Now, when you go down to rating peoples work, think about what you can do and say how much better it is (don't worry about having better ones Just give themadvice etc:Work on the render a tiny bit and the color's don't really match.

As long as there is a face-up "N.D.L" monsters on the field, Level 2 or lower monsters cannot be selected as an attack target. . Just edit it and make it NDL-EN102 ..;)

This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Dragon Summoning". This card's ATK is increased by 500 in each turn, no Trap Cards were played.

 

I dont know the real terms to summon this card but it seems very OP'd for Level 8

make it 2800/2500 or sth. like that

I like it though there are some clear OCG errors like You lose Life Points equal to half the original ATK points I think thats the correct OCG, maybe wrong....I'm not the best person to ask tbh but from what I see the card is allright.
