, makes me wonder if any traps from the Saw game inspired the traps for the later Saw films
