Zowayix
(my cards haven't been named yet) Card 1Normal Trap CardActivate only as Chain Link 4 or higher. Draw 2 cards.EDIT: Forgot about Accumulated Fortune. Card 2Normal Trap CardActivate only as Chain Link 4 or higher. Add 1 Normal Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. Card 3Quick-Play Spell CardThis card increases the Chain Link by 2 (instead of 1). This is how Card 3 is supposed to work:- Your opponent activates some effect. (Chain Link 1)- You activate Card 3. (now normally Link 2, but its effect makes it Link 3.)- Now you can chain Card 1 or Card 2 with fewer cards in the chain. Are these cards overpowered or underpowered? Link to comment

Making them Quick-Play fixes this. However, Card 1 is still pointless since this already exists: Accumulated Fortune. Card 2 would be broken since that effect is too good for Link 4, but Link 7 would be fine. Card 3 is overpowered as well and needs a cost. Overall: Overpowered. Link to comment

How are they overpowered if they can't be chained? Card 2 is acceptable. Card 3 however, extends over play with cards like Card 2 and Chain strike. Link to comment
EnkoMaun
not quick-play, he has to make 'em counter traps to work properly. And find names, PLEEZE. Link to comment
Zowayix
Oops, I forgot Normal Spell Cards are Spell Speed 1, not 2.I didn't know that Accumulated Fortune existed. Edit to first post: I'm going to make them Normal Trap Cards.(I'm not going to make them Counter Traps, because then their activation requirement is too easy to activate, by chaining to an opponent's Counter Trap.) I don't get how Card 3 is too powerful though, given that it's basically a dead draw unless you have Chain Link cards in your hand or on the field. Link to comment

They're overpowered because when they are fixed they will be easily played and cause devastation. And how is Card 2 acceptable; think of how many epic Normal Spells exist in this game. It can start a Chain, and by its own effect be Link 3. Then, Accumulated Fortune can be activated right away. Link to comment
Zowayix
I think I worded Card 3 wrong (look at my usage example in the first post). It's supposed to increase the Chain Link by 2 instead of 1. So if you used it to start a Chain, it would then be Chain Link 2. Edited 1st post to change that. Link to comment
玄魔の王
That's much better, and less broken. The cards are much less overpowered just by doing that. Link to comment
