DesCrow
The only one I was aware of and able to easily do (tho I don't) is arrange my deck so key card is on bottom. Then put a little more pressure on it while shuffling, rotating it from top of deck to bottom of deck. Eventually leaving it on top.Yeah...Thanks for those I'll be sure to watch out. iAmNateXero
Wow' date=' this last article is actually good. Might I offer one suggestion to improve the counter? Instead of cutting, split the deck and do a ruffle shuffle with one half of the deck backwards. Your opponent's deck will be entirely screwed up, with almost every other card backwards. Have your opponent find their key card(s) now...[/quote'] Only problem with this is that its deliberately messing with the opponents deck. Worst case scenario is a warning. But judges always watch the people the warn, so if you do anything else, even on accident your likely to get a game loss, and thats not good. But I guess if your smooth enough you can do it while your shuffling.
Sir Blade Knight
I want to thank for taking the time to do this, I haven't read it all yet but I will in time, alot of the time I face "Pro Player" who beat me because of these factors. It's good to get some tips on preventing this. Thank you.

If not, then how can you be penalized? Either way, your opponent will not be able to use the cheat. And it is pretty easy to "accidentally" flip the deck when prepping a ruffle shuffle without being noticed.
iAmNateXero
Well the opponent can claim that your damaging their cards through shuffling.

Von Csent
Cases also allow for easy pressing of the two halves together, causing no damage and being just as effective.
