Ritual Monster loreThese monster can only be Ritual summoned by the Ritual Spell Card "Death Ritual" You must offer 1000 life points and 4 dark attribute monsters as a tribute from the field or your hand. Once Summon, increase this card ATK and DEF for every monster on the graveyards by 100. This card is unaffected by Spell, effect or trap Cards, when this card is sended to your graveyard, you lose.

I made a few edits to that. I also think the card would be banned (not that it's a real life thing) because it's negative effect is too strong, and it's positive effect is also.

Death Lord

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Death Ritual". This card gains 100 ATK for each monster in your Graveyard. You can negate the effects of Spell, Trap and Monster Cards that designate this card. When this card is destroyed, you lose the Duel.

 

Death Ritual

 

Pay 1000 Life Points to activate this card. This card is used to Ritual Summon "Death Lord". You must also offer 4 DARK monsters as a Tribute from the field or your hand.

 

Now, to balance out this card.

 

Firstly, don't make it dual-fake type. Make this a Spellcaster-Type, treated also as a Zombie-Type monster.

 

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spel Card "Death Ritual". This card is also treated as a Zombie-Type monster. This card gains 100 ATK for each monster in your Graveyard. Twice per turn, if this card would be destroyed, you can remove from play 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. If you do, this card is not destroyed. (Damage calculation is applied normally). When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, remove from play all monsters in your Graveyard, including this card.

 

To continue balancing, increase to Lv.10; all monsters with destruction-prevention effects are higher-leveled than usual and have lower ATK and DEF than they should. So this would be a Lv.10 with 3000 ATK/DEF.

Hey, sorry about being away, I moved, and did not have internet for a while. I should have it and be on for a long time now. Sorry about the C0-Admin thing. I can try being it if you want still, but thats if Max Darkness if ok with it ^_^

There can be more than 1 co-admin at a time. Currently I'd say there are a couple people that deserve it more. If you help, and show that you give quality advice and attention to the club, then you could become co-admin.

please let me know if there are any OCG errors(some of the effect i have not made so i don't know if some of the OCG is right)

This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. During your Main Phase 1 if there is 1 or more monsters on your opponent's side of the field discard 1 LIGHT monster than this card can attack your opponent's Life Pionts directly. During the turn you activate this effect no other monster can attack. Any battle damage by a direct attack from this card to your opponent is halven.

You can then attack your opponent directly. During the turn you activate this effect no other monster can attack. All Battle Damage from this card is halved.

 

Not 100% this is correct, but it is much better than before.

I propose a new idea:

 

 

I say we counteract some of the newb's neg reps unless they deserved the neg reps. If they have more than -1, then post the user right here so everyone can give he/she reps until he/she is at 0 again

It's okay, but it's NEWB defense. Anyway, for the idea, I think that's cool, but only if it's completely reasonable, and Yankee Fan approves. Since he's a mod, he knows the boundaries.
