Azuh
I was just wondering, are 1st Editions worth more than just a normal card? Just think that they were all from the same set and same rarityWhich one will be worth more, the Limited, 1st, or Normal Edition?
Silencerleader
1st Edition because Limited Edition is easier to obtain. And 1st Edition is more than that of the after series of it without the 1st Edition because it came out first.
Jerry OldMaster
Limited > 1st > all others. In your case, though, the first edition is worth slightly less then the Ultra rare one, cuz of the rarity :P
Silencerleader
Yeah thats true, but for cards like Invader of Darkness...the 1st Edition comes first.
Atalas
In that case it does but usually it goes 1st edition, 2nd edition or no edition, then it goes limited because of its attainablility.
Professor Cobra
No. Depends on the condition of a card. A torn Blue-Eyes is worth less than a perfect condition common umlimited edition Kuriboh.
HORUS
No. Depends on the condition of a card. A torn Blue-Eyes is worth less than a perfect condition common umlimited edition Kuriboh. it is implied in the question that the cards are in Mint or Near-mint condition. yes, a 1st Edition card costs more than an Unlimited edition card, and in some cases, even more than Limited Editions. For Example, a 1st Edition Yata Garasu would cost at about 10-20 more dollars than an Unlimited Edition version.
Orochi
the cost is only on it's collection capacity... everybody prefers 1st edition when made a collection or wants to brag about with the friends... i don't care about editions, only about rarity... like my raigeki DB1 ultra rare...
