Here's my entry:

The effect, if you can't read it, is this the following:

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending from your hand to the Graveyard 4 monsters with "Elemental Villian" in their name. When this card comes into play, each player removes their hand and the top 5 cards of their deck from play. Then, for each monster in your Graveyard with "Elemental Villian" in its name, you may select one card you own that is removed from play and play it. If you cannot, add that card to your hand instead. Your opponent skips their next Draw Phase and Battle Phase."
