Wow... These people are jerks. You didn't even read the effect, huh? I seriously agree with Mystery Guest. It would be not OP'd, yet not weak at the same time. But I wonder... why DARK? 7/10

 

As for the one in the sig, it's okay, very good team monster but useless on its own. Although with the grammar problems, I couldn't understand it in the beginning. I don't actually have a problem with the picture.

Did the op draw that card? if so it's very good. Allot of ppl on here have no idea how difficult and time consuming it is to draw a card so don't bother listening to them. i give the art 9.5/10, well done. The actual text is a bit of a disaster though. Cannot be normal summoned or set? sorry but you need to get that sorted. The effect is a little impractical but fairly original. Overall I give 9/10. 10/10 when you get the text right. Weldone.
