this story is a combonation of the manga and anime versions of Yu-Gi-Oh. i have changed some things around in order to make sense and i cant get much good offical info on bakuras family so i made names up. he only officaily has a sister.

 

the chapters are only going to be episodes that have Ryou Bakura in them the others i may include but its not likely.

~Story Start~

Chapter One- The story behind my life.

 

The only reason I’m on this plane right now is because of the pain I have put people through. I know it’s all my fault although the others say it wasn’t. It isn’t a coincidence, everyone of those people where my friends. Now I’m getting flown out, away from anyone I know just to protect them. From who you ask? Well it all began 7 years ago, in my home town, Brighton in Brittan. The small town was great in the summer full of tourists. My dads business was flourishing with the steady income that kept my Mum (Denise), My Sister(Amelia) and me going.

 

My dad went away for a long time. Two years to be precise. I was only seven when he left us to go on a business trip. It was hard for us, especially Amelia she suffered when she was growing up. She was only Three and asked a lot of questions for someone her age. She kept pestering about Dad. He finally returned from Chiro, Egypt with a trinket of his journey for each of us. For my Mum he got a necklace with her name in hirogriphics.

 

For my little sister he got a board game. For me he gave me a pendent. It is a round circle with a triangle in the middle. Around the outside of the ring there are 5 spikes. All of the pendent was gold but that was not the most interesting thing about it. The eye in the middle of the triangle has always spooked out my little sister.

 

By the way I’m Ryou Bakura but you can just call me Bakura, everyone does. Well they did anyway. Everyone of them fell into a Coma hence their punishment for becoming my friends. At first it was just one BIG coincidence. When the first person I met at my school fell into a Coma, everything was normal it was a coincidence. But then it started to happen more regularly and to more people.

Next the teachers, people in shops, students and even my cousin. that’s when the police asked me questions on where I had been on all those nights. I couldn’t remember a thing about where I was. They started to get suspicious when the next night the same thing happened. The last thing I remember doing was organizing my duel monster deck in my room.

 

I started to get depressed at home, I would stay in my room for hours on end. My family started to worry about me, that’s when they decided to send me to boarding schools. To take me away from the pain of my old school. They where hoping it would prove to me that it was a coincidence and it wouldn’t happen again. It did, the same thing happened again.

 

The first person I met fell into a Coma. I had only known them for a month. He was nice, he showed me around the school and the town. Also he taught me the language a little bit. He didn’t tease me or make fun of my accent, he was just a friend. I told my family what happened they where still convinced it was a coincidence. I kept changing schools.

 

I am heading to Domino City in Japan, hopefully this time things will start to look up for me.
