Well, seeing as I'm here, I might as well make my proposal:

We need lasting and effective changes. While simple comments are generally useful, the population we're reaching can be as thickheaded as Conservapedia's administration at times. The userbase ought to be big enough that we can assign tutors to particularly adamant n00bs. Rewards will come when the n00b improves! :D

Basically, I suppose. However, some evaluation board for "buddies" ought to be set up, to ensure quality assistance is given where necessary.
