C.F.Yuji
Ah my Favorite Archetype, Even though Failnami must've been drunk or something when coming up with the Adult Forms, I mean, 800 ATK?, How are they to use their abilities and survive with Low ATK?, Try 2000+ next time Failnami. Anyway, I can see where Dharc's adult form would come in handy, No, Himself as a whole would come in handy for DAD decks, Considering he's DARK, And If I don't see a LIGHT Charmer or more Dharc soon I'm gonna snap >_>. The only versions I see that can be used now adays are the Familiar-Possessed form cause of their ATK of 1850.
CrabHelmet
The word "underrated" does not mean what you appear to think it means. The word "underrated" means that cards are held in lower esteem than their actual quality warrants. It is not an umbrella term for every card that is considered terrible. Flame Dragon
They aren't underrated. Their rated correctly. Their bad. The first set and third set will often be dead before you can use their effect. The second is just a beatstick.

If they're bad then why can I kick a lot of people's butt's using a deck around them where I live?, And don't say "Then they must suck to loose to these cards", Cause not every deck is invincible, And every deck CAN win when played right. Anyway, The third set, Yeah, they'll be gone before they can be used, BUT, The first set?, Not if you use this:Face-Down Charmer>>>>>>Scroll of Bewitchment on enemy monster>>>>>Book of Taiyou on Charmer>>>>>>Take Enemy monster, Now to a lot of you, that may be a waste cause your using, like, 3 cards, But it's a good strategy IMO, I remember eliminating quite a few DAD and JD in my town using this strategy... Flash Flyer - Sakura
I actually like the beginning forms + the Familiar-Possessed ones. The EOJ ones, well the effect is good, but I kinda think pics are bad. The other two types are awesome, though. And the pics rock :D (P.S. I use the Water Familiar-Possessed in my Deck)

Master Hyperion
I love the art. And that's about the only positive thing I can say about them. Face-Down Charmer>>>>>>Scroll of Bewitchment on enemy monster>>>>>Book of Taiyou on Charmer>>>>>>Take Enemy monster' date=' Now to a lot of you, that may be a waste cause your using, like, 3 cards, But it's a good strategy IMO, [/quote'] Your combo heavily depends on a very bad flip effect monster which heavily depends on the opponent's monsters Attribute, an Attribute changing equip card that is rather useless when you don't have set a Charmer monster and a Spell card that's also useless on it's own, since it's most likely that you are going to use it on your own Charmer monsters. This means you need 3 cards that are heavily useless unless they are actually combined together, but even then it's not worth it, since the controlled monster still heavily depends on the charmer monster that only has 500 ATK, so it can and will be ran over by anything else and lose control of the controlled monster. I remember eliminating quite a few DAD and JD in my town using this strategy... lol If DAD or JD hits the field, it's most likely that they already turned the duel around or even already won the current duel. If you can gain control of a DAD or JD with a combo that requires 3 cards that just plain suck, your opponent needs to stop sucking.

Awesome. Not only do you have to use a 3-card combo, but you are also forced to deck a 1850 ATK monster that is horribly useless unless you are actually able to Special Summon it to gain it's effect. And it's only reward is piercing damage, which isn't going to run over a Defense Position monster unless it's Sangan or Jujitsu Master. shadowferret
The Charmers can be pretty cool...And to those people who keep saying they suck... Well, it's not as if all of us keep tournament level dueling in mind. Maybe people like to build decks and use certain cards for FUN, or because we LIKE them. Not simply it's because "it wins". Not everyone takes the game so seriously. As for the Charmers, the effects can be difficult to use IMO, but I think they've got some potential. If you could run some good stall, and draw out all the cards for your comboes, I think they could be good.

Manjoume Thunder
I am tired of people who say archetype A is bad, but people should run it. They shouldn't run archetype B, because everyone does. BW and LS are fun to play. Tele-DAD was one of my favourite builds. Why run horrible card instead of better cards that can be fun too. And you can always make semi-competive fun decks like Heroes, LS variants (LS hero, LScrystals ...), crystal beasts ... They are some of the most funny builds and still have a slight chance of topping a big tourney. And I can't imagine how a deck that can't win even a friendly match can be fun. C.F.Yuji
lol, If your talking to me about what I say about DAD, JD and Blackwings, I'm not saying they're horrible or anything like that, no, I love Blackwings myself, And I use LS on Tag Force 3 and '09, It's just that I think that DAD and JD should've had a limiter or something, Like a once per turn thing, Since you can destroy 3 cards as soon as DAD hits the field, and blow everything up with JD, like you could also do with Demise. And that everyone seems to run them these days, Where's the originality? XD.
